A richer source type

Layer: ingestion / provenance.

kb/sources/ exists, but casework needs capture metadata as first-class fields: retrieval date, author/institution, medium, an archived snapshot hash, and known credibility signals. Rationale: history has one chance to become checkable — production history is only convertible to checkable form at capture time.
