Completed exploratory pilots

• Pi Luna low, 2026-10-10: eight completed calls; four inserted defects detected, three supported controls accepted, one disputed control. Fresh conversations, instruction-only filesystem scope, newly added profile snapshot, coordinator annotation. No production instruction change follows from this result yet.

Prepare execution directories outside the repository. Retain substantial raw run outputs under the appropriate reports collection, not here; read that collection's contract before retaining them. This workshop keeps a run index and interpreted findings with links to retained evidence. Do not commit answer keys into verifier packets or report hashes as substitutes for raw responses.

For each run, record the profile, method commit, fixture digest, trial identity, launch order, isolation and launch evidence, result counts, failures, costs and retained evidence location. No result is entered until it has actually run.
