Reconciliation
Duplicate identity and distinct parts
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-analysis-output is superseded by MEM-OBJ-analysis. Both identify the out mapping returned by analyze and serialized to fragility/analysis.json, with symbolic statistics and natural-language interpretation. Identity evidence is their SRC-1 repro/fragility_analysis.py passages: the memory declaration quotes serialization and subsequent figure dispatch; the epistemic declaration identifies that same mapping and its consumers. This connects the epistemic inventory, ledger, statistical-check and labeling findings to the memory account of retained aggregate lineage and read-back. It replaces no field or finding: the epistemic record's denominator distinctions, oracle-envelope counterexample and interpretation limits remain its findings. Both IDs remain declared. The epistemic record also discusses rendered consumers and lists PNG/PDF storage; that discussion does not make the aggregate identical to its figure exports, separately declared as MEM-OBJ-fragility-figures.
MEM-OBJ-config-legend is explicitly a part of RT-OBJ-config, not its duplicate. The former is the retained JSON metadata whose permutation count reaches later analysis; the latter also contains source definitions and process-local configuration objects. The valid configuration container remains. Neither record is superseded by the other. Their supporting SRC-1 repro/fragility_lib.py and repro/fragility_analysis.py passages distinguish exported descriptors from the metadata actually consumed.
MEM-OBJ-analysis and MEM-OBJ-fragility-figures are outputs of RT-RTE-record-analysis, not identities with that route. They are also distinct from its per-item input RT-OBJ-records and per-model completion artifact RT-OBJ-summary. The figures display selected aggregate fields; they are not another encoding of the complete per-item input. No further supersession follows from common production or consumption.
EPI-RTE-label-extraction is a declared part of RT-RTE-generation-grid. EPI-RTE-statistical-check and EPI-RTE-result-labeling are separately declared parts of RT-RTE-record-analysis: one produces numerical evidence, the other disposes labels into reporting. Their parents remain valid route containers. EPI-RTE-gold-comparison spans check portions of both the generation route and RT-RTE-likelihood-grid, rather than duplicating either complete route. These distinctions rule out supersession of the parent routes by those narrower records.
EPI-OBJ-benchmark-items and EPI-OBJ-answer-candidate identify inputs and ephemeral answers, respectively, not the retained outcome object RT-OBJ-records. The epistemic parser-noise, headline-results and reproducible-analysis claims are distinct from RT-CLM-grid-purpose: they address extraction warrant, attributed results and CPU repeatability, rather than the collection design. Shared subject matter establishes no further duplicate identity.
Cross-report convergence and supplemental findings
Runtime, memory and workflow converge on two different later consumers. RT-RTE-record-analysis reloads item IDs and correctness bits for CPU analysis; memory annotates that route's pull selection and omitted question/gold fields. RT-BAP-summary-skip instead makes summary filename existence enforce a later collection skip. The memory integration issues preserve unknown manual initialization and external dataset identity beside these known software paths. Neither uncertainty contradicts automatic collector writes or the implemented skip predicate, and neither authenticates cross-run provenance.
The workflow annotation on sweep scheduling supplements RT-RTE-sweep-driver: caught gated access can return a normal child exit without new model artifacts. Its SRC-1 repro/fragility_grid.py quotation supports that branch. This does not contradict runtime's account that child exit controls the console message or its limitation that script completion is not an all-model guarantee. Workflow's JSON-before-figures distinction likewise connects to MEM-OBJ-analysis, MEM-OBJ-fragility-figures and the parent analysis route without requiring another declaration.
EPI-CLM-parser-noise challenges a source comment, not another analyst's finding. Its counterexample in EPI-RTE-label-extraction agrees with runtime and workflow that deterministic first-match parsing does not guarantee faithful extraction. EPI-CLM-reproducible-analysis similarly distinguishes the release's single-generator assertion from separate seeded generators; runtime claims seeded procedures, not that single-generator architecture. These are source-claim comparisons, not unresolved inter-report conflicts.
EPI-RTE-result-labeling distinguishes automatic reporting disposition from warranted explanatory acceptance. Workflow's answer acceptance records agreement or disagreement with dataset gold; it does not assert acceptance of the broader scientific interpretations assessed by epistemic. EPI-CLM-headline-results therefore adds limits without reversing the runtime collection or workflow delivery accounts.
Integration dispositions and limits
The memory report's remaining integration issues stay local limits: unknown initialization prevents certifying provenance; index-derived IDs prevent authenticating identical questions across dataset changes; a newly written legend beside older records prevents certifying one exact admitted grid. The affected records are RT-OBJ-records, RT-OBJ-summary, RT-RTE-record-analysis and MEM-OBJ-config-legend. Runtime's overwrite, stale-file and metadata findings permit these limits rather than disagreeing with them.
No unresolved disagreement between the supplied reports was identified. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied. All accounts remain within the selected subsystem boundary. Additional specialist inspection is not a change to its frozen revision. Architectural implementation and route wiring remain separate from unobserved activation, unverified released values and unestablished causal benefit; no status is promoted by agreement between analysts. This reconciliation used only the supplied members and made no additional source reads.
