Verification
I checked the substantive statements in the bounded synthesis and every row of its Limitations against the handed records, reconciliation and verification judgments. No source read, new evidence or correction was needed. The synthesis answers input is empty and no synthesis refusal was supplied.
Boundary, ownership and installation. The public account preserves the whole-system, doc-grounded boundary and separates executable setup from model-interpreted maintenance. Its external-host qualifications agree with the boundary, RT-CMP-claude-code and RT-BAP-skill-dispatch. The installer replacement exception, stale copied command and lack of transactional rollback are supported by RT-RTE-wiki-setup. The account does not turn source inspection into observed loading or successful setup.
Production and delivery. The ingest progression is one source-supported foreground workflow, not a constructed chain of independent capabilities. Its current-state replacement, verbatim ingest History, routing maintenance, post-write structural check and terminal report agree with RT-RTE-source-ingest, MEM-OBJ-page-history and the workflow account. The text distinguishes import's weaker routing prescription and does not infer per-fact approval, factual acceptance, independent review or atomic rejection. Verbatim ingest history is not generalized to potentially lossy L1 carry-over summaries.
Retrieval and feedback. Hub ranking, selected full-page reads, grep fallback and separate access-log admission are supported by RT-RTE-wiki-query, MEM-OBJ-hub-index, MEM-OBJ-access-log and MEM-BAP-wiki-answer. The synthesis keeps page limits skill-scoped and explicitly rejects guaranteed token bounds, eviction and folded-History filtering. Optional content confirmation is correctly distinguished from factual acceptance. Its indeterminate answer-transformation finding follows the epistemic ledger, rather than assuming either derivation or conjecture from the word synthesis.
The public account correctly traces logged use through human-confirmed changes to preferred selection, without equating coldness with falsity or archiving with loss of access. RT-RTE-index-prune and MEM-OBJ-hub-archive support that distinction. RT-RTE-health-maintenance supports the separate lint, --fix and status permissions. The stronger confidence semantics in EPI-CLM-confidence-lifecycle are not presented as established reliability. The precision objective in RT-CLM-cache-precision remains unmeasured.
L1 authority and independent properties. The strongest supported local checking contribution leads the assessment. Evidence gathering, per-claim verdicts, user disposition, correction of all loaded claim surfaces and carry-over-before-deletion agree with RT-RTE-l1-verification, MEM-OBJ-l1-rules, MEM-OBJ-l1-index and EPI-CLM-l1-honesty. The text keeps this a design-level protocol and does not make its verdict a universal truth oracle. Unknown host delivery and the bounded absence of a target-owned action-time gate remain explicit through MEM-BAP-l1-loading and RT-ABS-action-gate.
The four theory-builder conditions retain their separate afforded or claimed design statuses from the runtime record. Learning, reflection, reflective theory building, autonomy and self-improvement are assessed independently. Durable correction is not treated as proof of improved future-action capacity. The non-autonomy statement is confined to the user-admitted verification route. The self-improvement account identifies missing subsequent operative dependence, and separates exercised change from successful improvement. It does not infer automatic trace learning or its absence from raw logging. Scenario-relative conclusions and proposed resolving evidence respect these distinctions.
Carriage of settled limitations. I checked the reconciliation's sole supersession: the synthesis uses canonical MEM-OBJ-access-log, not its superseded epistemic duplicate. Valid container/part distinctions remain intact. No unresolved inter-report conflict was supplied. All three report-verification limits are carried with their underlying record citations and prevented conclusions: supporting-doctrine coverage and page-limit variation, contradictory re-promotion/Dashboard wording, and unresolved Obsidian hub resolution. The profile verification declares no additional limits. Its trace-learning uncertainty is preserved without emitting a stronger comparison finding. The remaining limitations faithfully qualify the corresponding claims rather than conceal unsupported values. The public text is intelligible without supporting-member context and does not require correction to preserve its bounded conclusions.

Limits
- Supporting-doctrine coverage remains partial. RT-RTE-wiki-query, RT-RTE-health-maintenance and the epistemic ledger do not separately retain every evidence-ranking and promotion/merge prescription identified by report verification. The synthesis limitations carry this inventory limit and the conflicting seven-page scenario. Withhold exhaustive policy comparisons and a uniform page limit across all design documents; the skill-scoped selection account remains supported.
- The source-document discrepancies retained in EPI-CLM-automatic-repromotion, MEM-OBJ-dashboard and RT-RTE-health-maintenance remain unresolved. As stated in the synthesis limitations, withhold a uniform cross-document contract, automatic re-promotion, status-driven Dashboard persistence and observed resolution. The skill's offer and lint-writer procedures remain supported.
- Obsidian logical hub names and initializer
_index.mdpaths remain an unresolved integration issue in RT-RTE-wiki-setup and MEM-OBJ-hub-index. The synthesis limitations preserve its consequence: withhold demonstrated end-to-end link resolution and usable preferred routing in a real vault. File creation and prescribed fallback remain supported.
