Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, the reconciliation's two identity supersessions, and the report and profile verification judgments. No correction answers or earlier synthesis refusal were supplied. No new source reads, quotations or execution evidence were added.
Boundary and progression. The synthesis preserves the boundary: shipped CLI, library stages and host skill are included, while external host responses and service internals are not established. Its opening distinguishes inspected code and instructions from observed operation or causal benefit. The code-owned progression, optional review branch and narrower convenience pipeline match the workflow account. Chunk-local inputs, first-chunk summary supply and reusable domain guidance match RT-RTE-document-extraction and RT-RTE-schema-discovery. They are not upgraded to conversational subagents or observed host context management.
Admission, checks and mutation. The parser's structural scope and missing quotation check agree with EPI-RTE-extraction-check. Graph admission before review remains explicit. The public account distinguishes mention statistics from documentary truth and conditions confidence reinforcement on default product-complement aggregation, as supported by MEM-OBJ-relation-support and EPI-RTE-support-aggregation. Cleanup is presented as an implementation deduction, not an observed corruption event or a universal semantic guarantee. The underlying EPI-RTE-graph-cleanup supplies the selected mapping's domain-vocabulary conditions and contrasting passive rewrite; the synthesis does not claim that every occurrence of that label must be rewritten.
The confidence-based and manual decision paths, threshold-1.0 disable branch, quit behavior and separate persisted-YAML handoff match RT-RTE-review-decisions and the workflow. Confirmed-only merge selection is not widened to human-only graph admission. Rejected-relation deletion retains real enforcing force, and confirmed variant suggestions are not described as insertions (RT-RTE-apply-decisions).
Reconstruction and delivery. Configuration-only cache reuse, orphaned extraction inputs and the separation between graph edits and reconstruction agree with MEM-OBJ-document-extraction. Independently generated descriptions, communities and narrative retain their distinct consumers and invalidation limits; the text does not imply universal export enrichment or automatic narrative reload (MEM-OBJ-entity-descriptions, MEM-OBJ-communities, MEM-OBJ-narrative). Query's filtered neighborhood arrays are distinguished from exact-DOCUMENT response metadata and search matches. Hop bounds are not called token bounds. Best-effort cost controls remain explicitly phase- and caller-specific (RT-RTE-agent-retrieval, runtime control coverage).
Adaptation and independent properties. The synthesis leads with reusable behavior-shaping schema guidance rather than conflating absent parameter training with absent adaptation. Its remaining claims concern unestablished improvement, theory-builder properties, reflection and exercised self-improvement, not proven system-wide absences. Caller-directed workflow ownership does not erase local computational control. These bounded readings agree with RT-BAP-domain-guidance, the epistemic conclusion and the workflow. The proposed evidence and system changes identify what would alter the assessment without claiming those changes already exist.
Settled limitations. The Limitations table faithfully carries both report-verification inventory limits and the profile-verification authority omission, including their affected records and prevented comparisons. The three omissions remain local: none invalidates the supported admission, mutation or selective-reload findings. The remaining uncertainty rows preserve operation, fidelity, synchronization, opaque-provider and presentation limits rather than asserting complete coverage. Reconciliation establishes no unresolved conflict requiring an additional row. Superseded extraction and support identities are represented through their retained memory records without discarding the epistemic findings. No material unsupported comparison, evidence-strength upgrade or absence claim was identified.

Limits
- RT-RTE-graph-build, EPI-OBJ-graph-assertions and EPI-CLM-source-provenance retain a coarse endpoint-resolution inventory. The supplied report judgment identifies lowercase-name selection without type qualification at SRC-1,
src/sift_kg/graph/builder.py. Withhold homonym-safe attribution and complete lineage-selector comparisons. The public Limitations table already carries this consequence; automatic admission and unestablished fidelity remain valid findings. - RT-BAP-host-skill, the workflow account and the epistemic ledger do not fully inventory the connection-discovery and suggestion protocols in SRC-1,
.agents/skills/sift-kg/SKILL.md. Withhold complete comparisons of afforded host ideation routes and their epistemic criteria. The public Limitations table preserves this omission without implying observed host conjectures or accepted new facts; the representative workflow remains supported. - The first-chunk summary's later chunk-call consumer is not separately classified in the partial authority inventory assessed by the supplied profile judgment. The memory annotation on RT-RTE-document-extraction establishes that context-supply path at SRC-1,
src/sift_kg/extract/extractor.py. Withhold complete consumer-level authority comparisons. The public Limitations table states this consequence; independently supported graph/excerpt contributions and the summary's recorded construction and delivery remain valid.
