Verification

I checked every substantive statement in the handed synthesis against the complete handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow accounts, applying the reconciliation's identity supersessions. I also checked carriage of the supplied report and profile verification judgments. Neither declares an additional publication limit, and reconciliation identifies no current unresolved conflict. No previous synthesis verification or refusal was supplied. Source-read log: none; this judgment uses the handed records, not new source evidence. SRC-1 and the reviewed revision are fixed by the Source register.

Construction and retained content. The public account leads with the supported automatic experience-to-instruction capacity, not a claim of beneficial learning. RT-RTE-library-build and the workflow account support the selected one-epoch functional construction path: code scheduling, supplied reward selection, separate model frames, plan admission before skill filtering, optional filtering/clustering/merging, conversion, checkpoints and final files. The text preserves partial-result recovery and distinguishes file/API delivery from successful execution. MEM-OBJ-plan-skill, MEM-OBJ-functional-skill, MEM-OBJ-atomic-skill and MEM-OBJ-retrieval-vectors support the separation of instructional text, access metadata and derived vectors. The account does not turn reference implementations into installed functions or requested model names into frozen weights.

Admission and recurrence. MEM-RTE-proposal-context supports proposal visibility before final admission and the distinction between instance-map recurrence and committed-library feedback. MEM-RTE-feedback-summary supports copied-history substitution, its character trigger, fallback and lack of a designated reload pointer; the synthesis does not assert semantic preservation. These are the canonical summary and plan referents after supersession, without discarding the epistemic qualifications. EPI-RTE-general-check, EPI-RTE-schema-check, EPI-RTE-filter-disposition, RT-CLM-quality-control and workflow annotations support consequential but bounded vetoes, negative-wording countercases, category/schema/configuration bypasses and unchecked post-filter transformations. The public text preserves the conditions under which the gates operate and does not infer actual harm from their weaknesses.

The retention paragraph is supported by MEM-OBJ-skill-library, MEM-OBJ-skill-metadata, MEM-OBJ-atomic-skill and EPI-RTE-export-validation. It keeps fixed-field serialization separate from retained criticism, narrow replacement/suppression separate from global withdrawal, standalone atomic labelling separate from hybrid output, and direct structural predicates separate from the blocked export preflight. The constructor failure is presented as a static deduction rather than an observed exception.

Read-back and actual effects. RT-RTE-prompt-prepare, its memory annotation, RT-BAP-skill-guidance and MEM-OBJ-retrieval-vectors support query-driven ranking, item rather than token budgets, falsy empty-tool filtering, zero-vector suppression and advisory prompt delivery. The synthesis retains the rewrite and selector interface defects, formatter omissions and wrapper execution stubs. It also preserves the correctly called public rewrite helper and MEM-RTE-self-filter as alternatives without asserting shipped later consumers or claiming that rewriting is universally unreachable. Metadata availability is not promoted to actual model-visible delivery or compliance.

RT-RTE-environment-rollout, RT-CLM-rollout-control and RT-RTE-response-eval support the separate callback, world, client-tool and local expression-evaluation effects. The synthesis distinguishes generic completion heuristics from external task evaluation and both from reusable-procedure warrant. Checklist guidance and local loop bounds are not described as global permissions or isolation. RT-RTE-task-synthesis and MEM-OBJ-task-checkpoint support objective generation and checkpoint recovery while preserving activation, interface, duplicate-filter and unevaluated-placeholder breaks. No fictitious automatic execution-to-extraction cycle is assembled from these separate capabilities.

Independent properties and evidence strength. The public conclusions agree with RT-RTE-library-build and the epistemic bounded conclusion: instruction updates are implemented; improved future capacity, formulated-theory criticism and exercised self-improvement are not established by these records. Each theory-builder condition remains independently unestablished, not absent. Reflection and autonomous theory building are not inferred from maintained skills or automated scheduling. The marked prospective self-change account does not claim closure of the subsequent exercised causal-dependence link. EPI-CLM-quality-refinement and EPI-CLM-transfer-gains support attribution of README claims, not verified gains or component effects. Suggested traces, independent outcome comparisons and interface/execution repairs address the stated gaps without treating repairs alone as evidence of benefit.

Public limitations. The Limitations table carries the consequences of unobserved operation, unresolved reward/schema/evaluator provenance, semantic and criticism-history uncertainty, implementation breaks, external backend/effect boundaries, partial inventory and unknown historical producing revision. Its inventory row preserves partial comparison coverage rather than asserting absence or exhaustive inspection. The body supplies the mechanism explanations needed to read these rows without supporting-member context. The account remains intelligible as a bounded source characterization, with scenario-specific conclusions for construction, execution and epistemic reuse; it supplies neither a product ranking nor a transfer recommendation. I found no unsupported strengthening or material omission requiring correction, and no additional local record fault requiring a publication limit.
