Fixture build record

The one-shot builder scanned active Markdown outside kb/work/, kb/reports/, and archived proposals; matched normalized source-plus-resolved-target tuples against the live manifest; removed YAML frontmatter and every line matching the active Markdown-link footer grammar ([title](target) —|-- label: context, including bold-link variants); retained headings and argumentative prose; replaced exact source/target paths; neutralized remaining Markdown link destinations to label-only links; and copied the under-review context phrase before removing the tested footer. Tuple and line identities use the frozen manifest values; every source and target pre/post artifact, every packet, and every prompt has a SHA-256 digest in packet-digests.tsv, transformation-manifest.tsv, or the protocol hash inventory. The non-scored synthetic sanitizer check is calibration/synthetic-check.json.
