ContextPilot synthesis verification

Verification

The public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records, the reconciliation's identity dispositions, and the report and profile verification judgments. Reconciliation supplies no supersessions or unresolved conflicts. The synthesis answers file is empty and no refusal was supplied. I made no target-source reads and added no evidence.

The evidence basis is explicit and agrees with the boundary: SRC-1 at the frozen commit, with implementation, shipped instructions and attributed reported operation, but no inspected execution or causal experiment. The whole-system characterization is limited to ContextPilot responsibilities, not the bundled framework's entire capability surface. The synthesis does not turn the README's performance assertion into a measured result; see EPI-CLM-performance-results.

The request-to-delivery account preserves the distinctions that determine what the controls guarantee. Ordinary inference excludes the reference answer while retry can supply incorrectness feedback. Planning is model-authored, and Python owns tool dispatch. The FSM rejects names relative to its computed allowed set, not an unconditional legal-state invariant: full-schema fallback, base inference and the separate training controller remain visible beside the claim. Mechanical recovery reads are not described as relevant model checking. Answer extraction and artifact delivery remain distinct from successful finish and correctness. These conclusions agree with RT-RTE-document-qa, RT-RTE-base-inference, RT-CLM-fsm-controls and the workflow account.

The memory account correctly separates automatic all-summary supply, requested primary bodies and bounded related-entry displays. It preserves inference/training admission differences, unverified provenance, and the difference between withdrawing current store content and retracting old delivered copies. Merge and restoration are not promoted from implemented methods to default availability. Backing history is distinguished from edited views; token-window handling remains best effort, and compression or substring extraction supplies no fidelity guarantee. See MEM-RTE-inference-stores, MEM-RTE-training-stores, MEM-OBJ-memory-indexes, MEM-OBJ-notes, RT-RTE-context-edit and EPI-OBJ-memory-content.

The evaluation and training account preserves consequential consumer differences. Offline scores annotate reports without an established QA revision consumer; their matcher and denominator qualifications remain visible. Terminal evaluation instead feeds descendant credit and actor updates. The synthesis does not infer acceptance of intermediate facts or an edit's causal contribution from a correct descendant answer. It retains shared document-backend identity, copied local branch state, rejection of snapshots lacking descendants, and the conditional distinction between trainable synthetic cleanup and conditioning only. See EPI-RTE-choice-evaluation, EPI-RTE-longmemeval-evaluation, EPI-RTE-browsecomp-evaluation, EPI-RTE-terminal-evaluation, RT-RTE-training-rollout, RT-RTE-actor-update and MEM-RTE-training-context.

The independent property assessments are appropriately bounded. Retained trace-derived replacements and reward-responsive update machinery are positive findings; neither is made contingent on measured benefit. Theory formulation is not treated as proof of consumption, content-directed criticism or iteration. Reflection and autonomous theory building are not inferred from model planning or computational ownership of some steps. The marked dispositional self-change claim names the actor-training/checkpoint horizon and leaves exercised update-dependent behavior and successful improvement unestablished. This is consistent with RT-RTE-actor-update, RT-BAP-reward-actor and the epistemic bounded conclusion.

The Limitations table carries the settled report-verification limit concerning automatic no-tool chunk selection, both its affected record citations and its prevented comparisons. The profile verification declares no limits; the synthesis nevertheless preserves the relevant uncertainties about initial provenance, unrestricted generated content, additional consumers, scheduler/optimizer coverage and downstream adoption. Checkpoint restoration is not assigned additional learning authority. No record fault requiring a new limitation was identified. The scenario-relative conclusion and proposed resolving evidence remain at the level supported by the records; they do not rank the product or recommend adoption.

Limits

  • The recovery-selector inventory remains selective, as already stated in the synthesis's Limitations. RT-RTE-document-qa, RT-RTE-context-edit, EPI-OBJ-document-evidence and the workflow account do not detail the automatic highest-ranked-chunk read identified by report verification. The public account now explicitly acknowledges that branch and code-selected evidence delivery. The ordinary model-directed workflow and conditional-control conclusions remain supported; readers should withhold exhaustive recovery-selector comparisons and any inference that every chunk read was model-selected.
