Reconciliation
Boundary and dispositions
The four reports share the frozen revision and evidence boundary in boundary. Its Source register supplies implementation and separately attributed doctrine/design, but no observed-run or causal evidence. This reconciliation uses only the supplied members; no source ambiguity required a fresh source read. No correction answers or refusal were supplied. No declined cross-report objection therefore requires disposition.
No duplicate supersession is established. The apparent overlaps below are valid containers, operative parts, or distinct producers, artifacts and consumers. No unresolved disagreement between the reports was identified. Their shared uncertainty about actual outputs, approval, host loading and benefit is not a conflict. Conflicting shipped instructions remain source-level tensions rather than disagreements between analysts.
Identity and containment
Raw material. EPI-OBJ-raw-material covers web and session Markdown. MEM-OBJ-raw explicitly assesses non-session raw sources separately from MEM-OBJ-session-markdown. The epistemic container remains valid alongside these parts: it does not equate their transformations or provenance. Its identity is not identical to either part alone, and separation does not invalidate its findings, so no supersession follows. RT-RTE-capture-source and RT-RTE-session-distill are producing routes, not duplicate objects. EPI-RTE-fetch-render and EPI-RTE-session-render explicitly declare containment in those respective routes. Their narrower direct/mechanical paths do not replace the parents' delegated alternatives.
Wiki content. EPI-OBJ-wiki-content spans page bodies and frontmatter. MEM-OBJ-wiki-body and MEM-OBJ-page-metadata distinguish interpreting consumers from fixed metadata/link selectors; the latter also includes the recomputed index. These scopes overlap but are not exact duplicate referents. The valid epistemic container preserves both forms and consumers. Splitting it does not overturn its findings, so neither replacement nor supersession is warranted. The writer RT-RTE-ingest-write and delivery route RT-RTE-context-delivery remain distinct from their payloads.
Feedback and evaluation. EPI-OBJ-lint-report is the mechanical report part of the broader MEM-OBJ-lint-results, which also assesses requested durable semantic findings. The broader record explicitly keeps transient structural feedback separate from wiki prose; no finding becomes wrong after separation. No supersession is needed. EPI-RTE-mechanical-check is the shared evaluator, not the report or the whole controller. EPI-RTE-loop-disposition declares its place within RT-RTE-watch-repair. EPI-RTE-link-check reuses evaluation but exposes an independent reporting entry point, not a duplicate loop route.
Instructions and projections. MEM-OBJ-wiki-schema is durable guidance; RT-OBJ-ingest-prompt is its temporary invocation carrier, and RT-BAP-schema-prompt names its interpreted authority at maintenance consumers. None is an interchangeable identity. Likewise MEM-OBJ-host-bootstrap is the installed artifact, RT-BAP-host-bootstrap its authority path, and RT-RTE-context-delivery the broader delivery progression. MEM-OBJ-local-projection, MEM-OBJ-scene-manifest and MEM-OBJ-context-registry have distinct storage and consumers. They are not aliases for one bootstrap object or route.
Answer, saving and claims. EPI-OBJ-query-answer is a requested foreground result; MEM-RTE-query-save adds optional instruction-mediated admission into durable wiki state. Neither replaces the read/use route or RT-CLM-management-use. The epistemic claims EPI-CLM-memory-compounds, EPI-CLM-synthetic-pages and EPI-CLM-consistent-vault concern accumulation, synthetic content and the clean-loop message respectively, not the runtime claim's context separation and saving guidance. Supersession is ruled out for these different claims. The workflow member declares no competing records; its annotations concern the existing runtime routes.
Independent convergence
The workflow's delegation account and failure account independently trace the caller/controller paths underlying RT-RTE-ingest-write and RT-RTE-watch-repair. They agree that edits precede mechanical checking, child failure can be followed by lint, and stops do not restore earlier files. The workflow adds that lint exceptions can escape and the selected CLI does not render a separate structured loop result; neither addition contradicts the runtime's one-shot controller result account.
EPI-RTE-mechanical-check, MEM-OBJ-lint-results and the workflow's verification account independently distinguish structural diagnosis from factual judgment. EPI-RTE-loop-disposition describes acceptance of the structural stop condition, not acceptance of page claims. This agrees with the runtime's limited clean predicate. Its ledger label does not upgrade retained content to accepted knowledge.
MEM-OBJ-session-markdown and EPI-RTE-session-render independently identify structured parsing, omission of nested tool results and the difference from legacy extraction. Both qualify completeness without claiming every tool message disappears. The runtime already limits parser fidelity and distinguishes mechanical conversion from delegated extraction; these details do not contradict it.
Memory integration-issue dispositions
The memory member's integration issues require the following connections, not corrections by this member:
- Context persistence: MEM-OBJ-context-registry adds scene loss after bulk upsert and absence of per-entry vault identity. RT-RTE-context-delivery and RT-BAP-host-bootstrap establish installation and best-effort refresh, not stable scene binding or multi-vault isolation. Both findings can stand: the initial render can contain triggers while a later registry entry loses them. The workflow's delivery account likewise promises no successful refresh of every host.
- Withdrawal: MEM-OBJ-host-bootstrap specifies that Cursor uninstall empties a recognized file. Runtime block withdrawal does not claim deletion of every host path or revocation of loaded content. This is a physical-cleanup qualification, not a report conflict.
- Session format: the parser details above constrain any complete-history or privacy interpretation of RT-RTE-session-distill, without changing its implemented dispatch or uninspected operation fields.
- Admission guidance: MEM-RTE-query-save and RT-CLM-management-use both retain durable-saving versus opt-in-saving instructions. Memory also contrasts obsolete-orphan deletion guidance with safety confirmation. No report resolves host precedence or establishes a universal approval gate. These source tensions prevent that guarantee, not a coherent bounded account of the alternatives.
- Review and orphan closure: MEM-OBJ-lint-results distinguishes ordinary retrieval of semantic findings from mandatory adjudication. RT-RTE-semantic-lint requests review without claiming it occurred. EPI-RTE-mechanical-check independently explains why root-index links alone need not clear an orphan. The reports therefore do not promise accepted repair or guaranteed closure.
- Artifact identities: the container/part and artifact/route distinctions above dispose of the reported possible overlaps without deleting valid containers or allocating replacement IDs.
- Unknown operation: source trust, manifest authorship, actual schema notes, user approval, external model state and host activation remain local limits. The memory and epistemic reports preserve the requested schema-update path while declining to infer improved capacity or exercised self-improvement. Runtime and workflow retain the same separation of implementation, requested behavior and observed effect.
No report-dependent finding was found to require a peer record to say something its supplied version no longer says. The reconciliation retains the reports' separate conclusion-status and architectural-status vocabularies; it does not select a stronger status from overlapping accounts.
