ContextPilot profile verification

Verification
I checked all ten axes in the profile against the handed records, including unit boundaries, positive bases, unresolved alternatives and inventory assessments. I applied the handed reconciliation: document-index and simple-note references resolve to their memory declarations, and the optional merge resolves to MEM-RTE-memory-merge. Context replacements remain parts of history, not supersessions of it. The supplied profile answers file is empty; no predecessor objection was treated as a finding.
Storage and form distinguish process-local dictionaries, graph access structures and dense arrays from checkpoint/export files and updated model weights. Text, fixed-rule metadata and dense representations have different consumers. Dictionary adjacency does not establish a graph database, and embedding arrays do not establish a vector service. These mappings are supported by MEM-OBJ-notes, MEM-OBJ-mem-edges, MEM-OBJ-mem-embeddings, RT-OBJ-full-history, EPI-OBJ-evaluation-results and RT-RTE-policy-update. Some units group objects sharing a classification; they do not claim that those objects share an encoding or consumer.
Lineage separates foreground-authored findings, history-derived replacements, compiled access structures and trace-derived parameter changes. Known subsequent derivation is not used to resolve initialization or provider provenance. Write agency follows computational admission, rather than the word “manual” in a summary argument or the human decision to launch a run. Generic initialization and optional merge control remain unresolved. See MEM-RTE-findings-write, MEM-RTE-memory-merge, EPI-RTE-context-replacement and RT-RTE-policy-update.
Authority findings identify interpreted evidence at the QA policy, ranking inputs at the graph selector, visibility enforcement and restore eligibility at the renderer, and learning at the parameter updater. Updated weights have a separate downstream probability-ranking effect. Training ancestry and saved recovery markers route later work without accepting remembered propositions as true. These effects are supported by MEM-RTE-findings-delivery, RT-RTE-context-control, RT-RTE-branch-credit and RT-BAP-rollout-weights. The partial authority inventory has the local omission retained below.
Curation findings follow implemented operations: revision of existing entries, withdrawal from current lookup while historical copies can remain, reduced history representations, prompt forgetting and checkpoint retention, and optional combination of entries. Neither metadata rebuilding nor a misleading tool name establishes deduplication or synthesis. The semantic countercase in EPI-RTE-context-replacement qualifies faithfulness, not the existence of consolidation. The external transformation and caller-supplied merge summary remain unresolved rather than inheriting the local fallback's classification; MEM-RTE-memory-merge remains afforded.
Read-back distinguishes requested full-entry return from automatic summary injection, graph-neighbor selection, latest-key recovery and later history substitution. The push signals identify availability, normalized feature overlap, optional dense similarity and actual ID matching. A key on a requested pull alone is not counted as a push signal. Branch ancestry matches outcomes to recipient snapshots; complete state copying and weight synchronization are separately coarse delivery. These mappings follow MEM-RTE-findings-delivery, MEM-OBJ-mem-edges, RT-RTE-context-control and RT-RTE-branch-credit.
Trace learning has two supported positive chains: automatic retained history replacement reaching later policy input, and scored rollout experience reaching updated parameters and later rollout generation. The profile correctly does not require improved capacity or cross-session persistence for these wired findings. Recorded conversation/tool activity and linked training trajectories support the emitted source values. Variable finding inputs and opaque alternatives remain unresolved, not negative or inapplicable. See EPI-RTE-context-replacement, RT-RTE-branch-credit, RT-RTE-policy-update and EPI-RTE-answer-reward.
All axes retain partial coverage. Local wired witnesses do not classify hidden provider retention, and optional capability does not become deployed wiring. No positive finding claims observation or causal support. No unsupported absence or system-complete inventory is asserted. The records support the emitted comparison values; the omission below does not change their system union. No target source was read and no replacement record or quotation was introduced.

Limits
- The profile's authority inventory describes knowledge authority for retained history replacements at the later QA policy and learning authority for training experience at the parameter updater, but does not separately enumerate the learning-authority path from retained history into the summary/span/fallback update consumer. RT-OBJ-full-history, its memory annotation, RT-RTE-context-control and EPI-RTE-context-replacement establish retained experience feeding durable replacement context for later calls. Withhold a complete route-level comparison of learning authority across compaction and parameter training. This is an omission from an explicitly partial axis, not an unsupported emitted value: learning already has an independent wired training witness, and the compaction trace-learning finding remains supported.
