Verification
Checked the complete memory profile, including every axis, unit, finding, basis and coverage note, against the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members. Reconciliation establishes no supersessions or unresolved cross-report conflicts. Valid containers and their declared parts therefore remain separately usable. The profile adds no source evidence and does not claim observed operation or causal benefit.
The comparison boundary concerns retained content changed or accumulated through use and its access structures. Exclusion of unchanged shipped instructions and inference weights without a recorded use-driven update does not assert their absence. Unresolved specialized paths, use-changed context files and extension alternatives remain included rather than disappearing behind the inspected default routes. All ten axis assessments are partial; none asserts a complete system union or unsupported absence.
- Storage substrate: File storage and in-process access projections are supported by RT-OBJ-operating-graph, RT-OBJ-skill-registry, RT-OBJ-session-context, MEM-OBJ-journal, MEM-OBJ-agent-history, MEM-OBJ-saved-workflow and EPI-OBJ-recovery-evidence. Grouped units name the participating objects and distinguish persistent files from transient projections. JSON and graph organization are not incorrectly promoted into separate substrates.
- Representational form: Prose, executable scripts, metadata and opaque result payloads are separated by part and consumption path. The positive natural-language and symbolic findings follow the recorded consumers. In particular, MEM-OBJ-journal supports textual results without classifying every schema-shaped payload, and MEM-OBJ-branch-summary does not resolve opaque extension details. Their unresolved assessments preserve those distinctions.
- Lineage: Requested Creator authorship remains claimed at RT-RTE-graph-admission; executable import does not upgrade it. RT-RTE-library-update supports local imported lineage without authenticating upstream authorship. Default summaries are trace-extracted; computed access state is other-compiled. Copying a selected run script into reusable storage supports the local imported path in MEM-RTE-saved-workflow, while its initial authorship remains unresolved. Known derivation paths do not purport to settle original provenance.
- Behavioral authority: The profile separates imperative guidance from factual context, update consumers from downstream consumers, and access controls from semantic warrant. RT-BAP-operating-guidance supports interpreted instruction/knowledge delivery, not compliance. MEM-OBJ-library-state supports routing, validation and helper-bound enforcement at the stated consumers. MEM-BAP-summary-context supports contextual knowledge after summarization; the trace input has learning authority at its distinct update consumer. Arbitrary replay payload authority remains unresolved. Saved orchestration's routing value follows its actual executor in MEM-RTE-saved-workflow, not mere script presence.
- Write agency: Default summary admission, result retention and computed report admission are automatic. Explicit human checkpoint replies and command/UI selection of a particular run script are manual at their own mechanisms, as distinguished in MEM-OBJ-journal and MEM-RTE-saved-workflow. Generic caller identity is left unresolved. Requested graph approvals remain claimed and do not turn every importer invocation into authenticated human review.
- Curation operations: MEM-OBJ-compaction supports compression and incremental checkpoint revision; MEM-OBJ-agent-history supports reduced diagnostic representation. Collection replacement and physical withdrawal are supported by RT-RTE-library-update with its memory annotation. Saved overwrite supports local evolution. Feedback-directed paper revision stays claimed at EPI-RTE-paper-decision. No synthesis is inferred from semantic uncertainty, and incidental backups do not establish a designed history-retaining invalidation route. The local inventory omission below does not invalidate emitted values.
- Read-back direction: Requested skill bodies, named saved workflows and artifact loads remain pull. Automatic registry supply and checkpoint continuation are separate push operations. MEM-RTE-journal-replay supports the distinction between requesting resumed state and automatic index/hash-based substitution at a later call; the latter is not merely an unsolicited label applied to every requested file return.
- Read-back signal: The profile identifies triggers, inputs and selected parts. Registry role/visibility filters support coarse selection at RT-RTE-skill-delivery. Actual entry-boundary matches and window budgets support identifier and coarse findings for reconstructed context at RT-RTE-context-compaction. Journal equality selects the delivered result at MEM-RTE-journal-replay. Requested names alone are correctly insufficient for identifier push. Semantic matching that leads to a requested skill read does not by itself establish inferred-judgment push.
- Trace learning: The wired positive follows the complete automatic trace-to-summary-to-later-model chain in MEM-OBJ-compaction, MEM-RTE-branch-summary and MEM-BAP-summary-context. This meets the profile definition without requiring new knowledge or demonstrated improvement. Paper feedback revision is supported only as a requested model update to durable guidance by EPI-RTE-paper-decision; the profile does not promote that request into wired admission or exercised reuse. Requested later deployment approval is distinct from the requested model revision itself. Opaque replacements, raw diagnostics and arbitrary replay values are not upgraded by the default summary witness.
- Trace source: Session turns and tool requests/results support session-logs and tool-traces for default summaries. The claimed paper refinement input is execution/check feedback, with mixed original evidence provenance left partial. MEM-OBJ-compaction, MEM-OBJ-branch-summary and EPI-RTE-paper-checks support these local mappings. Event-tree serialization and multi-step orchestration alone do not establish event-stream or trajectory sources.
No unsupported emitted comparison value, evidence-strength upgrade, false resolved assessment or central misleading conclusion was found. Missing deployed consumption and uninspected alternatives are already expressed in the profile's own coverage and basis fields; those uncertainties need no additional publication finding. No frozen-source ambiguity required a source read. Source-read log: none.

Limits
- The partial curation inventory in the memory profile omits explicit deletion of saved workflows and cleanup of workflow run files/sidecars, supported by MEM-RTE-saved-workflow and MEM-RTE-journal-replay. Its emitted decay witness remains valid for managed collection withdrawal, but consumers should withhold complete comparisons of forgetting and withdrawal routes across saved orchestration and workflow state. This local omission does not change the supported system-level positive values or contradict the axis's partial assessment.
