LACP reconciliation

Reconciliation
The four reports share the frozen boundary and Source register. Their evidence is static implementation and doctrine/design, not supplied execution or causal experiments. Whole-system inclusion does not make the specialists' selective inspection exhaustive. This reconciliation uses only the supplied members; no source ambiguity required an additional source read. The supplied refusal is addressed in the retrieval-overlap disposition below. No analyst correction-answer files or declined objections were supplied; current member findings, not the refusal's older peer excerpt, govern the connections.
Duplicate identity and partial overlaps
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-self-model is superseded by MEM-OBJ-self-model. Both identify the SMS SelfModel dataclass persisted as self-model.json, with natural-language pattern/preference lists and symbolic confidence/update count. Both cite SRC-1, hooks/self_memory_system.py, and retain the same count-derived confidence mechanism. Both distinguish retained success patterns from the preferred approaches and failures supplied to startup context. The identity is the stored object, not its update route. Epistemic inventory and update-route references to the EPI object therefore refer to the same object as the MEM declaration. Both declarations and their findings remain; the amendment establishes no stronger authority or status.
Other overlaps are containment or connected stages, not whole-record identities:
- EPI-RTE-self-model-update covers the durable self-description part of RT-RTE-host-hook, as its explicit Part of field states. It also overlaps the self-model producer/read-back portion of MEM-RTE-session-memory. The latter additionally covers handoffs, episodes and the startup selector/budget. Neither whole route is superseded by the self-model part. The shared object identity above does not identify these routes.
- EPI-RTE-memory-promotions covers suggestion scoring, reporting and optional append within MEM-RTE-daily-promotion. The memory route additionally covers history-to-daily capture and later sync/index inputs. SRC-1,
automation/scripts/suggest_memory_promotions.py, supports their common append stage. The EPI route is not a replacement for the full daily pipeline; its EPI-OBJ-promotion-text describes candidates/reports/append text, not the research registry or native conversation store. - EPI-RTE-title-renaming and EPI-RTE-consolidation-policy describe separate operations inside MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance. Their shared source paths are SRC-1,
automation/scripts/curate_titles.pyandautomation/scripts/memory_consolidation.py. The memory route also includes resolution, cap enforcement and inbox archival. Its container remains valid; neither part replaces the whole. The EPI-OBJ-vault-title is the filename/H1 being transformed, not the entire MEM-OBJ-research-memory. - EPI-RTE-retrieval-ranking describes query selection within MEM-RTE-hybrid-retrieval, whose chain also includes collection, index construction and evaluator consumers. SRC-1,
automation/scripts/query_memory_rag.py, is their common selector. Both current declarations establish later consumption of the saved index payload: EPI traces CLI reload into query_index and delivery to CLI/probe/benchmark callers; MEM additionally traces the preceding collection and index build. Read-only ranking consumes retained input even though it persists no new selector output. The supplied refusal correctly objects to the previous reconciliation's exclusion of that input from read-back. The current EPI declaration retains SRC-1,automation/scripts/query_memory_rag.py, evidence of payload reload and corrects the dependent bounded conclusion. This reconciliation withdraws its earlier explanation; the current records agree on incoming retained-material consumption while leaving later task-model consumption and behavioral dependence uninspected. The EPI-OBJ-retrieval-result overlaps payload fields of the MEM-OBJ-hybrid-index, but includes returned ranked dictionaries and omits much of the stored index. It is not an identical whole-index referent, so no supersession is made. - EPI-RTE-learning-metrics reloads retained events and produces the metric input to RT-RTE-learning-promotion; it does not admit the state transition. Its current read-back field and bounded conclusion recognize incoming event-store consumption despite the evaluator persisting no new output. That is consistent with MEM-OBJ-learning-events's separate evaluation consumer, not an exclusion of read-only evaluation from read-back. Its EPI-OBJ-learning-report is computed aggregate evidence, not the MEM-OBJ-learning-events or promotion-state result. MEM-RTE-learning-hints selects advisory summaries through another consumer. No identity or supersession joins these stages.
- EPI-RTE-note-validation checks written-note fields through a PostToolUse Write event. RT-RTE-host-hook describes pre-tool and Stop checks. Different events, targets and timing rule out identity, notwithstanding their external-host protocol dependency.
