Verification

The current reports support a bounded account of experience-derived instruction construction and later prompt preparation. Neither earlier blocker remains. I read the complete supplied members, their types, correction answers, reconciliation, structural check, record contract and previous verification. The structural check reports none; there is no structural failure to route. Runtime and memory each supply a corrected answer; epistemic and workflow answers are empty. I judged those answers against source, not as proof of repair.

SRC-1 is the source in the boundary Source register. Checkout HEAD equals the reviewed commit and its working tree is clean. All source inspection below is implementation or source-native doctrine/design at that revision, except the explicitly identified bundled artifact samples. I performed no target execution, tests, provider calls or environment calls. Interface-failure deductions are not observed exceptions. The whole-system boundary includes the shipped environment executors and benchmark-facing callers; their external host implementations remain outside it. Nothing inspected contradicts that target or boundary classification.

Construction, proposals and persistence

I independently traced SRC-1, pipeline.py, data/loaders.py, extraction/base.py, extraction/plan_extractor.py, extraction/skill_extractor.py, extraction/tool_summary.py, filtering/pipeline.py, filtering/base.py, clustering/dbscan.py, clustering/embedding.py, clustering/merger.py and core/skill.py. RT-RTE-library-build and the selected workflow account accurately separate code scheduling, supplied reward selection, model proposals, optional vetoes and final library admission. Plans enter before skill filtering. Early skill-work returns do not prevent the outer checkpoint; final epoch files retain statistics, not full candidate transcripts. Batch concurrency, individual failure handling, first-member merge fallback and nontransactional writes support the partial-result recovery account. The workflow correctly ends at saved construction results rather than inventing benchmark delivery.

The runtime correction is supported throughout the account and route fields. Pipeline preparation supplies an atomic skill_library field, but the actual atomic and hybrid prompt bodies select prior proposals from their instance maps. Functional extraction starts its list from trajectory experience metadata. Both recurrence mechanisms can admit proposal context before downstream filters and library merge. No synchronization from committed-library replacement or rejection into those maps occurs in the inspected bodies. MEM-RTE-proposal-context agrees with the corrected runtime. The old committed-epoch-library feedback assertion is gone; expansion coverage and explicit saved-library reload remain separate supported edges. Thus the previous runtime blocker is dismissed after source recheck, not moved into Limits.

MEM-RTE-feedback-summary substitutes extracted feedback in a deep copy for subsequent extraction invocations. Its character trigger, missing-tag/error fallback and absence of a designated reload pointer match the implementation. No semantic fidelity or token-budget guarantee is inferred. The equivalent EPI-RTE-feedback-summary remains semantically indeterminate despite its implemented replacement route.

I checked every memory object against its source-native part and consumers: MEM-OBJ-skill-library, MEM-OBJ-plan-skill, MEM-OBJ-functional-skill, MEM-OBJ-atomic-skill, MEM-OBJ-skill-metadata, MEM-OBJ-trajectory, MEM-OBJ-retrieval-vectors and MEM-OBJ-task-checkpoint. Text bodies, symbolic access/provenance fields, copied histories, dense access vectors and checkpoint progress have distinct roles. Fixed-field serialization omits outer modification/filter rationale. Same-name replacement, current-collection removal and incoming atomic suppression do not imply global withdrawal. Cross-type name lookup can fail at list replacement. Standalone atomic output is collected through the functional-labelled branch, unlike hybrid atomic metadata. These are supported static deductions, not incidence claims.

Direct SRC-1 reads of data/exporters.py and data/schemas.py confirm the memory correction: validate_and_export passes embeddings_config to a dataclass declaring embeddings, before reaching validation or conditional export. The coverage row, Write side and integration issue now preserve that break and distinguish standalone predicates, unchecked export/save and direct library admission. They agree with EPI-RTE-export-validation. The previous memory blocker is therefore dismissed. A direct structural-check return is not an enforced checked-export consumer.

Read-back, execution and alternatives

I traced SRC-1, inference/skill_usage.py, inference/retriever.py, inference/plan_rewriter.py, inference/skill_selector.py, inference/embedding_service.py, inference/prompt_formatters.py and all three files under inference/benchmarks/. RT-RTE-prompt-prepare correctly follows unified reload, cosine selection, optional model selection and formatting to the actual returned prompt. Counts are not token budgets; a falsy empty tool set does not enforce zero eligible tools. Retrieval omits source metadata. The rewrite required-argument mismatch, selector generate mismatch/fallback, BFCL and tau2 plan omissions, BFCL base-prompt omission and metadata-only AppWorld human-skill additions remain path-specific findings. All three wrappers leave execution unimplemented.

RT-BAP-skill-guidance correctly distinguishes advisory reference implementations from installed functions and downstream compliance. MEM-RTE-self-filter is a separate public selection capability with an ainvoke interface, response evaluation and fail-open fallback, not a repaired service-selector call. MEM-CLM-format-boundary is supported by serializer/loader bodies and bounded iteration-one samples in SRC-1, skillx_db/appworld/vanilla-iter1/func_atomic_skills.json and skillx_db/appworld/vanilla-iter1/plan.json. Explicit conversion APIs defeat universal sample-unusability, but do not make the unified inference factory an automatic converter.

The previous public-rewrite inventory limit has been addressed. The runtime now records PlanRewriteService.get_pseudo_plan, its correct plural-reference call, configured selection, return and lack of persistence or established later delivery; memory also retains it. Independent repository-wide Python name searches find its declaration but no shipped caller. This affords rewriting without repairing the singular-argument service call. The epistemic account already confines that failure to the shipped service path. There is no remaining misleading system-wide rewriting-negative or inventory-completeness claim requiring a carried limit.

