Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I assessed every substantive passage against the supplied records, the reconciliation's supersessions and the report and profile verifications. I read all supplied inputs completely, including continuation ranges. No refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied; the synthesis answers file is empty. I added no evidence, inspected no frozen-source files and executed no target code.

Boundary and central characterization. The synthesis identifies the frozen revision, cutoff, sole source and evidence layers, distinguishes separately runnable stages from an autonomous release-wide cycle, and names external dependencies and missing execution evidence. These qualifications agree with the boundary. Its strongest contribution is implementation wiring, not demonstrated improvement. RT-CLM-meta-evolution, RT-RTE-sft-training and RT-CMP-training-models support the distinction between an improvement-directed update pathway and an established historical trace-to-training-to-serving chain.

Task construction and checking. RT-RTE-gym-build and its memory annotation support explicit query selection and the preparation feedback tail, without inferring graph-state erasure from empty message updates. RT-OBJ-metric, EPI-RTE-package-validation, EPI-RTE-quality-judgment and EPI-RTE-quality-disposition support the public distinctions among compilation, finite sample execution, semantic review, report normalization and command failure. The text does not turn the smoke score into a performance baseline or the advisory recommendation into an enforced task-use veto. Its qualification of EPI-CLM-verifiable-packages preserves the claim's actual scope.

Search, execution and delivery. RT-RTE-evolution-search supports code-owned scheduling, model-authored candidates and average-island admission rather than guaranteed parent improvement. RT-RTE-sandbox-evaluation and the epistemic ledger support printed-score trust, test-score override and both Analyze activation branches. The synthesis retains those conditions rather than asserting one independent oracle. RT-RTE-async-search, RT-RTE-naturebench-execution and RT-BAP-execution-authority support bounded scheduling controls and nonuniform execution grants, not strict preemption or demonstrated containment. The workflow account and WF-RTE-final-delivery support bounded repair, random code-bearing fallback, possibly empty output, writing before optional test evaluation and the difference between process success and resume completeness. The public account does not mistake delivery for solution certification.

Retained experience and training. MEM-OBJ-journal, MEM-OBJ-experience-card, MEM-OBJ-rich-summary, MEM-RTE-summary-cache and MEM-RTE-targeted-memory support the separate artifacts, structural summary admission, cache precedence and clipped, code-selected delivery. The synthesis uses the surviving memory records for the summary object and derivation route, consistent with both reconciliation supersessions. It does not infer semantic acceptance, activation or causal benefit from persistence or delivery. The RL selector annotation preserves children-of-parent versus Evo shared-parent siblings. MEM-OBJ-alignment-dataset supports the separation of training messages from selection manifests. RT-RTE-rl-training, MEM-OBJ-rl-program, EPI-RTE-hack-judgment and EPI-RTE-hack-disposition support the distinct consequences of negative judgment, execution bypass, penalties, retention and consumer eligibility. Missing credentials remain separate from permissive judge failures; the external RL optimizer is not inferred from SFT code.

Independent properties and scenario-relative conclusions. The final assessment leads with trace-fed context and parameter-update mechanisms, then withholds improved capacity and causal attribution. Its theory-builder discussion does not infer content-directed criticism or consequential iteration from code replacement and scores, nor infer absence from opaque model processing. Reflection is not treated as a consequence of subject matter alone. Computational autonomy is scoped to bounded configured search, not an autonomous theory builder or training/deployment cycle. The dispositional self-improvement statement remains marked and separate from exercised change and successful improvement. These readings are supported by RT-RTE-evolution-search, RT-RTE-sft-training and the epistemic bounded conclusion. The proposed evidence that would change those assessments addresses the missing deployment, dependence, semantic and causal links rather than introducing a product ranking or transfer recommendation.

Carriage of settled limits. I checked the Limitations table against every report- and profile-verification limit. It preserves optional task-name-selected static skill injection and its incomplete guidance inventory; coarse asynchronous SFT timing and interval-conditioned rollout refresh; and missing dedicated Gym report classification units in the partial profile. The table retains their affected records and prevented comparisons without withdrawing supported journal read-back, numerical adaptation or other positive profile witnesses. The asynchronous qualification also appears beside the training account. The profile omission is not represented as missing report persistence or an additional read-back route: EPI-OBJ-task-evaluation and EPI-RTE-quality-disposition retain the actual report mechanism. The reconciliation declares no unresolved conflict. Checkpoint fidelity, summary truth, evaluator independence, terminal fallback, deployment grants and uninspected alternatives are additionally carried with their consequences. None is used to excuse an unsupported complete inventory, evidenced absence or observed-operation claim.

The remaining uncertainty is faithfully scoped in the public text. I found no additional record fault or material defect requiring correction, and no new unresolved publication limit beyond those already carried.
