Limitations (our opinion)
This is a tool announcement and author report, not a code-grounded review. The source claims autonomous Fable sessions honored authority constraints from skill text alone, but it does not expose the acceptance-test corpus, traces, or failure cases in the captured text. Treat the reported validation as a credibility signal, not as independently verified evidence.
The model-specific framing may date quickly. "Fable-class" reliability and the claim that over-prescription degrades output are point-in-time observations about a particular model family and harness. The durable part is the boundary: stronger models may reduce heuristic scaffolding, but they do not remove the need for project-scoped state, explicit authority, and lifecycle evidence.
The kit's two-file design also reflects single-project, repo-local Claude Code use. Teams with issue trackers, regulated audit trails, multi-user permissions, or non-git work surfaces may need stronger coordination and access-control machinery. The source itself acknowledges GitHub Issues and PRs as the right answer for some team delivery contexts.