RT-CMP-llm and RT-CMP-embedding-service agree with SRC-1, llm/client.py and both embedding clients: provider weights are external, requested names do not freeze weights, and configurable endpoints can change resolution. LLM retry reduces output allowance, not input history; invocation kwargs are not generally forwarded. Clustering and retrieval use different HTTP contracts. Cached zero-vector fallback can suppress positive-threshold retrieval. RT-RTE-response-eval correctly identifies unrestricted local Python expression evaluation before post-evaluation type checks in merger/selector parsing. The self-filter is an additional distinct site. Process grants, exploitation and deployed isolation are not established.

For RT-RTE-environment-rollout, RT-CLM-rollout-control and RT-RTE-task-synthesis, I inspected SRC-1, expansion/env_worker.py, expansion/env_explorer.py, expansion/explorer.py, expansion/task_manager.py, expansion/task_generator.py, and operative explore/summarize bodies in expansion/strategies/random.py, expansion/strategies/experience_guided.py and expansion/strategies/real_env.py. Generic text completion, AppWorld evaluator arithmetic and external client done/reward have different warrant. The two worker bodies do not enforce the passed checklist. Local step budgets do not bound callback effects. Client tool calls and world/callback execution are included effect paths, not excluded shipped callers.

Expansion's activation predicate, unset convenience worker, original explorer's incompatible chat call, cumulative duplicate re-filtering and empty-history/None-reward conversion support the bounded task-generation conclusion, not a closed automatic improvement cycle. Task checkpoints restore results/progress under a seed hash that omits other configuration. Simulated observations and model confidence are not environment evidence. Separate-context inputs and returned values support the memory frame account, not pointer-based paging or live-session compaction.

Epistemic records and reconciliation

I checked every epistemic object, route and claim against the implementation passages above, SRC-1 config/tool_schemas.py, prompts/registry.py, prompts/skill_prompts.py, prompts/filter_prompts.py and README.md. EPI-OBJ-trajectory-feedback, EPI-OBJ-plan-content, EPI-OBJ-skill-content, EPI-OBJ-tool-schemas and EPI-OBJ-synthetic-task distinguish outcome assertions, prescriptions, scoped capability claims, tool contracts and requests/confidence. The sampled candidate and historical telecom result in SRC-1, exp_log/tau2-bench/skillx/2026-01-18T23_23_15.297811_telecom_llm_agent_Qwen3-32B_user_simulator_gpt-4.1-2025-04-14_test.json, establish bundled artifact availability under stated conditions, not linked acceptance provenance or production by this commit.

EPI-RTE-general-check, EPI-RTE-schema-check and EPI-RTE-filter-disposition separate check production from consequential selection. The negative-wording substring countercases, candidate-category bypass, missing-schema branches and unchecked post-filter transformations support RT-CLM-quality-control. Implemented vetoes are real operational controls, not semantic correctness guarantees. The ledger separates retention from lifecycle integration and task outcome from reusable-procedure warrant. Indeterminate semantic edges do not infer conjecture merely from missing entailment evidence; the limited serialization/text-assembly reshaping witness does not extend to model merges or summaries.

EPI-CLM-skill-kb, EPI-CLM-quality-refinement and EPI-CLM-transfer-gains faithfully attribute README doctrine and reported performance. The records do not promote it to verified benefit, accepted ampliative knowledge or exercised self-improvement. Their independent uncertainty about learning, reflection and theory-building is appropriately scoped; no universal negative is emitted.

I checked every Part of: relation: both feedback-summary declarations, provisional proposal reuse and the three filter parts are contained operations of the library-build route. I also checked every supersession and overlap in reconciliation. The two amendments identify the same summary operation and planning object without changing evidence strength. The other overlapping object accounts remain valid combined referents alongside distinct parts. Components, local derived state, public selection, parser effects and optional export have different identities. Workflow annotations add no competing declarations. All memory integration issues have compatible dispositions: failure contrast, atomic labelling, withdrawal, format compatibility and selector alternatives qualify rather than contradict the corrected runtime. No unresolved current conflict remains. No evidenced-absence records are declared. Wired/afforded implementation and uninspected operation statuses are consistent with source evidence and route-specific limits.

Omission search and stopping decision

The frozen tracked tree, shipped Python callers and producer/consumer dependencies guided three questions: whether a shipped caller closes execution after prompt preparation; whether committed state actually returns to extraction; and whether alternate validation/selection/rewrite entry points change the admission or transformation conclusions. Repository-wide Python searches for the public helpers, step retrieval, validation/export and unified loading, followed by the relevant bodies, support the wrapper-stub boundary, distinguish provisional from committed recurrence, and expose the now-retained public rewrite and self-filter alternatives. The checked-export path is explicitly blocked rather than inferred from its name. These questions have supported dispositions; no identified material challenge is left unrouted.

Further optional omission expansion stops because the retained conclusions do not claim exhaustive enumeration, evaluator fidelity, deployment reliability or causal gains. Remaining benchmark-specific adapters, individual schemas, optional parsers and historical aggregates are available but unassessed. Their existence is not evidence of absent or hidden acceptance. The reports already state the conclusions those gaps prevent while preserving supported construction, provisional reuse, bounded checks, recovery and retrieval. These faithfully scoped uncertainties require neither additional blockers nor separate publication limits.
