Verification
The current reports support a bounded source-grounded account. The earlier narrative/epoch and read-back blockers are repaired, including their dependent conclusions and reconciliation explanations. No material blocker remains. The boundary correctly includes native execution, host integrations and retained-state maintenance rather than attributing all execution to an external host. Checkout HEAD matches the frozen revision, and the tracked top-level tree agrees with its coverage table. All additional inspection below is SRC-1 implementation or doctrine/design at that revision. No target command, test, example, provider or service was executed; no observed operation or causal experiment is established.
I reviewed every declaration, annotation, source anchor, conclusion-status assertion, Part of relation, supersession and claimed cross-report convergence. No member declares an evidenced absence. The structural report contains none, so there is no structural failure to route. The memory and epistemic answers each claim a correction; the runtime and workflow answer files are empty. Answers and the previous verification were assessed as arguments, not independent evidence. Deterministic quotation occurrence, identity agreement and link checks do not establish semantic support.
Execution and workflow
Independent tracing of SRC-1, tui/repl.py, tui/providers.py, tui/tools.py, tui/sessions.py and tui/mcp.py supports RT-RTE-native-turn, RT-RTE-host-launch and RT-RTE-extension-load. The REPL owns continuation and directly dispatches registry/MCP tools. It supplies tool definitions only to Anthropic, truncates returned content and saves on a no-tool turn. OAuth Codex and native delegation bypass managed wrappers; the OAuth request omits the REPL system and preceding conversation. Resume supplies saved messages, not every metadata field. The message object and mode authority path correctly distinguish retained conversation from prompt instructions and executor restrictions. The provider and classifier component findings describe inference adapters and externally opaque numerical parameters, not frozen weights or inspected parameter training.
SRC-1 searches and branch reads in bin/lacp, bin/lacp-adopt-local, bin/lacp-stream, bin/lacp-sandbox-run, bin/lacp-orchestrate, bin/lacp-swarm, the three local orchestration runners and bin/lacp-harness-run support the separate launch, coordination and verification findings. RT-RTE-sandbox-launch retains the consequential budget-override elif and direct-fallback counterexamples. Orchestration passes the runner path while supplying the underlying command through environment; detached tmux launch is not task completion. RT-RTE-harness-attempt runs verification after runner success and retains hashed receipts with output tails. Its configured checks do not establish an independent general correctness oracle. These distinctions justify the path-specific reading of RT-CLM-control-scope, not a universal mediation guarantee.
SRC-1, hooks/pretool_guard.py, hooks/stop_quality_gate.py and plugin/hooks/hooks.json, supports RT-RTE-host-hook's selective, host-dependent force. Capture precedes subsequent quality checks; heuristic and unavailable-evaluator paths can allow without endorsement. Root/plugin pre-tool and Stop hashes agree, while startup hashes differ. This supports the reported limited parity, not general distribution equivalence. EPI-RTE-note-validation is a different event and target: the complete hooks/write_validate.py checks already-written note fields, warns on unknown categories and emits feedback without undoing the write. Its factual-warrant and host-enforcement qualifications are appropriate.
A complete independent read of SRC-1, bin/lacp-workflow-run, and source checks of docs/runbook.md and scripts/ci/test-workflow-run.sh support RT-RTE-workflow-advance and the workflow account. The command prepares context but launches no role agent. Supplied actor strings and decisions govern recorded transitions. The runbook omits the developer token that the source test obtains. Rejection persists blocked state before exit 2; intermediate reapproval advances without resetting run status. Final approval records completion, not delivered correct software. The workflow annotation does not invent transport, verifier execution or automatic composition with the harness.
SRC-1, tui/idle_agent.py and config/autoresearch-program.md, supports RT-RTE-idle-experiment, its program object, improvement claim and source-authority path. Score selection ignores the delegated return code, failed metrics yield zero and checkout does not reverse a committed experiment. Program restrictions request behavior rather than constrain delegated edit capability. Later source loading is distinct from hot reload. The report's independent theory-criticism, learning and exercised-improvement uncertainties remain justified; keeping code is not evidence of benefit.
Memory and epistemic findings
SRC-1, tui/tools.py, the Stop/startup hooks and complete hooks/self_memory_system.py and bin/lacp-sms reads support the keyed-entry, handoff, episode and self-model identities and their distinct consumers. MEM-RTE-keyed-memory performs immediate content admission; MEM-RTE-session-memory supplies selected strings under a priority budget. The startup selector stops at the first overflowing block after keeping any block. Goal filtering is an afforded helper, not its episode-selection predicate. MEM-CLM-goal-filtering therefore does not upgrade doctrine to wired foreground filtering.
The two self-model object declarations describe the same retained referent. EPI-RTE-self-model-update's explicit Part of relation to the runtime hook is substantively valid. Its non-entailment witnesses are supported: absence of a failure flag can produce a tests-pass label; separated keywords can produce a test-first preference. Count-derived confidence is not corroboration. Selected preferences/failures enter startup context, whereas retained success patterns do not enter that builder. The ampliative classification concerns those particular assertions, not every generated message.
The memory correction is complete. MEM-OBJ-agent-narrative and MEM-OBJ-epochs separately declare the parts of MEM-OBJ-sms-narrative. Narrative replacement and bounded startup arc delivery differ from epoch append, copied decisions and CLI display. The source establishes empty generated epoch theme/identity shifts and no epoch read in the inspected startup builder. MEM-RTE-epoch-synthesis, coverage and integration issues now preserve that separation. The container remains valid; no split supersession is required. Initial narrative admission remains faithfully unresolved, not classified absent.
