Verification

The reports support a bounded, source-grounded account. No material correction is required. I read every declaration, annotation, source anchor, status assessment and integration issue in the four reports, and every reconciliation disposition. The supplied structural check reports none; all four correction-answer inputs are empty. There are no correction arguments to accept or decline.

The checkout HEAD matches the boundary. Independent source inspection used only SRC-1 at that revision. The enclosing-runtime classification is supported by the shipped CLI, session construction, provider-request adapter and mode consumers. The partial-loop boundary does not claim that the repository library is the entire system. I inspected source text only; no target code, tests, examples, providers or services were executed. Implementation, requested model behavior, observed operation and benefit remain separate.

Runtime and authority

I traced CLI session construction and mode dispatch in SRC-1 cli/packages/coding-agent/src/main.ts, SDK restoration and request setup in cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/sdk.ts, prompt interception and assembly in cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/agent-session.ts, provider dispatch in cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/model-runtime.ts, and terminal output in cli/packages/coding-agent/src/modes/print-mode.ts. These support RT-RTE-session-prompt and RT-CMP-model-runtime. Restoring provider/model identifiers does not pin weights or establish provider-side mutability facts.

The consequential control claims survive alternate-path inspection. Registry construction filters builtin, SDK-custom and extension definitions with the name predicate. Separately, the shipped RPC bash branch reaches executeBash or consumes an extension result; the default executor spawns a local shell. Thus RT-RTE-tool-grants is a registry invariant, not a universal execution prohibition, as RT-RTE-user-bash states. This is a supported caller route, not an inferred bypass from a type. Checked SRC-1 cli/packages/coding-agent/src/modes/rpc/rpc-mode.ts and cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/tools/bash.ts as well as session code.

Role eligibility precedes collision resolution; hidden skills remain available for explicit expansion, which reads the body into user content. These conditions support RT-RTE-skill-delivery and RT-BAP-skill-guidance, not filesystem confinement or compliance. Independent reads of SRC-1 cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/skills.ts, session expansion, cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/project-trust.ts and loader trust bootstrap confirm the reports' separation of discovery, project trust and tool execution. Creator procedure remains natural-language policy under RT-BAP-creator-guidance.

Retention, transformation and reuse

I checked the memory objects against the actual projections in SRC-1 cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/session-manager.ts and cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/messages.ts. Message payloads, branch/settings metadata, custom state and model-facing custom messages have different consumers. Conditional initial flushing supports MEM-RTE-session-retention; the report correctly avoids promising that every appended input is already durable. Summary text reaches user-role context, while arbitrary details and plain custom entries do not automatically do so.

Session compaction includes extension cancellation/substitution, append/rebuild, and bounded continuation behavior. Default generation, split-turn handling, recent-tail selection and branch-navigation alternatives were checked in SRC-1 cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/compaction/compaction.ts, cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/compaction/branch-summarization.ts and session code. RT-RTE-context-compaction, EPI-RTE-summary-generation, the two summary-object declarations and MEM-RTE-branch-navigation preserve the distinction between implemented delivery and unchecked semantic fidelity. A requested rationale format is not evidence that reasons survive every transformation.

For workflow memory, I traced independent in-memory sessions, diagnostic-history production, completion selection and journal substitution in SRC-1 cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/dynamic-workflows/agent.ts, cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/dynamic-workflows/agent-history.ts, cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/dynamic-workflows/task-panel.ts, cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/dynamic-workflows/workflow.ts, cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/dynamic-workflows/workflow-manager.ts and searched persistence/path wiring. MEM-RTE-workflow-context and MEM-RTE-workflow-resume correctly distinguish returned values, report projections, diagnostic snippets and replayed outputs. Checkpoint replies can come from a headless default; their label does not authenticate human approval. Independent message state does not imply filesystem isolation. Project-instruction selection and system-prompt insertion also support MEM-OBJ-project-context, without establishing its authorship or an automatic trace-to-edit loop.

Verification, admission and epistemic scope

I independently read the complete repository importer and verification skill, plus the verification reference's content-review and native-check procedure. SRC-1 cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/skills/verify-repo-skill/scripts/import_repo_skill.mjs implements validation, staged copying, overwrite rejection, router invocation and caught-error rollback attempts. Its manual-unrouted branch is real; overwrite and lock markers are not authenticated human decisions. The distinct official-manager conflict, force, no-op, digest, swap and restoration branches were checked in cli/packages/coding-agent/src/core/repo-skills-library-manager.ts. These support RT-RTE-repo-import, EPI-RTE-import-check and RT-RTE-library-update, without semantic correctness or crash-atomicity guarantees.

