Agent Workflow Memory profile verification

Verification
I checked all ten axes of the handed profile, including their natural units, emitted values, local evidence bases and inventory assessments, against the supplied runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records. Reconciliation makes no supersessions. Its broad containers remain valid alongside narrower parts; neither containment nor a stronger container status upgrades an optional consumer handoff. I assessed the predecessor objection and the profile author's correction answer afresh. No source files were read and no new records or quotations were added.
Storage, form and lineage
The known storage inventory is supported at the AWM-visible boundary: retained workflow and evidence files, optional vector access structures and in-process episode notes. It does not characterize BrowserGym's internal storage or attribute use-updated memory to external model weights. The grouped retrieval unit preserves the saved workflow index versus unsaved ablation distinction and does not assert successful semantic workflow retrieval. See MEM-OBJ-mind-workflows, MEM-OBJ-arena-workflows, MEM-OBJ-arena-traces, MEM-RTE-workflow-selection, MEM-RTE-exemplar-ablation and MEM-RTE-episode-memory.
The form axis separates model-interpreted text, fixed-rule metadata and gate values, dense numerical access representations, and the unresolved consumed screenshot. Grouped text and metadata scopes retain their different consumption paths in the notes; the retrieval unit distinguishes parametric vectors from symbolic index mappings. These groupings do not misclassify mixed parts or hide an opaque alternative. The partial assessment correctly withholds a controlled form for the image rather than classifying it through display text. See MEM-OBJ-exemplar-specifier, MEM-OBJ-conversation, MEM-OBJ-autoeval-signal, RT-CMP-openai-embeddings and EPI-RTE-trajectory-check.
Lineage distinguishes generated trace-derived outputs, imported offline inputs, compiled transformations, fixed authored reminders and unresolved initial content. The added manual-rule unit correctly retains trace-extracted lineage: human approval controls admission, not origin. This resolves the predecessor's local lineage omission. External production and embedding provenance remain explicitly partial, while initial exemplar and website-file provenance remain not-determinable. Known local derivations do not resolve those alternatives. See RT-RTE-rule-admission, MEM-OBJ-arena-workflows, MEM-OBJ-exemplar-content, MEM-OBJ-mind-workflows and RT-CMP-openai-embeddings.
Authority, admission and curation
The predecessor's authority blocker is resolved in both the findings and dependent rationale. The WebArena acting-model unit now retains knowledge authority for factual assertions alongside instruction authority for directions. The factual content is established by EPI-OBJ-workflow-text; whole-file delivery is established by MEM-OBJ-arena-workflows and RT-BAP-workflow-system. The added offline update-consumer unit retains learning authority for imported annotated examples feeding durable workflow production, supported by RT-RTE-mind-admission and MEM-OBJ-mind-workflows. Neither effect requires observed compliance, benefit or experience from this agent's own execution.
The remaining authority findings distinguish actual consumers and effects: demonstration knowledge, experience at automatic update consumers, eligibility validation and enforcement, default metadata routing, optional similarity ranking and index routing, diagnostic evidence, afforded human review and enabled note context. Their scopes and basis notes preserve the optional retrieval defects and prevent an affordance from becoming an ordinary-pipeline guarantee. The known assessment concerns this recorded consumer inventory, not all possible effects of arbitrary future text. See RT-BAP-workflow-exemplar, MEM-OBJ-conversation, EPI-RTE-success-selection, MEM-OBJ-exemplar-specifier, MEM-RTE-exemplar-ablation, MEM-OBJ-autoeval-thoughts and EPI-RTE-annotation-score.
Write agency is classified at admission. Neural replacement, computed evidence retention, standalone selection and optional note retention are computational; rule admission has separate exact-human-approval and automatic branches. Operator initiation is not content approval. The partial assessment retains unknown initial admission and external trace-production control rather than inferring either from readable files or automatic reads. See RT-RTE-mind-admission, RT-RTE-neural-admission, RT-RTE-rule-admission, MEM-OBJ-arena-traces and MEM-RTE-episode-memory.
Curation separates implemented reductions and rule deduplication from requested neural abstraction. Saved-message projection and concrete-example selection support consolidation; abstract-action-key reduction supports deduplication without establishing task equivalence. Neural consolidation remains claimed and its semantic coverage partial. The unknown note transformation is not automatically called consolidation. Whole-file overwrite alone is not an existing-entry edit or invalidation with retained history. The partial inventory supports its emitted positives without implying an exhaustive operation list. See MEM-OBJ-conversation, RT-RTE-rule-admission, RT-RTE-neural-admission, MEM-RTE-workflow-selection and MEM-RTE-episode-memory.
Read-back and trace-fed updates
The known direction inventory follows requested consumption: configured workflow reads, requested evaluator/update inputs, standalone preprocessing and enabled history. A requested whole-file delivery is not an additional push; optional retrieval remains afforded despite the broader inspected selector implementation. Within the completely assessed recorded pull-only inventory, the push-signal axis is inapplicable. File identifiers, tag filters and requested semantic search do not establish unsolicited selection. See RT-RTE-benchmark-action, RT-RTE-browser-action, MEM-RTE-workflow-selection, MEM-RTE-exemplar-ablation and MEM-RTE-episode-memory.
The trace-learning positives are supported automatic trace-fed durable workflow paths with later consumers. Imported annotated multi-step examples can qualify; online session records do not require live browsing. The manual-rule variant is outside automatic admission. Optional episode-note durability remains unresolved, so the partial axis does not turn a workflow witness into complete qualification of every alternative. Conditional wiring is not observed default pipeline success: the filename mismatch and zero-example generation qualification remains beside the WebArena finding. See RT-RTE-mind-admission, RT-RTE-neural-admission, RT-RTE-rule-admission, WF-RTE-pipeline-handoff and MEM-RTE-episode-memory.
Trace sources follow the original consumed content: saved conversational turns for online Mind2Web, imported annotated trajectories for offline induction, and linked browser-task experience plus recorded action requests for WebArena automatic updates. The profile does not reclassify adapter labels as event streams or assume that screenshots and rewards are complete induction inputs. The optional note source remains unresolved with its qualifying write. See MEM-OBJ-conversation, MEM-OBJ-mind-workflows, MEM-OBJ-arena-traces and RT-RTE-neural-admission.
No remaining material unsupported value or complete-coverage assertion was established. The profile's explicit initialization, provenance, image-form, neural-semantic and note-durability uncertainties are faithfully scoped uncertainty, not additional verification limits. Grouped units retain the operative distinctions needed for their emitted findings; their coarseness does not change the comparison union or imply unsupported absence.
