Autogenesis report verification

Verification
The current reports support a bounded implementation account. The runtime and epistemic members now preserve both material exceptions raised previously: memory-class admission does not itself supply a live memory consumer, and hashless workflow restore does not verify the original executable identity. No blocker remains.
I read the complete supplied invocation, member types, reports, correction answers, structural report-check, record contract and previous verification. I judged every declared component, object, route, claim, absence and behavioral-authority path, together with annotations, containment relations, supersessions and possible conflicts. The structural report-check contains no failures requiring routing. Citation resolution, quotation occurrence and field-form checks remain code's responsibility; the judgments below concern support and meaning. Source HEAD matched the boundary revision and the tracked diff was empty. Inspection used source text only, not target execution, tests, provider calls or runtime fixtures. All added source inspection remains implementation or doctrine/design evidence within SRC-1 in the Source register.
Runtime and authority dispositions
The execution account distinguishes model action choice from dispatch, hooks, scheduling and return bookkeeping. Independent reads of SRC-1 autogenesis/agent/types.py, autogenesis/agent/actor/meta_agent.py, autogenesis/protocol/server.py and autogenesis/gateway/service.py support RT-RTE-gateway-task and RT-RTE-child-delegation. Unknown-name rejection is local to the assembled routing table. Child contexts receive explicit restrictions or target defaults, not an intersection with parent grants. Returned child text is not the child's complete context. MetaAgent really can set done true while reporting an incomplete task; Gateway publishes task.completed on return rather than independently certifying the product.
The shell and skill distinctions also hold. SRC-1 autogenesis/tool/default/bash.py checks the tool's own permission registration and has a local subprocess branch. This supports RT-RTE-direct-agent, not an assertion of deployed isolation or a demonstrated exploit. The five-tool dispatcher deny set is not universal effect control. SRC-1 autogenesis/agent/native_tools.py, autogenesis/skill/context.py and the base skill-type selector support RT-RTE-skill-delivery: instruction delivery is not a separate executing worker. The absent MetaAgent selector override and orchestrator-only playbook tag justify the ordinary-projection qualification. Static method content, manifest metadata and remote model state remain distinct referents; RT-CMP-model-manager appropriately withholds immutable provider-version and training conclusions.
SRC-1 autogenesis/extension/server.py and autogenesis/extension/smoke_gate.py support live registration before smoke, optional disabling, generic response-success evaluation and recovery that cannot undo arbitrary external effects. Gateway forwards run_smoke, so explicit false is reachable through a shipped caller, not merely an unchecked internal possibility. Registration hooks and promotion are software paths; prompt approval wording in RT-CLM-evolution-guidance is not an enforced human rendezvous. Method guidance and capability loading consequently have different force in RT-BAP-method-instructions and RT-BAP-capability-load.
Correction answers independently rechecked
Both runtime answers and both epistemic answers are supported, including their dependent passages rather than only their changed record paragraphs.
For memory admission, I traced SRC-1 autogenesis/extension/server.py through autogenesis/memory/server.py into autogenesis/memory/context.py, then checked autogenesis/hook/default/memory.py and autogenesis/agent/types.py. The extension branch passes a class. Register constructs for metadata but stores instance=None for that input; neither the server wrapper nor extension add/load builds it afterward. Get and get_info do not lazily instantiate. Both event delivery and prompt reads require a non-null instance. Separate build and supplied-instance registration remain positive alternatives. RT-RTE-extension-admission, its behavioral-authority record, the epistemic disposition/adaptation rows and epistemic bounded conclusion now preserve precisely the exception established by MEM-RTE-memory-admission. Import/constructor effects, source retention and other live capability consumers are not erased. The two former memory-authority blockers are discharged.
For recovery, independent reading of SRC-1 autogenesis/workflow/runtime.py confirms runtime-major and name/version checks, conditional comparison of a nonempty prior hash, current-hash stamping for a missing hash, and completed-invocation conversion to cached. SRC-1 autogenesis/gateway/service.py forwards name/checkpoint to resume; the manager/default passages retained in RT-RTE-workflow-execution establish supported-input reachability. The runtime account, route fields and guarantee, and the epistemic recovery ledger, EPI-OBJ-checkpoint and bounded conclusion now distinguish those branches. Neither branch is promoted into factual-output or external replay-safety warrant. The two former executable-identity blockers are discharged.
