Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements and limitations against the supplied boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applying the reconciliation's four duplicate supersessions. I also assessed the supplied report and profile verification limits and their carriage in the public text. No refusal or substantive synthesis correction answers were supplied. No source inspection, new evidence or corrected analyst text was needed.
The opening establishes SRC-1, the frozen commit, cutoff, included callers and excluded remote internals. It does not turn source inspection into observed execution. The task progression preserves scheduling and dispatch ownership, model choice, concurrent action batches, conversation/session distinctions and mutable model resolution. Its delegation account preserves selected inputs, fresh child history, message-only return and shared effects. Skills remain same-agent instruction delivery, not automatic execution. The representative workflow is conditional model policy rather than an enforced actor/verifier pipeline. These conclusions agree with RT-RTE-task-execution, RT-RTE-child-delegation, RT-RTE-skill-instructions, RT-CMP-model-manager and the workflow account.
The memory progression distinguishes a wired trace-fed context update from improved capacity. Old-record selection, summary production, bounded retention and later model delivery support that positive contribution without establishing fidelity. Empty-output restoration is not generalized to exception recovery. The separate todo disk reader, registry-based tier selection, client replay and corpus-to-workflow data route keep their different consumers and restart horizons. Web citations and lexical ranking are not upgraded to truth acceptance. See MEM-RTE-tier-context, MEM-RTE-todo-context, MEM-RTE-client-replay, MEM-OBJ-corpus, EPI-RTE-corpus-ranking and EPI-RTE-web-reports. The superseded compaction and corpus declarations do not become independent corroboration.
Checking and admission remain distinct. Advisory model reports, unaggregated VERIFY verdicts, reference-relative exact match and version-linked evaluation evidence retain their individual scopes. The healthy predicate is correctly conditional on submitted evidence and caller quality, not a mandatory adoption decision. The public account explicitly qualifies the immediate evaluation payload discrepancy retained below. EPI-RTE-evaluator-reports, EPI-RTE-workflow-checks, EPI-RTE-workflow-evidence.
The capability account preserves automatic admission without per-content human approval, source execution and manifest commitment before optional smoke, startup bypass of that probe, generic success rather than candidate exercise, and best-effort recovery. It also preserves the evolution skill projection mismatch and administrative alternatives. Shell permissions, workflow dispatch and recovery are not generalized into confinement, exactly-once effects or whole-system rollback. RT-RTE-capability-admission, RT-CLM-user-approval, EPI-CLM-smoke-safety, RT-RTE-runtime-configuration, RT-RTE-shell-execution, RT-RTE-workflow-execution, MEM-RTE-version-recovery.
The final assessment distinguishes Gateway delivery from verified task satisfaction, including explicitly incomplete termination. It leads with standing improvement-directed self-change and the retained-context contribution, then names missing evidence-shaped update and subsequent causal dependence. Theory-builder conditions retain the runtime's separate afforded/claimed assessments; reflection, operation-specific autonomy, learning and exercised self-improvement are not inferred from one another. The proposed resolving evidence and architectural changes address those actual gaps rather than imposing a new criterion. RT-RTE-task-execution, RT-RTE-capability-admission, MEM-RTE-tier-context.
The Limitations table carries both settled verification limits with their affected records and prevented comparisons. Its other rows preserve incomplete leaf coverage, unverified semantic fidelity, recovery differences, path-specific gates and provider uncertainty. No unresolved inter-report conflict was supplied. Neither the public account nor this judgment treats uninspected alternatives as absent. The two retained local faults below leave the central mechanism account valid and are already bounded in the public text; no additional blocker is warranted.

Limits
- The immediate-return descriptions in MEM-RTE-evaluation-records and EPI-RTE-workflow-evidence must not establish equality between the individual evaluation returned by evolution_tool and the normalized stored record. The supplied report verification identifies serialization of the original evaluation rather than the replacement carrying run-derived metrics. SRC-1; the synthesis checking account and Limitations carry this consequence. Readers should withhold individual returned/stored metric equality without a later ledger read; stored lineage checks and advisory aggregate health remain supported.
- The coarse diagnostic lineage unit assessed by the supplied profile verification leaves local derivation comparisons incomplete. MEM-OBJ-conversation-events, MEM-OBJ-message-snapshots and MEM-OBJ-trajectories support automatic observational derivations for particular products, while the grouped unit also includes unresolved caller content. SRC-1; the synthesis Limitations preserves the not-determinable grouped assessment and the consequence. Readers should withhold a complete per-product diagnostic lineage comparison, not the separately supported system-level lineage positives or trace-fed context route.
