Verification

I checked every axis, its positive findings and evidence bases, unit boundaries, and coverage assessments in the memory profile. The judgment uses the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records. The reconciliation's repair supersession is respected: repair findings cite EPI-RTE-audit-repair, not the superseded memory declaration. Valid compiler and evaluation containers remain usable alongside their parts. No source reads were needed; no new quotations or evidence were added.

  • Storage substrate: File and SQLite findings distinguish physical retention from encoding. The retained graph is a SQLite projection, not evidence for a separate graph substrate; cached vectors are file payloads, not a demonstrated vector store. MEM-OBJ-documents, MEM-OBJ-graph, MEM-OBJ-semantic-cache and MEM-OBJ-retrieval-cases support the local findings. Configuration's unspecified substrate and the opaque host session prevent complete coverage.
  • Representational form: Prose, fixed-rule metadata and dense vectors retain separate findings and consumption descriptions. Original assets are not classified from their extracted notes. The local classifications follow MEM-OBJ-source-assets, MEM-OBJ-chunks and MEM-OBJ-semantic-cache. The unresolved asset and host payloads justify partial coverage.
  • Lineage: Authored input, imported material, compiled derivatives and extracted retrieval traces have distinct recorded paths. Known import or embedding transformations do not settle upstream provenance. MEM-RTE-vault-sync, MEM-RTE-synthesis-compile and EPI-RTE-eval-capture support the emitted findings without implying complete initial-history coverage.
  • Behavioral authority: Findings identify actual consumers and effects: evidence supply, lexical/vector ranking, source-class and dispatch routing, cache/binding admission, and replay comparison. MEM-RTE-projection-read, MEM-OBJ-semantic-cache, RT-RTE-module-install and EPI-RTE-eval-replay support those distinctions. No learning or standing-instruction authority is inferred merely from retaining traces or returning code-authored policy summaries.
  • Write agency: Software-selected import, rendering, repair, cache and capture transformations support automatic findings. Original-content and separate candidate-adoption decisions remain unresolved. RT-RTE-document-write, WF-RTE-artifact-plan and EPI-RTE-audit-repair do not authenticate human per-content approval. The profile correctly avoids converting caller initiation into manual admission.
  • Curation operations: Existing-entry replacement supports evolution; selected retained source summaries support consolidation. Persisted currency metadata and disabled configured use support narrowly scoped invalidation, not universal suppression of stale text or erasure of prior effects. These findings follow MEM-RTE-synthesis-compile, EPI-RTE-audit-repair, EPI-RTE-synthesis-freshness and RT-RTE-module-install. Command names and index rebuilding are not substituted for implemented curation.
  • Read-back direction and signal: The recorded context, primitive, policy, semantic and maintenance chains fulfill requests for retained inputs. Internal selection does not by itself create a second push delivery. RT-RTE-context-pack, MEM-RTE-policy-recall and EPI-RTE-eval-replay support local pull findings. RT-RTE-eval-turn leaves host payload selection opaque. Thus partial direction coverage and an unresolved signal axis are warranted; neither an identifier-based push nor globally inapplicable signal is established.
  • Trace learning and trace source: Planning does not persist its candidate, capture/replay does not establish a derived durable behavior-shaping update, and host checkpoint production is opaque. WF-RTE-artifact-plan, EPI-RTE-eval-capture, EPI-RTE-eval-replay and RT-RTE-eval-turn support retaining uncertainty on both axes. No positive source classification, bounded negative, or complete absence is manufactured from these incomplete chains.

Grouped units remain interpretable through their named parts, paths and local supporting records. Unresolved included alternatives are retained rather than used to imply complete inventories. All positive bases are wiring claims; none asserts observed operation or causal benefit. The recorded uncertainty already bounds the extracted values. I found no additional material defect or unresolved issue requiring a publication limit.