SRC-1, hooks/extract_memories.py, bin/lacp-brain-expand and automation/scripts/sync_research_knowledge.py, supports MEM-RTE-trace-research's staging/title fallback and publication-gate qualifications. Registry text, symbolic provenance/access metadata, embeddings and graph displays have different roles. Fallback publication and prediction-error labels do not supply semantic warrant. Extraction registration remains unresolved rather than evidenced absent.
Source checks of SRC-1, automation/scripts/extract_shared_memory.py, automation/scripts/suggest_memory_promotions.py and the complete pipeline driver support MEM-RTE-daily-promotion, EPI-RTE-memory-promotions and its candidate object. The lexical witness passes the helper default, while the pipeline requests suggestions without apply and with another threshold. Applied text omits the report's source/score explanation. SRC-1, automation/scripts/curate_titles.py, supports the title object, route and claim: existing H1 wording is reused, ok titles also qualify, sanitization can affect meaning and renamed files are skipped at obsolete paths during link rewriting. Neither operation establishes factual acceptance.
SRC-1, automation/scripts/memory_consolidation.py, automation/scripts/archive_inbox.py, automation/scripts/memory_index_guard.py, bin/lacp-brain-resolve and synchronization/collector consumers support MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance and EPI-RTE-consolidation-policy. Consolidation mutates supersedes locally without serializing the registry in the inspected run/main. Similarity and time/confidence selection are not contradiction checks. Archival changes availability but does not universally revoke registry/index copies. The driver's archive arguments mismatch the parser, and cap enforcement appends a warning after truncation. These are source-level forcing cases, not observed failures.
SRC-1 builder/collector searches and the complete automation/scripts/query_memory_rag.py read support the hybrid-index and embedding component findings, MEM-RTE-hybrid-retrieval and EPI-RTE-retrieval-ranking. The corrected EPI endpoints and read-back field now include loading retained payload before ranking and delivery to callers. The ledger's references and bounded conclusion preserve incoming consumption without inventing new persistent selector output. Probe and benchmark source checks support their identity/overlap/path-reference domains, not truth checking or demonstrated foreground benefit.
SRC-1, bin/lacp-learn-capture, bin/lacp-learn-retrieve, the complete bin/lacp-learn-eval read, and promotion/rollback source checks support the event/report identities, MEM-RTE-learning-hints, EPI-RTE-learning-metrics and RT-RTE-learning-promotion. Evaluation reloads retained events before arithmetic. Its corrected read-back field and dependent conclusion no longer exclude read-only consumption. Chronological halves and asserted labels do not identify an advisory treatment effect. Distinct approver strings and nonempty evidence admit mode state without authenticating people or accepting every event claim. Advisory query consumes environment mode, not promotion state. The vault-access record retains CLI delivery rather than claiming automatic native-model injection. The memory authority path correctly separates interpretive text, fixed metadata rules and numerical ranking.
Reconciliation and omission-search disposition
The reconciliation supersession identifies the two self-model objects without strengthening their findings. All other connections preserve partial overlap, connected stages or different events rather than asserting whole-record identity. Its revised retrieval and evaluation explanations now recognize incoming read-back. Its record-separation disposition cites the newly declared narrative/epoch parts and removes the earlier missing-part conflict. No current unresolved conflict requires correction. The integration-issue dispositions preserve maintenance, extraction, advisory/enforce and workflow qualifications rather than selecting stronger statuses.
The frozen dispatcher/tree and producer-consumer dependencies selected three consequential omission questions. Could another entry make mandatory approval or isolation universal? Native dispatch, stream/bypass and runner supply preserve the counterexamples. Could a shipped caller establish stronger narrative, goal-filter or enforce-mode activation? Bounded searches across SRC-1 bin/, hooks/, plugin/, tui/, automation/, config/, scripts/ and install.sh found helper, CLI and test references, not support for those stronger claims. The narrative test supplies test content, not a deployed automatic narrative-authoring route. Could research/evaluation alternatives overturn the bounded epistemic conclusion? Inspection of the prediction-error helper and its synchronization caller shows similarity/lexical operational updating; searches in autoresearch/evaluate.py, autoresearch/evaluate_memory.py and autoresearch/optimize.py identify additional diagnostic/repair responsibilities, not grounds for a system-complete negative.
Further optional omission expansion stopped because the selected material questions have supported dispositions, the emitted findings remain local to traced routes and the reports already withhold complete acceptance, all-evaluator and improvement conclusions. Available additional files alone do not require exhaustive inspection. The carried limit below preserves the incomplete comparisons without weakening supported mechanisms or excusing an unsupported absence.

Limits
- MEM-RTE-trace-research, MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance, MEM-RTE-vault-access and the epistemic coverage inventory retain available but incompletely assessed ingestion, session/article/repository mirrors, research synthesis/promotion, generated MCP memory, review/gap generation, quarantine/threshold maintenance and additional evaluators. The specific native, host-memory, retrieval and proxy-check findings remain supported. Withhold exhaustive cross-store consistency, all-route admission/lineage comparisons and a system-complete negative about semantic acceptance, knowledge production or theory criticism. These inspection limits establish neither unavailable sources nor evidenced absence.
