Batch 23 tally: six publications and two timeouts

Six of eight fresh attempts published; two stopped on 120-second command timeouts. This is the operator-requested status tally on 2026-10-19, not a semantic or operational audit, recovery commission or integration approval.

Subsequent independent audit and integration

The later batch-23 audit results record six fresh parent-reviewed audits: five holds and Supermemory approved with recorded limits. Only Supermemory transferred through native merge 814bb5ac5e33b0655e53ec64f2d63b1193e130c5, adding 13 exact members. Current corpus: 191 sets / 2,483 members; inventory 190 complete, 13 pending and three older target holds. Both unpublished timeout cases remained excluded and preserved. The tally below retains its original pre-audit observations and counts; no old hold or incident was cleared.

Every preparation records status ready at method commit 3e2491c83a4613d410511af8c3cfde30f4b67689. Every outer process exit file contains zero, including both stopped cases. Exit zero is not evidence of analysis completion.

For each of the six publications, read the completed native publish attempt and effects/publish.json, then recursively hashed the retained destination. All six complete filename/SHA-256 maps equal the effect's new map, without extra or missing files: 78 exact members total. No source claims or worker conduct were audited. Earlier exact-run holds remain evidence; new publication does not establish that their defects or incidents were resolved.

ClawVault's final inspection reports state: running, no attempts, no members and no effects. No analytical or verification workers were launched according to that message. Acquisition remains unconfirmed; this tally did not retry it or treat any partial source checkout as a completed acquisition.

MehmetGoekce LLM Wiki has completed acquisition and all 36 recorded attempts through 000036-assemble. Its last command was commonplace-run advance with --completed 000034-synthesis-verification. Final inspection reports publishable: true but state: running. The current run has no effects/publish.json; assembly is not publication. No failed attempt or worker problem was reported. The timeout does not establish its underlying cause or license automatic replay of the command.

Evidence and next decision

Local evidence root: /media/zby/2b5e98b6-baf0-4e97-90d2-03321ea23372/outputs/. Logs and process exits are under batch-23/<key>.output and <key>.exit. Worktrees are under commonplace-worktrees/batch-23-<key>, with sibling preparation records and their native kb/agentic-system-analyses/state/<run-id> paths. The batch preparation binds exact source identities. The process snapshot found no matching batch-23 launcher or native analysis process; it is not writer-idleness certification for later recovery.

Six publications are candidates for independent audit before any integration. The two timeouts require separately authorized diagnosis/recovery, preserving all evidence and checking ownership and uncertain effects first. No audit, validation of publication content, integration, retry, cleanup or source mutation was performed by this tally. Only the tally and workshop navigation were updated.

Canonical/inventory completion counts remain 190 sets / 2,470 members; 189 complete, 14 pending and three older target holds. All 17 previously unchecked targets remain unchecked: six now have batch-23 publications awaiting audit, two have batch-23 timeout stops, and nine were excluded from this batch.
