most of the world’s high quality knowledge is distributed across your company’s data and minds

continuously improving on your tasks comes from: 1. interviewing experts to mine domain knowledge & understand what matters to them 2. converting that data into evals/envs 3. fitting agents on those tasks to adopt that behavior 4. collect more traces & loop

observability & CL are a deeply coupled cycle of data collection, curation, and integration into agent behavior

most people’s agent data isn’t being used to improve their agents, but we want to change that

open skills help everyone start the flywheel of converting data into hill climbing