Memory, epistemic and workflow dispositions
Independent producer-to-consumer inspection of SRC-1 autogenesis/hook/default/memory.py, autogenesis/memory/default/tiered.py and the built-in renderer definitions supports the memory inventory's recent records, working summaries and separate persisted displays. MEM-RTE-history-compaction has a real trace-to-derived-memory-to-later-model path. Nonempty output is admitted without semantic comparison; empty output restores the chunk. The independent epistemic transformation and retention functions correctly refrain from treating requested compression as established semantic preservation. MEM-ABS-tiered-reload is a supported bounded absence: constructor/get/session creation do not reconstruct tiers from disk, and renderer subclasses do not supply a loader. This does not deny other recovery mechanisms.
Todo Markdown injection and JSON reload, client transcript reopening, corpus retrieval, capability archives, execution exports and plugin histories retain separate consumers and horizons in the memory records. Source searches of SRC-1 autogenesis/tool/default/todo.py, autogenesis/trajectory/server.py, autogenesis/plugins/types.py and the Mem0/Astra adapters preserve those distinctions. The Mem0 stub is not operational recall. Frontend resumeChat requests conversation.events rather than rehydrating a backend. The renderer guidance conflict and unlocated evaluator probes are properly scoped in MEM-CLM-memory-guidance; they are not evidence that all memory paths are inert or that all checking is absent.
SRC-1 autogenesis/knowledge/server.py supports acquired-document retention and scored-record delivery without truth acceptance. Its records field, rather than its count-only message, carries the bodies. Processor and benchmark source supports EPI-RTE-json-parse and EPI-RTE-exact-match as bounded syntax conversion and reference comparison. SRC-1 autogenesis/workflow/context.py confirms the stronger positive in EPI-RTE-workflow-evaluation: terminal-run identity/status guards and duplicate rejection precede evidence-ledger admission. Quality remains caller-supplied; aggregate health reaches the tool caller without an automatic rollback decision in that operation. These functions do not establish accepted ampliative domain knowledge. The reports keep method localization, criticism, iteration, reflection, learning and exercised self-improvement independent, and do not infer observation or benefit from wiring.
WF-RTE-ui-verification is accurately an intended workflow over implemented delegation. SRC-1 autogenesis/prompt/default/meta_agent.html, autogenesis/prompt/default/reviewer_agent.html, autogenesis/agent/actor/reviewer_agent.py and autogenesis/tool/default/deploy.py support exact-URL handoffs, requested browser evidence, advisory review and running-status deployment output. Neither prompt requirements nor that output establishes successful storefront delivery. Browser and deployment internals are expressly outside this lens's inspected portion, not represented as absent or validated.
Reconciliation, omissions and stopping decision
The reconciliation correctly supersedes the two identical working-summary and corpus object referents without changing their findings. Compaction transformation/retention and corpus ingestion/retrieval remain narrower functions of valid broader memory routes, not duplicate identities. Every explicit Part of relation preserves the broader Gateway, extension or workflow container; none substitutes an alternative candidate for a contained part. Other objects distinguish configuration, displayed session content, plans, transcripts, execution artifacts, evaluation records and recovery state. The previous live-memory conflict no longer describes the pinned members. The renderer and approval discrepancies are between source-native instructions and implementation, not unresolved analyst disagreements. Reconciliation's statement about answers not supplied describes its own handoff; it does not rebut the correction answers supplied to this verification. No material conflict is left undisposed.
Omission questions were selected from the frozen top-level tree and producer/consumer dependencies, including shipped callers rather than only cited APIs. Could a later server/getter silently activate class-registered memory? Extension, server, context and call-site inspection found no such build in the stated route, while preserving explicit build/update/instance alternatives. Could restore reuse work without a prior hash? The supported migration branch is now carried in both affected reports. Could persistent artifacts be mistaken for model recall or warrant? Tiered get/persist, frontend replay, corpus result data and workflow evidence admission confirm different consumers and licenses. Could a healthy evaluation force an update outside the cited scorer? Searches of SRC-1 autogenesis/tool/default/evolution.py and autogenesis/workflow/ support the operation-scoped advisory finding, not a system-wide no-adaptation claim.
Further optional omission expansion stops because these consequential challenges have supported dispositions and no identified material challenge remains unanswered. The reports already withhold complete inventories, system-wide negatives about domain checking, universal safety/recovery, deployed provider behavior and training or improvement outcomes. Available additional evaluators, process transforms, arbitrary workspace consumers and provider features do not alone require exhaustive inspection. Their uncertainty is faithfully scoped in the reports, not a defect moved into a publication caveat. No additional verifier limit is needed to preserve the bounded account.