The memory report's proposed overlaps with runtime likewise require no supersession. MEM-RTE-keyed-memory supplies a store-specific write/read chain inside RT-RTE-native-turn. MEM-RTE-session-memory extends Stop production into later host injection rather than replacing the host-feedback route. Their objects are separately retained results, not aliases for the enclosing execution routes. Workflow declares no new records and annotates the supplied workflow route.
Independent convergence and integration dispositions
Retention before quality judgment. RT-RTE-host-hook, MEM-RTE-session-memory and EPI-RTE-self-model-update connect Stop capture, self-description and later contextual supply. The memory and epistemic reports independently retain SRC-1, hooks/self_memory_system.py, evidence that absence of recorded failures can produce a “tests pass” label. Their findings agree that count-derived confidence is not corroboration, selected fields differ from all retained fields, and a later Stop allow/block does not accept or retract the earlier memory. This is convergence about the implemented chain, not observed influence.
Suggestion is not automatic adoption. MEM-RTE-daily-promotion and EPI-RTE-memory-promotions agree that explicit apply can append software-selected content, while the shipped memory pipeline requests suggestions without apply. The EPI default-threshold witness and the MEM pipeline description concern different invocation settings, not conflicting admission findings. Both retain provenance loss between report and appended text and leave factual acceptance and task benefit unestablished.
Consolidation is not durable semantic supersession. MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance and EPI-RTE-consolidation-policy independently cite the local supersedes assignment without a registry save in the inspected function. They agree on similarity/time/confidence selection rather than contradiction testing. MEM additionally traces regeneration and stale index copies. Those extensions do not contradict EPI's uninspected downstream consumers. The memory report's resolution, pruning and index-withdrawal concerns remain consumer-specific limits, not universal revocation findings.
Additional maintenance forcing case. MEM-RTE-memory-maintenance retains the brain-expand/archive argument mismatch at SRC-1, bin/lacp-brain-expand and automation/scripts/archive_inbox.py. Runtime left that maintenance family open. This adds a static failure case rather than correcting a runtime guarantee. Driver inclusion in the boundary does not assert successful archival.
Advisory selection differs from enforce-state admission. MEM-RTE-learning-hints, RT-RTE-learning-promotion and EPI-RTE-learning-metrics distinguish environment-gated advisory retrieval, promotion-state writing and arithmetic on asserted event labels. All leave downstream enforce-mode activation unestablished. The EPI chronological comparison limit does not contradict RT's implemented aggregate gate or MEM's implemented advisory selector.
Workflow completion differs from verified work. RT-RTE-workflow-advance and the workflow annotation agree that actor strings, ordering and tokens govern recorded transitions, not agent launch or software correctness. Workflow adds the runbook's missing developer token and the persistent blocked status during intermediate recovery; neither changes the runtime's stated possibility of later resubmission. RT-RTE-harness-attempt is a separate execution/verification route. No report establishes automatic composition with the team protocol.
Execution controls and improvement retain their separate limits. The epistemic assessment of supplied runtime chains preserves the forcing cases and evaluator domains in RT-RTE-sandbox-launch, RT-RTE-host-hook and RT-RTE-idle-experiment. Memory's annotations preserve source/program/log consumer distinctions. No report promotes delivered memory, kept code or a numeric score into observed benefit, theory criticism or exercised self-improvement.
Record-separation disposition
The previous missing-part conflict is no longer present in the supplied memory member. MEM-OBJ-agent-narrative and MEM-OBJ-epochs now separately declare the operative parts of MEM-OBJ-sms-narrative. SRC-1, hooks/self_memory_system.py and bin/lacp-sms, evidence distinguishes narrative replacement and startup arc selection from epoch append and CLI display. MEM-RTE-epoch-synthesis now cites the epoch part and does not attribute its derivation or display to narrative. Narrative's initial authorship/admission remains unresolved; epoch copying/grouping is implemented, with empty generated theme/identity shifts and no established startup epoch consumer. These are different findings on different parts, not a disagreement. The combined record remains a valid container, so no split supersession is warranted and neither part is an identical whole-container referent.
No other cross-report disagreement was found in the supplied findings. Unresolved extraction registration, initial narrative control, goal-filter activation, private deployment state and available uninspected maintenance/evaluator families remain bounded uncertainties. The memory integration issues and epistemic coverage preserve the conclusions those gaps prevent; they do not conflict with runtime's deliberately incomplete maintenance trace or establish system-complete negatives.
