Reconciliation

The four reports share the frozen identity in the boundary. Connections below use their records and retained SRC-1 passages. No source checkout reads were needed. No analyst correction answers or refusal were supplied; the previous reconciliation is not evidence that its disagreements persist.

Duplicate identities and retained containers

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-triplets is superseded by MEM-OBJ-triplets. Both identify self.triplets in ContrieverGraph, with extraction and reciprocal spatial additions as producers and game/QA retrieval as consumers. Their identical append/cache passage is SRC-1, graphs/contriever_graph.py. The epistemic inventory and ledger assess propositions in this same retained list. This identity does not settle their semantic warrant. MEM-OBJ-graph-embeddings separately identifies numerical caches, not another proposition object.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-episodic-text is superseded by MEM-OBJ-obs-episodic. Both identify observation/paragraph keys and extraction associations in self.obs_episodic, with the same assignment passage from SRC-1, graphs/contriever_graph.py. The epistemic record's tensors and snapshots describe surrounding storage; its operative text referent is the memory content object. Epistemic retention and selection findings concern that object. Numerical value elements and historical copies remain separately identified by MEM-OBJ-graph-embeddings and MEM-OBJ-episodic-snapshots. Neither supersession grants snapshot replay or synchronized episode withdrawal.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-summary is superseded by MEM-OBJ-summary. Both identify the model-replaced summary string in SRC-1, pipeline_summary.py, supported by assignment/generation passages in RT-RTE-summary-cycle. The epistemic transformation and retention rows concern the same string. Trace-fed compression describes the memory mechanism; indeterminate semantic preservation describes its warrant. These findings do not disagree or establish faithful compression.

No split supersession is made for EPI-OBJ-thesises. It is a valid thesis/entity/event container alongside MEM-OBJ-hypergraph-content and MEM-OBJ-hypergraph-index, which separate names from incidence and numerical representations. Event addition and thesis-link deletion passages in SRC-1, graphs/hypergraph.py, support compatible findings: thesis deletion changes links but retains event text. Separation does not make those container findings wrong. None of these objects accounts for the separate inherited spatial-triplet state discussed below.

Other object overlaps are different stages or parts, not identities. EPI-OBJ-observation-text identifies extraction input, while MEM-OBJ-history identifies inventory-augmented bounded history. The retained episode object has a later storage/selection role. Their progression is supported by SRC-1, pipeline_arigraph.py and graphs/contriever_graph.py. EPI-OBJ-outdated-triplets is a temporary deletion proposal, not the live fact list. EPI-OBJ-answer and EPI-OBJ-answer-metrics separate returned answer content from diagnostic accumulators inside RT-RTE-qa-cycle.

The epistemic subroutes remain parts of valid runtime containers, not duplicate whole routes: EPI-RTE-observation-cleanup isolates preprocessing inside RT-RTE-game-cycle; EPI-RTE-triplet-parsing and EPI-RTE-removal-parsing isolate distinct transformations/dispositions inside RT-RTE-game-memory; EPI-RTE-answer-metrics isolates lexical scoring inside the QA route. Their passages in SRC-1, utils/utils.py, graphs/contriever_graph.py, pipeline_arigraph.py and musique_test_big.py distinguish targets and force.

MEM-RTE-observed-update is a separate fixed-rule NetworkX mutation/display API in SRC-1, utils/observedgpaph.py, not model graph maintenance or the LazyGraph evaluator. EPI-RTE-reference-match counts fixed-string membership in SRC-1, utils/retriever_search_drafts.py; RT-RTE-graph-evaluation intends before/after environment removal scoring. Different inputs, reference domains and effects rule out route identity. RT-ABS-reflex-invocation and MEM-ABS-state-readers concern different searched absences. EPI-CLM-concrete-extraction and EPI-CLM-conservative-replacement concern prompt policies, not the comparative outcomes in RT-CLM-memory-performance.

