Complete the sixteen unresolved agentic-system analyses

Resolve the remaining analysis targets without carrying the completed rerun campaign's batch history into everyday work. The operator opened this successor workshop on 2026-10-19 while preparing to close agentic-system-reruns.

Scope and starting point

The target handoff fixes exactly 16 unresolved targets and their last recorded blockers. It is the working list for this workshop, not an instruction to restart all sixteen. Resolve each through a supported analysis and the standard verification/integration route, with the workshop comparison below, or an explicit operator-approved scope, exclusion or deferral decision. A deferral must state what would reopen it.

The inherited checkpoint is 190 completed inventory targets out of 206: 13 pending and three older target holds (ACE, ContextPilot and Agentic Harness Engineering). The canonical corpus contains 191 sets / 2,483 members because Talorys is outside that inventory. These are inherited recorded results, not a new filesystem verification. Publication, audit acceptance, integration and inventory completion remain distinct.

Supermemory is complete and is not in scope. Its accepted batch-23 publication does not erase older exact-run holds. No accepted analysis, historical incident, source identity or earlier refusal is silently revised by this handoff.

Authority and decisions

Opening the workshop authorizes its framing and handoff only. It does not launch analysis, acquisition, audit, recovery, integration or cleanup. Before any effectful work, obtain the applicable operator commission, recheck current state and writer ownership, and use the canonical workflow rather than old batch launchers. Current placement or modification times do not establish that a preserved run is safe to resume.

The operator requires general instruction improvements rather than sending known defects or audit findings to fresh analysts. Source-first fresh runs receive the supplied source identity and current committed method, not this handoff, prior reports, audits or correction packets. The workshop's additional check is only a publication comparison: before closing a target with a new analysis, the coordinator commissions that check against its explicitly selected previous publication and resolves any flagged differences. If no previous publication is available, record the gap and obtain an explicit disposition; do not record a comparison pass. Source-grounded correctness remains with the standard verifiers. Do not repeat source audits or worker-trace inspection as part of this comparison. Do not select a feedback-assisted correction route without an explicit change to that direction. A new run's positive result does not clear predecessor operational incidents.

Before commissioning further work, read the method follow-up dispositions: they distinguish implemented changes, existing proposals and operator decision triggers without adding new engineering scope.

The next decision for each target is in the handoff. Bring source ambiguity, conceptual-versus-implemented scope, incident disposition and unsupported recovery choices to the operator before launching. Timeout diagnosis is not permission to replay a command with uncertain effects. Do not manufacture an implemented source, an exclusion or a successful correction to close a row.

No particular batch order, model, method revision or recovery mechanism is selected here. Choose those under the later commission and then-current canonical contracts; keep frozen predecessor environments unchanged.

Evidence and bookkeeping

Keep one current row per target in targets.md. Record any later decision or result with its run-id, method-commit, source-revision, exact publication and comparison-input bindings, and integration commit where applicable. Historical audit findings remain evidence; the simpler comparison does not clear them. Keep the change narrative in Git rather than accumulating dated copies of this list. A row closes only on a verified integration or explicit operator disposition, never on process exit or publication presence alone.

The evidence directory holds the unresolved targets' audit/incident records, selected intake bindings and exact previous/held publication captures. Its manifest preserves original hashes and paths. The handoff also includes a full Git snapshot identity for historical records not copied live; those remain recoverable after the predecessor workshop is deleted. External logs, source checkouts, preparations and failed/held worktrees remain in place and are not owned for cleanup by this workshop's opening. Recheck their actual availability and recorded byte bindings before using them; the handoff is not a fresh ownership or integrity clearance.

The predecessor agentic-system-reruns closed on 2026-10-19. Its retained campaign record provides the final checkpoint, pre-closure Git retrieval paths and external storage retention boundary. This workshop owns subsequent decisions about the sixteen targets. Batch plans, launchers and completed-target history remain in Git rather than another live archive. No external cleanup follows from closure.

Closure

Close when every one of the sixteen rows has an integrated analysis with standard verification and its publication comparison resolved, or an explicit operator disposition, and no work remains running under this workshop. Extract any durable method changes or evidence to their proper collections, then remove the workshop and its active entry. Evidence disposal remains a separate decision. Optional broader connection discovery belongs to cp-skill-connect, not the handoff operation.
