Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the handed records, the reconciliation's identity dispositions and both settled verifications. No source ambiguity required a source read; no evidence was added. The synthesis answers file is empty and no refusal was supplied.

The opening establishes SRC-1, the frozen revision, cutoff, whole-system functional scope and nonexhaustive inspection. It distinguishes implementation and doctrine from observed operation and causal evidence. The external agent's scheduling and interpretive responsibilities remain separate from deterministic command effects, as supported by RT-OBJ-agent-contract and RT-BAP-skill-routing. Public readers are not asked to infer deployment success from this architecture.

The context account preserves query precedence, selected snippets and decision summaries, explicit full-document reload, and the distinction between count limits and host-window control in RT-RTE-context-pack. Canonical authority is not confused with the SQLite material actually consumed by ID reads and search: MEM-OBJ-documents, MEM-OBJ-chunks and MEM-RTE-vault-sync support the synchronization qualification. Primitive views and fixed-path policy recall retain their separate selectors and limited semantic authority. The semantic account preserves explicit activation, installed binding checks, writable caching, mutable provider identity and the direct-adapter fallback alternative; it does not infer sandboxing, model training or retrieval benefit from RT-RTE-semantic-search and MEM-OBJ-semantic-cache.

The representative workflow remains an example-backed progression, not a successful execution assembled from unrelated capabilities. WF-RTE-artifact-plan supports deterministic planning, first-hit duplicate gating, selected-field delivery, error handling and inbox-before-context ordering. Planning and durable delivery remain separate. Approval is correctly qualified by RT-CLM-approval-boundary; locks, sequential writes and explicit compensation are not expanded into universal authentication or rollback. Acquisition remains import with unknown truth or fidelity, rather than endorsed knowledge, under EPI-RTE-web-import and EPI-RTE-artifact-ocr.

The maintenance account leads with a supported positive contribution, then states the missing warrant and benefit evidence. Compilation, storage admission, computed currency and repair remain distinct. In particular, EPI-RTE-synthesis-build supports missing-reference continuation without body verification; EPI-RTE-synthesis-freshness supports only metadata-relative currency. The synthesis uses the surviving EPI-RTE-audit-repair, not its superseded memory declaration. It retains exactly-one-target, source-class and first-sorted-current-summary conditions. The finite discrepancy heuristic and its timing after possible replacement remain visible through EPI-RTE-audit-conflicts, preventing an inference of general contradiction adjudication.

Evaluation claims stay within result-identity regression and bounded scenario predicates. EPI-RTE-eval-replay and RT-RTE-eval-turn do not become evidence of relevance, task success or automatic successor admission. Theory-builder conditions, criticism-linked learning, reflection, autonomy and exercised self-improvement remain independent, unestablished findings rather than inferred absences. This caution follows the records' inspected scope, not missing execution evidence alone. The proposed assessment-changing evidence addresses the missing reliance, criticism, objective and causal links without claiming those routes already operated.

The Limitations table carries the report verifier's partial relationship-maintenance and Git-history inventory limit with its affected records and prevented comparisons. The profile verification declares no additional limit; its uncertainty about host payloads and trace learning is nevertheless preserved. Reconciliation establishes no unresolved conflict. Other limitations retain approval, recovery, source-truth, provider, acquisition and incomplete-inspection consequences. No unsupported comparison value or complete-coverage assertion requires correction.

Limits

  • The maintenance and history inventory remains partial, as already carried in the synthesis limitations. The coverage qualifications on MEM-RTE-projection-read, MEM-RTE-document-move, RT-RTE-document-write and the epistemic bounded conclusion leave relationship-section proposals and explicitly enabled Git checkpoints without complete accepted selection, persistence and later-consumer accounts. Readers may rely on the recorded retrieval, planning, compilation and source-sensitive repair mechanisms, but should withhold exhaustive maintenance-route comparisons, complete version-recovery claims and system-wide negatives about adaptation. This does not undermine the synthesis's bounded positive account.