WF-RTE-repo-verification faithfully traces a prescribed workflow rather than invented execution. Required-backend blocking, loss of prior auto-import authorization, optional fresh-agent checks, repair and external review-artifact placement occur in the source instructions. The importer does not independently replay those checks. This agrees with MEM-RTE-verification-revision and the repository portion of EPI-RTE-refine-guidance.

For the paper route, I independently traced the complete SRC-1 cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/skills/recover-paper-result/scripts/evaluate_qa.py, cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/skills/recover-paper-result/scripts/validate_recovery_experiment.py and cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/skills/analyze-paper-recovery/scripts/compare_recovery.py, and checked the separate final-validator hard-mode branch. EPI-RTE-qa-normalization correctly identifies lexical collisions; EPI-RTE-qa-scoring licenses only conditional metric computation. Optional provenance/module checks, metric fallback, proxy/full thresholds and artifact predicates bound EPI-RTE-recovery-check. Its decision consumer supports EPI-RTE-recovery-decision, not acceptance of every skill assertion or independently authenticated recovery. The hard-mode gate does not disappear merely because the comparison script can accept a proxy.

All three epistemic claim records retain appropriate evidence strength. README collection-readiness and benchmark statements are attributed claims, not an audited collection or causal experiment. Creator's accepted-graph contract is compared with narrower implemented gates. Neither these claims nor refinement instructions establish an exercised evidence-to-update-to-dependent-operation chain. The reports preserve positive architectural findings without converting missing traces into absent learning, reflection or theory building.

Relations, omissions and stopping decision

The three Part of: relations identify actual segments: foreground persistence/reconstruction, default summary generation, and import validation. None replaces its parent. The reconciliation supersession connects the same repository verification procedure in memory and workflow; its rationale preserves doctrine-only status and the affected memory findings. The paper-inclusive refinement route is not wholly identical to that procedure. Candidate graphs versus managed graphs, and summary text versus summary-plus-metadata, remain valid overlapping containers rather than forced duplicate identities. The reconciliation's independent-convergence and integration dispositions preserve local inspection differences. I found no incompatible cross-report findings or unresolved conflict requiring correction.

Omission questions came from the frozen top-level tree, alternate shipped callers and producer/consumer dependencies, not just the listed quotations. I tested whether direct RPC execution defeated the registry-bound account; whether hidden invocation, extension summaries or headless checkpoints changed authority; whether import consumed semantic/native-test evidence; and whether shipped paper acceptance contradicted a blanket lack of acceptance. Each has the supported disposition above, and none is silently excluded as an external caller.

I also searched refresh guidance, saved-workflow adoption and router-index generation. SRC-1 cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/dynamic-workflows/workflow-commands.ts and cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/dynamic-workflows/extension-factory.ts confirm saved-script registration beyond ordinary session persistence. Searches of cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/skills/refresh-repo-skill/SKILL.md show maintenance returning to verification/import, not evidence of an exercised automatic improvement loop. Bounded reads of cli/packages/coding-agent/src/disco/skills/verify-repo-skill/scripts/update_repo_skills_router.mjs support the separation of classification handoffs from selected index projections; they do not supply an audit of every later evidence consumer. The reports already retain these broader uncertainties. Further omission expansion stopped because the selected challenges have supported dispositions, no material contradiction remains unaddressed, and the emitted conclusions do not claim system-complete coverage. Remaining inventory comparisons are limited below.

Limits

  • Saved-workflow script adoption is only partly characterized in the memory report's coverage account, alongside MEM-RTE-workflow-context and MEM-RTE-workflow-resume. Save/registration and result replay are supported, but full script replacement, validation, initial provenance and nested-consumer admission are not audited. The retained memory and replay findings hold; readers should withhold a complete comparison of production-machinery admission controls or delegation isolation across all workflow paths.
  • Specialized task evaluators, refresh/extend internals and cross-host export/withdrawal remain partial inventories under the boundary, the memory integration issues and the epistemic source-and-claim boundary. The selected repository verification, paper recovery and session/workflow memory mechanisms remain supported. Readers should withhold collection-wide correctness, complete evaluator coverage, universal withdrawal, and system-wide absence claims about evidence-responsive adaptation or knowledge production. Available but uninspected paths are not evidenced absences.
