Reconciliation

Boundary and evidence agreement

All four reports use the immutable revision and source registered in the boundary. Their implementation findings concern shipped routes; none supplies observed execution or a causal experiment. The workflow's auth-callback handoff is an example artifact, not verified application work. No source reads were needed for this reconciliation: the cited records supply the mechanism evidence and quotations.

Duplicate supersession

Amendment: MEM-RTE-synthesis-repair is superseded by EPI-RTE-audit-repair. Both identify the same retrieval-family audit/source-audit repair route in SRC-1, internal/runner/audit_contradictions.go: inspect exactly one existing synthesis, read projection-derived current/superseded source classes, select the first sorted current source's nonempty Summary, and optionally replace the target Summary. Both retain the same copied-summary/source-label/disclaimer quotation and distinguish plan-only return from persistent replacement. Both declare implementation wired and operation uninspected. This identity connects the memory write-side, read-back and integration findings with the epistemic repair ledger; it changes neither report's findings. The epistemic declaration additionally describes the retrieval runner's mode veto and the later conflict-reporting order. Supersession does not turn those additional findings into observations or alter the memory record's retained limits.

Containers, parts and overlapping objects

RT-RTE-document-write remains a valid document-family container, not an exhaustive identity for every admission path. MEM-RTE-document-move is its structural-maintenance part. MEM-RTE-synthesis-compile is its compiler branch; EPI-RTE-synthesis-build and EPI-RTE-synthesis-write distinguish that branch's content construction from target admission and persistence. Whole-record identity between these records is ruled out: their endpoints and effects differ. The compiler container's findings remain valid when the two epistemic parts are separated, so no split supersession is needed. The repair route superseded above is an independently admitted retrieval-family alternative, not another name for this document-family container.

MEM-RTE-regression-replay describes capture followed by later replay. EPI-RTE-eval-capture and EPI-RTE-eval-replay separately cover persistence and comparison within that chain. Whole-record identity is ruled out because neither epistemic part alone includes both endpoints. The memory container already distinguishes baseline retention from evaluation and denies automatic ranker adoption; separating the parts does not invalidate it. No split supersession is warranted.

MEM-OBJ-retrieval-cases identifies the persisted JSONL cases. EPI-OBJ-retrieval-eval includes both those cases and returned replay comparison fields. Their persisted-case portions coincide, but their complete referents do not: the latter also includes request-local measurements/comparisons. Whole-record identity and supersession are ruled out. The memory object supplies the retained input to the two epistemic routes; neither report treats that input as a correct-answer label.

EPI-OBJ-source-note covers the web source-note content and metadata within the broader asset/note family MEM-OBJ-source-assets. It is not identical to that family, which also includes PDF payloads, transcript notes and optional metadata assets. EPI-RTE-web-import describes the acquisition route, not another identity for either stored object. Its extraction-fidelity assessment complements the memory account's acquisition and read-back limits.

EPI-OBJ-synthesis identifies the compiled synthesis document and its derivative state. MEM-OBJ-documents covers the wider canonical-document substrate, while MEM-OBJ-projection-states covers projection metadata and provenance across consumers. None has the same complete referent. Likewise EPI-RTE-synthesis-freshness is the computation and persistence of a check result, not the metadata object itself. Their shared quotation about a newer source supports convergence on a narrow timestamp/reference check, not duplicate identity or substantive truth acceptance.

Planning and delivery connections

RT-RTE-session-plan owns explicit-session orchestration. WF-RTE-artifact-plan declares its internal note-planning part, including duplicate/confidence gating. EPI-RTE-artifact-ocr covers an extraction branch that can also be reached directly through document artifact planning. These are not whole-record duplicates: session orchestration, note planning and OCR process admission have different boundaries. EPI-OBJ-artifact-plan is their candidate output, not a second declaration of a route. The memory annotation on the session route adds intake provenance and preview limits without declaring another identity.

The workflow's conversion trace qualifies what the external host receives: Chronicler delivers a compact summary and selected fields, with proposed body content potentially inside a serialized next-create request, rather than copying the full planner output wholesale. This is compatible with the runtime's selected-candidate account and the memory annotation's raw-to-candidate transformation. The planner produces a full preview for its immediate consumer; that does not imply a standalone full-preview field reaches the host. All three accounts keep a later document request separate from planning delivery.

The workflow also distinguishes inbox-before-context execution inside RunOnce from the contract's separate pre-work context step. RT-RTE-session-plan and RT-RTE-context-pack do not assert the reverse internal execution order. This is an added ordering distinction, not an unresolved cross-report disagreement.

Selectors, authority and integration dispositions

RT-RTE-context-pack, MEM-RTE-projection-read, MEM-RTE-policy-recall and RT-RTE-semantic-search are distinct consumers/selectors, not duplicate retrieval identities. They respectively compose task context, expose primitive stored views, inspect fixed policy paths, and perform explicit embedding-based ranking. MEM-OBJ-semantic-cache is retained numerical state used by the last route; RT-CMP-embedding-provider is the external model component. Neither is identical to the route or to the other. The reports converge on mutable provider identity and uninspected weight changes without inferring either observed learning or its absence.

RT-OBJ-agent-contract and RT-BAP-skill-routing concern shipped instructions and their external-agent channel. MEM-OBJ-documents and MEM-BAP-retained-evidence concern evolving knowledge and its evidence channel. Shared consumers do not establish object or authority-path identity. EPI-CLM-markdown-authority declares the evidence hierarchy, whereas RT-CLM-approval-boundary declares write permission policy; neither claim supersedes the other. EPI-CLM-source-repair concerns source currency and bounded repair, not either claim's complete referent.

The memory integration qualification about physical read-only effects is compatible with the runtime: MEM-RTE-vault-sync adds uninitialized-database setup, while RT-RTE-semantic-search already allows derived-cache writes. Neither establishes a document write inside the session planner. The runtime's no-document-write planning guarantee must not be expanded into a universal no-filesystem-effect claim.

The additional repair path likewise supplements the runtime's expressly bounded creation/replacement witness rather than contradicting it. Both repair declarations preserve mode-based admission without authenticating a human decision. The workflow's separate acceptance step describes intended external responsibility, not a stronger technical guarantee than RT-CLM-approval-boundary.

MEM-RTE-synthesis-compile, MEM-OBJ-projection-states and the epistemic synthesis records independently converge on generated freshness: fresh text being different from computed projection currency. EPI-RTE-audit-conflicts adds the finite day-value recognizer and its timing after possible repair. The memory repair account already leaves conflict detection partly uninspected and denies general adjudication; that uncertainty is not a competing finding. Computed currency, source-class copying and heuristic discrepancy reporting retain different scopes and force.

Finally, RT-RTE-eval-turn invokes an external Codex session and scenario verifiers. It is not identical to the retrieval capture/replay chain. The memory annotation distinguishes host-session handles from retained local vault state; the epistemic overlay distinguishes scenario substring predicates from retrieval-identity overlap. No report supplies a trace-to-product-successor admission chain, host compaction payload or observed benefit. These are preserved evidence limits, not cross-report disagreements.

Conflict disposition

No unresolved cross-report conflict is established by the supplied members. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied for this attempt. The supersession above connects the duplicate repair declarations; other overlaps retain valid containers, parts, outputs or distinct consumer paths. Partly uninspected report families, cleanup and recovery internals, host state and provider internals remain limitations beside the affected findings, not evidence of missing behavior or a system-complete negative. This reconciliation does not judge report support or settle their source-native claim mismatches.
