Verification

I checked all ten axes against the handed records, their annotations and the profile type's natural units, coverage rules and evidence bases. I resolved superseded source-text and graph-answer records through the handed reconciliation. No source files were read; no new records, evidence or quotations are introduced. The profile supports publication within its stated partial inventory boundary.

  • Storage substrate: The file, relational-row and SQLite vector findings identify recorded retained substrates rather than encoding or external model storage. Their grouped objects share the stated substrate finding; backend, batch-checkpoint and ancillary-artifact alternatives remain explicitly unresolved.   • Representational form: Prose, fixed-rule fields and dense embeddings support natural-language, symbolic and parametric findings. Mixed containers are separated by their operative text, controls and numerical similarity representations. The installed-guidance unit identifies prose and configuration separately within its findings; it does not use readable displays to classify opaque checkpoint payloads.   • Lineage: Authored/imported caller content, generic compiler derivation, session extraction and installed/restored imports are supported as local paths. Their known subsequent transformations do not settle initial content provenance or embedding identity; those uncertainties have their own included unit.   • Behavioral authority: The knowledge, ranking, routing, validation and enforcement findings name the actual text, vector, decision or control consumers and their effects. Scribe input at the automatic update and derived definitions at later traversal retain separate learning and knowledge paths. Installed prompt overrides now have a separate wired instruction finding at the registry/completion consumer. External host guidance has an afforded instruction finding, conditional on loading and precedence. These are distinct consumer paths, not a single basis upgraded by file installation.   • Write agency: Automatic findings concern computational admissions and program-selected maintenance rather than physical I/O or model authorship alone. Generic caller-controlled writes, explicit review, installation and restore remain unresolved as to human decision. Starting a compile or repair workflow does not turn its later program-selected changes into manual admissions.   • Curation operations: Summary/session reduction, concept/identity/content deduplication, existing-entry revision, historical validity withdrawal, output promotion and age/count pruning support consolidate, dedup, evolve, invalidate, promote and decay respectively. Prune is classified as an implemented transformation, not scheduled operation. Semantic novelty remains unresolved; requested synthesis and generic generation do not establish a claim absent from inputs.   • Read-back direction: Requested search and answering are pull at the requesting consumer. Compile/resume supply of saved summaries, existing articles and selected source sections is push into independent later completions. Automatic maintenance reuse of decisions and control state names separate software consumers rather than recounting requested external delivery.   • Read-back signal: Source hash/path and concept matches select retained summary/article bodies; alias identity selects operative decision state. Concept-name/alias section matching and first-section or budget filtering support lexical and coarse findings. Similar-question embeddings select earlier answers before the distinct agreement judgment. Each positive concerns a push operation with identified trigger, inputs and retained selection; requested file identity alone is not used as proof.   • Trace learning: Recorded session text automatically produces durable ontology definitions/relations, with later explicit ontology traversal supplying the retained content. This supports the local wired yes without requiring improvement evidence or general article-Q&A delivery. Unresolved capture, compilation, batch and ancillary alternatives do not support a negative.   • Trace source: The qualifying scribe write consumes recorded conversational user/assistant turns, supporting session-logs. Tool records removed before extraction do not support tool-traces. Other potentially qualifying original inputs remain unresolved rather than inheriting the scribe source or becoming inapplicable. See RT-RTE-scribe-session and MEM-OBJ-entities.

I rechecked the predecessor's instruction-authority objection and the supplied correction answer against both frontmatter units and the dependent prose in Local agency and authority and Boundary and coverage. The repair preserves the internal override path's wiring while reducing the external host branch to its supported affordance. RT-RTE-apply-pack and RT-BAP-generated-skill do not establish deployed host loading or compliance; the revised profile no longer claims they do. The objection is resolved.

All axes retain partial inventory coverage. The unresolved units name checkpoint, backend, provenance, caller-control or ancillary-consumer facts that prevent stronger coverage. Their uncertainty does not invalidate the supported positive witnesses, establish absence, or imply complete system classification. Grouped units remain interpretable through their named parts and consumer effects; no grouping identified here changes an emitted comparison value or overstates its basis. No additional unresolved defect warrants a blocker or publication limit. No observed activation, causal benefit, improved capacity or exercised self-improvement is inferred.
