Verification
The handed synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the complete supplied boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applying the reconciliation's identity supersessions. I also checked the supplied report and profile judgments and the empty synthesis answers. No refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied. No target source was read, no new evidence was added and no target execution was performed.
The opening preserves the evidence boundary: the frozen commit and cutoff, included inference and training responsibilities, external dependencies and unavailable payloads, and the absence of registered observed runs or causal experiments. Whole-system functional coverage is not presented as an exhaustive audit. The account remains intelligible without supporting-member context and follows the operational progression rather than concatenating the reports.
The representative workflow and alternatives are supported by RT-RTE-fsm-inference, RT-RTE-ordinary-inference and the workflow account. The synthesis distinguishes the same model's plan submission from separate-agent delegation, fresh task state from resume skipping and retry hints, and reference logging from ordinary policy input. Its normal sequence is explicitly qualified by full-set fallback, alternate dispatch, forced best-effort exits and termination. It does not promote RT-CLM-fsm-gating into universal sequencing, semantic acceptance or a completion guarantee.
The retention account preserves the distinct stores and their consumers. MEM-OBJ-notes, MEM-OBJ-simple-notes, MEM-RTE-findings-write and MEM-RTE-findings-delivery support model-authored findings, software admission, automatic summary advertising, full keyed reads and bounded neighbor projections. MEM-OBJ-mem-edges supports the distinction between matching reasons and factual warrants, including the parseable-feature condition. The text does not infer cross-session durability, complete evidence coverage or actual semantic incorporation from these wired consumers. The reconciliation's superseded document and simple-note identities are not treated as additional mechanisms.
The cleanup and review paragraphs preserve their consequential conditions. The workflow's evidence-retention account supports count-based readiness and tracked-message cleanup; RT-RTE-fsm-inference supports type-level successful reads and latest-key recovery rather than exhaustive review. RT-RTE-context-control, EPI-RTE-context-replacement and RT-RTE-training-rollout support shared-view editing, retained originals, limited restore grants, lossy fallback and the different budget exits. The denial-removal example remains a source-derived countercase, not a claimed observed false answer.
The delivery and evaluation account preserves the corrected prediction lineage. EPI-OBJ-answer-content and the workflow delivery account support the logger's truthy tool-result selection and placeholder, separately from trajectory-snapshot assistant-prose fallback. Recording is not equated with successful finish or accepted correctness. EPI-RTE-offline-evaluation supports task-relative post-output grading and the distinct parse-error denominator effects. The retention-versus-acceptance conclusion follows EPI-RTE-findings-retention; its evidentiary negative is not turned into proof that the model never derives or conjectures.
The training account leads with its strongest supported contribution. RT-RTE-branch-credit, RT-RTE-policy-update and RT-BAP-rollout-weights establish the connected experience-to-parameter-to-later-consumer wiring, including pre-action copies, ancestry means, row dropping, query-relative advantages and synchronization. EPI-RTE-answer-reward supports the reference-based oracles and penalties. Neither continuation comparisons nor periodic validation is strengthened into single-edit causal identification or promote-only-if-better admission.
The independent property assessments remain bounded. History-derived replacements reaching later calls are supported retained updates, not demonstrated improved capacity. The synthesis separately identifies what is unestablished for each theory-builder condition and does not mistake prompt delivery or numerical scores for content-directed criticism. Its reflection and autonomous-theory-building statements remain evidentiary uncertainties, not system-complete absences. The dormant self-change characterization is supported by the implemented objective, update and parameter-consumer chain; the missing subsequent update-dependent operation is explicitly retained. Beneficial learning and the attributed performance claims are not promoted to observations or causal findings. See RT-OBJ-system-prompt, RT-RTE-policy-update, EPI-RTE-context-replacement and EPI-CLM-performance-gains.
The final scenario-relative assessment and proposed assessment-changing evidence are consistent with these records. They give neither a product ranking nor adoption advice. The Limitations table preserves the profile verification's local inventory omission and its prevented comparison. The report verification declares no remaining limits; the reconciliation supplies no current unresolved conflict. The table also retains the consequential execution, provider, provenance, semantic, optional-caller and configuration qualifications. No new material defect or unsupported comparison value was found.

Limits
- The profile's partial authority inventory does not separately enumerate the retained-history-to-summary/span/fallback update consumer, as carried in the synthesis limitations. RT-OBJ-full-history, its memory annotation, RT-RTE-context-control and EPI-RTE-context-replacement support retained experience feeding replacement context and later calls. Withhold a complete route-level comparison of learning authority across compaction and parameter training. The synthesis states that consequence; the positive compaction trace-fed-update finding and the independent training pathway remain supported. This partial inventory omission does not require withdrawing an emitted system-level value or blocking the bounded public account.
