Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked every substantive statement and limitation against the supplied records, annotations, reconciliation supersessions and settled verification judgments. No correction answers or prior synthesis refusal were supplied. I introduced no evidence, source reads or corrected text. This judgment concerns support and faithful qualification, not deployed operation or factual accuracy of generated knowledge.

Production, persistence and delivery

The opening synthesis account states the frozen commit, cutoff, whole-system functional boundary and implementation/design evidence basis. Its explicit lack of execution and causal evidence agrees with the boundary. Whole-system scope is not represented as exhaustive inspection.

The account preserves materially different admissions: byte capture, model extraction with structural checks and raw fallback, and caller-authored writes that bypass generation and output trust. Its generic caller qualification avoids inventing human approval. See RT-RTE-capture-source, RT-RTE-capture-knowledge and RT-RTE-write-article.

The selected standard tier-3 workflow is supported by the workflow account and RT-RTE-compile-sources: selected independent completion inputs, truncated extraction summaries, article rereads, concurrent preparation and sequential effects. The synthesis does not generalize that workflow to every alternate compiler mode. Its delivery and recovery qualifications preserve publication before conditional scoring, one possible rewrite, publication despite a low final score, deletion without guaranteed restoration, and completion despite individual errors. See EPI-RTE-quality-score, EPI-RTE-quality-rewrite and the workflow annotation.

The retained-representation summary distinguishes readable prose, symbolic lineage/scheduling and numerical selectors without turning them into model weights or complete justifications. Its alias finding concerns retained identity decisions and rejection constraints, as supported by MEM-RTE-resolve-aliases. The grouped description remains an explanation of supported objects, not a complete inventory claim.

Consumption, checks and authority

The answer and reuse account distinguishes external requested retrieval from automatic internal read-back. It correctly separates wired internal prompt overrides from conditional external host guidance. Installation or instruction-file presence does not become a claim of host compliance. See RT-OBJ-prompts, RT-BAP-generated-skill, MEM-OBJ-summaries and MEM-OBJ-articles.

I applied the reconciliation's local/global answer supersessions when checking the three native answer routes. The synthesis uses MEM-RTE-graph-query and MEM-RTE-global-query, without losing the epistemic qualifications of their superseded counterparts. Article-prefix synthesis, edge synthesis and community map/reduce retain different inputs, provenance and filing contracts. The document route preserves the distinction between selected chunk metadata and actual delivered context; the memory annotation supplies the fallback-neighbor source omission. See RT-RTE-query-answer and the memory annotations.

The acceptance account accurately scopes its strongest evidence-consuming path to conditional proxy acceptance for future answer reuse. It preserves grounding and consensus thresholds, the alternative count condition, nonindependence of chunk identities, current rather than original source passages, skipped unreadable files and the no-claims score. It does not imply that every answer must pass this path. See EPI-RTE-answer-agreement, EPI-RTE-grounding-check and EPI-RTE-verify-promote.

The adjacent qualifications preserve unrestricted and caller-directed admission, non-output identities, direct reads, automatic early confirmation, and withdrawal limited to later eligibility. Thus neither universal quarantine nor atomic publication follows. See RT-RTE-admit-output, RT-CLM-review-order and EPI-RTE-output-withdrawal. The comparisons with graph-grounding and contradiction-free design claims also stay within the recorded differences between quote occurrence, citation range, semantic entailment and configured temporal supersession. See EPI-RTE-span-check and EPI-RTE-edge-supersession.

Trace-fed change and bounded assessment

The assessment leads with the supported session-to-ontology contribution rather than treating missing improvement evidence as absence of trace-fed change. It retains the later explicit traversal consumer and the limitation on pathless entities reaching document Q&A. Learning-store capability is not upgraded into a wired lesson-to-article consumer. See RT-RTE-scribe-session, MEM-OBJ-entities, MEM-OBJ-learnings and the memory annotations.

The theory-builder conditions are individually left unestablished, not declared absent or inferred from one another. This agrees with the epistemic bounded conclusion, which assesses no concrete formulated theory instance and does not treat score-triggered rewriting as content-directed criticism. Reflection, improved future capacity and autonomous theory building are separately qualified; opaque provider processing is not converted into a negative. See EPI-RTE-quality-rewrite and RT-CMP-llm-client.

The self-improvement statement is expressly at most dispositional, identifies the missing later operation causally depending on the update, and separately withholds successful improvement. Packs remain a means of changing guidance rather than demonstrated evidence-responsive improvement. The scenario-relative conclusions neither rank the product nor prescribe adoption. The benchmark qualification correctly keeps the separate LOCOMO answerer/judge from establishing native-Q&A accuracy or causal memory benefit. See RT-RTE-apply-pack and EPI-RTE-benchmark-judge.

Carried limitations

The Limitations table carries the report verifier's partial graph-admission inventory and its analytical consequence: direct caller-authored ontology admission can bypass compiler-specific span/confidence gates and apply functional supersession. It names the omission rather than inventing a canonical route record. Compiler-scoped positives remain supported, but complete admission enumeration and universal compiler gating are withheld. The relevant accepted records already mark this unresolved coverage: MEM-OBJ-entities, MEM-OBJ-relations and the epistemic coverage. The synthesis explicitly attributes the added direct-admission detail to the settled verification limit, not to those incomplete declarations.

The supplied profile verification declares no additional limit and retains partial coverage; the synthesis does not claim full axis enumeration. Reconciliation identifies no unresolved conflict, and its compatible refinements are preserved. The remaining table rows accurately state consequences for provenance, semantic preservation, publication, recovery, freshness, improvement, host/provider contracts and uninspected alternatives. Parser isolation and spending qualifications agree with RT-RTE-run-parser and RT-RTE-compile-sources. These are bounded uncertainties already expressed in the public text, not newly discovered faults requiring another publication limit.
