Trajectory-informed memory generation profile verification

Verification

I checked all ten axes of the memory profile, including each emitted value, its evidence basis, unit scope and coverage assessment, against the handed records and their annotations. Reconciliation resolves the duplicate trajectory, tip and metadata declarations to the memory records; the profile uses those canonical identities. The description-index container does not supersede the separately classified text and vector parts. No predecessor refusal was supplied, and the supplied profile answers are empty.

  • Storage and form: MEM-OBJ-embeddings supports claimed vector storage and parametric numerical form, not model-weight learning. MEM-OBJ-tips, MEM-OBJ-descriptions and MEM-OBJ-metadata support the separate natural-language and symbolic consumption paths. Physical storage for these parts remains unresolved. The known form assessment covers the explicitly documented retained-output inventory, not every possible raw-input archive. The possible durable raw trajectory branch is not silently classified as a known substrate. Excluding provider weights and transient intermediates from accumulated memory is consistent with the recorded routes.
  • Lineage and admission: RT-RTE-trajectory-extraction supports trace extraction, while original descriptions are imported and consolidation/vector production supply other compilation paths. RT-RTE-tip-consolidation supports computational successor admission independently of unresolved initial intake. The grouped extraction and consolidation write unit has the same claimed automatic control and coverage for both mechanisms. It does not convert workflow initiation into manual admission or infer complete initialization provenance.
  • Behavioral authority: RT-BAP-guidelines-channel and MEM-OBJ-tips support advisory instruction and explanatory knowledge at the later agent. Accumulated tips instead feed successor updates at consolidation, supporting learning authority there. MEM-OBJ-descriptions, MEM-OBJ-embeddings, MEM-OBJ-metadata and EPI-RTE-conflict-check support ranking inputs at retrieval, clustering and merge preference. Metadata filtering supports access-scope routing through RT-RTE-llm-selection. The grouped ranking finding names its distinct consumers and common effect; it does not imply a learned ranking policy, enforcement or truth validation. The partial axis preserves unresolved raw-memory and maintenance consumers.
  • Curation: RT-RTE-tip-consolidation, MEM-OBJ-descriptions and EPI-RTE-conflict-disposition support claimed consolidation, deduplication and revision of retained guidance/access text. The source's requested synthesis is not sufficient to classify a new claim absent from the inputs. The profile retains that semantic uncertainty rather than asserting absence. EPI-RTE-attribution-generation establishes broader conjecture in extraction, but not by itself curation over already retained memory. No missing supported curation value changes the emitted union.
  • Direction and selection signal: RT-RTE-cosine-retrieval and RT-RTE-llm-selection, with the memory annotations on those routes, establish automatic task-triggered supply before agent reasoning. Internal query execution does not establish a separate foreground pull. The cosine branch supports embedding selection; the hybrid branch supports both model judgment and embedding selection. The profile correctly keeps source identifiers distinct from identity-targeted push and treats count limits as configuration-specific rather than token budgets. Additional reload/access routes remain unresolved rather than absent or inapplicable.
  • Trace learning and original inputs: MEM-OBJ-trajectories, RT-RTE-trajectory-extraction, RT-RTE-tip-consolidation and RT-BAP-guidelines-channel support the claimed automatic trace-to-durable-guidance-to-later-consumer chain. The original input includes recorded conversational material and action/result feedback organized as linked multi-step experience. Session-logs, tool-traces and trajectories therefore describe overlapping qualifying content, not independent experiments. Optional labels do not add an event-stream source. Unresolved additional writes remain explicit units.

All positive findings remain claimed. Neither the reported benchmark outcomes nor the illustrative examples upgrade them to inspected wiring, observed route execution or causal support. The profile preserves the configuration-specific harm and attribution limits of RT-CLM-reported-results. Its local known units do not claim complete deployed behavior; partial axes retain missing intake, storage, maintenance and access facts beside the conclusions those gaps prevent. I found no unsupported positive, false complete-coverage assessment or material omission requiring correction. The uncertainties already expressed by the profile are faithfully scoped, not additional verification limits.

Source-read log: none. The handed records and reconciliation sufficed; no frozen-source ambiguity required a source read. No records, replacement profile text or quotations were added.
