Verification
I judged all ten axes of the memory profile against the handed records: scope, controlled findings, evidence bases, natural units and inventory assessments. Reconciliation supplies no supersessions or unresolved conflicts. Its container/part dispositions preserve the distinct inference stores, training stores, inference histories and training snapshots. No target-source reread was needed or performed. This judgment concerns classification support, not target execution or a repetition of deterministic citation checks.
The two correction answers hold in the current profile. The supplied reference/format-criteria validation unit and its positive value have been removed. The rationale now excludes those static inputs from accumulated memory, consistently with EPI-OBJ-answer-evaluation and EPI-RTE-terminal-evaluation. The restored-actor-parameters unit now has assessment not-determinable and no findings; its note, axis note and rationale no longer infer learning authority from restoration alone. The independent learning finding for scored/masked experience at the update consumer remains supported by RT-RTE-actor-update and RT-BAP-reward-actor. Neither predecessor objection remains a defect.
- Storage substrate: The scoped known inventory is supported: dictionaries, caches, masks and training arrays are in-memory; actor parameters are model-weights; checkpoints and serialized inference traces are files. Edges and vectors are not mistaken for graph/vector databases. Unresolved provenance and later semantic reuse do not make the recorded substrates uncertain. See MEM-OBJ-notes, MEM-OBJ-simple-notes, MEM-OBJ-memories, MEM-OBJ-training-notes, MEM-OBJ-memory-indexes, MEM-OBJ-trajectory-snapshots, RT-OBJ-context-masks, RT-OBJ-full-history and RT-CMP-actor-model.
- Representational form: Language interpreted by the policy is distinguished from fixed-rule keys, masks, envelopes, token arrays and credit scalars, and from distributed dense embeddings and actor parameters. Mixed trace findings explain their different consumption paths rather than classifying all numerical material as parametric. The known assessment concerns these recorded forms, not fidelity or provenance. See MEM-OBJ-memory-indexes, MEM-OBJ-trajectory-snapshots, RT-OBJ-full-history, RT-OBJ-context-masks and RT-CMP-actor-model.
- Lineage: Model-authored entries, trace-derived replacements and snapshots, compiled access metadata/credit, and imported evidence have recorded derivation paths. Unknown initial content and provider provenance remain separate from those known paths, justifying partial coverage. See MEM-RTE-inference-stores, MEM-RTE-training-stores, MEM-OBJ-memory-indexes, MEM-RTE-training-context, EPI-OBJ-document-evidence and RT-RTE-actor-update.
- Behavioral authority: Knowledge at policy consumption, ranking at neighbor selection, enforced visibility at rendering, ancestry routing, training exclusions and experience feeding actor updates have named retained parts and actual effects. Restored actor-state authority and production-consumer effects remain unresolved. No validation value is inferred from static scoring rules. These distinctions support the partial assessment. See MEM-RTE-inference-stores, MEM-RTE-training-stores, MEM-OBJ-memory-indexes, RT-OBJ-context-masks, MEM-OBJ-trajectory-snapshots and RT-RTE-actor-update.
- Write agency: Grouped mechanisms share automatic model/software admission, not merely physical I/O or upstream workflow launch. The records retain route-specific checks, including different training/inference simple-note updates. Initial checkpoint and arbitrary dictionary initialization control remain unresolved, not manual. See MEM-RTE-inference-stores, MEM-RTE-training-stores, MEM-RTE-training-context, EPI-RTE-memory-merge and RT-RTE-actor-update.
- Curation operations: Reduced-history views support consolidate; keyed append/overwrite supports evolve; removal supports decay; visibility withdrawal while retaining backing history supports the separately explained invalidate finding without implying semantic rejection. Optional merge combines existing bodies and loses rich fields; it is not asserted to be a default or observed invocation. Unrestricted generated content and lower-level optimization remain unresolved. The partial inventory does not imply absence of synthesis, deduplication or promotion. See RT-RTE-context-edit, MEM-RTE-training-context, MEM-RTE-inference-stores, MEM-RTE-training-stores, EPI-RTE-memory-merge and EPI-OBJ-memory-content.
- Read-back direction: Unsolicited inventories, automatic neighbor expansion and mechanical recovery are distinct from requested primary-entry delivery. Retained-view supply, descendant inheritance and worker-selected training rows have later consumers; configured trainer resume requests checkpoint state. Additional trace-file and production-export consumers remain uninspected. Both push and pull have wired witnesses without complete-route claims. See MEM-RTE-inference-stores, MEM-RTE-training-stores, RT-RTE-context-edit, RT-RTE-training-rollout and RT-RTE-actor-update.
- Read-back signal: Coarse availability/recency/budget selection, fixed-feature and optional embedding neighbor selection, actual message-ID replacement lookup and ancestry matching are attached to triggers, inputs and selected parts. Requested primary keys are not counted as identifier push. Exact additional scheduler priorities and possible file/export selectors remain unresolved. See MEM-OBJ-memory-indexes, MEM-RTE-inference-stores, RT-OBJ-context-masks, MEM-RTE-training-context and RT-RTE-actor-update.
- Trace learning: Automatic trace-fed replacement writes qualify through retained context reaching later policy invocations. Reward-fed actor updates separately qualify. Synthetic trainable actions remain distinct from emergency conditioning only. Unrestricted store writes and possible log reuse remain unresolved; no local or system-wide no is asserted without an absence warrant. Partial coverage with wired yes findings is supported. See RT-RTE-context-edit, MEM-RTE-training-context, MEM-OBJ-trajectory-snapshots, RT-RTE-actor-update and RT-BAP-reward-actor.
- Trace source: Session turns and tool observations support replacement-write sources; policy/tool records and linked descendant outcomes support the actor-update sources, including trajectories. Code emission alone does not establish an event-stream source. Unknown store/initial/log origins remain unresolved rather than inapplicable. See RT-OBJ-full-history, MEM-RTE-training-context, MEM-OBJ-trajectory-snapshots and RT-RTE-actor-update.
Grouped units retain matching classifications and coverage while their notes distinguish material parts, operations and consumers. No grouping yields an unsupported comparison value or hides a consequential alternative. All positive bases remain wired: implementation does not establish observed activation, semantic fidelity, improved capacity or causal benefit. The profile already expresses its unresolved coverage and consequent restrictions. These faithful uncertainties are not additional verification limits.