Disagreements and integration dispositions

The earlier recent-exclusion disagreement no longer applies to the pinned runtime. RT-RTE-game-memory now explicitly distinguishes its post-top-k exact-string filter from successful recent-window suppression. MEM-OBJ-history, MEM-OBJ-obs-episodic and memory's route annotation give the same ordering: episode keys are admitted before inventory append; recent observations contain the appended inventory. Runtime retains the filter, update/append and episode-retention passages from SRC-1, graphs/contriever_graph.py and pipeline_arigraph.py. Memory's integration issue remains a qualification of that mechanism, not a current conflicting finding. Epistemic's selection row delegates predicate details to this qualified runtime record; it does not independently promise successful recent-window removal.

Unresolved conflict: RT-RTE-hypergraph-update identifies an additional inherited spatial-triplet store populated when location changes under a non-go to action. Its retained SRC-1, graphs/hypergraph.py, passage calls self.add_triplets on reciprocal movement-derived triples. MEM-OBJ-hypergraph-content, MEM-OBJ-hypergraph-index and EPI-OBJ-thesises cover thesis/entity/event state instead. The required spatial-state part is undeclared: MEM-OBJ-triplets identifies ContrieverGraph's game/QA fact object, not this alternate instance's store. Runtime explicitly leaves its relation to thesis/event state unassessed; memory's Hypergraph coverage and epistemic's ledger do not retain that separate operative part or assess the added spatial-claim edge. This prevents a complete integrated inventory and lineage/authority account of Hypergraph's retained state. It does not establish shipped navigation use, deployment or a downstream planner consumer. The verifier must address the missing-part coverage; the reconciler neither allocates a record nor extends an existing object's referent.

Memory's stale-episode issue connects MEM-OBJ-triplets, MEM-OBJ-obs-episodic and MEM-OBJ-hypergraph-content. EPI-RTE-removal-parsing independently preserves semantic withdrawal without universal episodic invalidation. Deletion/assignment passages in SRC-1, graphs/contriever_graph.py, and thesis-link cleanup in graphs/hypergraph.py support convergence. No report establishes removal from every future context.

Memory's no-duplicate statement compares its declarations with supplied runtime records, not with the later epistemic declarations. It therefore does not oppose these object amendments. Its effective-budget issue refines the runtime selector: top six applies per expanded query; episode count and post-selection exclusion are separate. Memory's recursive-search passage is SRC-1, utils/retriever_search_drafts.py. Runtime asserts no global six-fact/token ceiling. Provider truncation, compliance and causal benefit remain limits rather than disagreements.

Independent convergence and evidence limits

Workflow annotates RT-RTE-game-cycle and RT-RTE-graph-navigation without duplicate declarations. Its fallback and navigation-diagnostic passages in SRC-1, pipeline_arigraph.py and graphs/parent_graph.py, connect runtime's narrow recovery to the ordinary next memory/planning round. Diagnostic text can enter extraction without a special failure object. Neither report establishes exercised recovery or full-episode successful delivery. Epistemic's operational-dispatch assessment concerns that same effect path, not semantic approval.

RT-RTE-qa-cycle and EPI-RTE-answer-metrics use the same supplied QA sequence for bounded observed status, not independent observations. Memory agrees that reference answers score outputs afterward without curating facts. Epistemic's repeated-token deduction from SRC-1, musique_test_big.py, bounds metric interpretation without contradicting the recorded sample. Runtime's claimed end-to-end removal evaluator and epistemic's doctrine-only functioning scored-validation assessment concern the same defective path under different vocabularies. Both retain the defects in RT-RTE-graph-evaluation; neither asserts operational validation.

Hypergraph and ObservedGraph interfaces lack established shipped downstream behavioral consumers. Snapshots and logs retain material without demonstrated replay. Exact model versions and provider state remain unresolved in RT-CMP-gpt-agent, RT-CMP-llama-agent and RT-CMP-retriever. These faithful uncertainties are not conflicts. Experience-fed writes, the unused named reflexion prompt, unestablished semantic acceptance and missing causal benefit remain separate findings. None cancels another or supports a stronger system-wide negative.
