Verification

I checked every substantive statement in the handed bounded synthesis and every row of its limitations against the supplied records, their annotations and the reconciliation's supersessions. I also read the supplied report and profile judgments and the empty synthesis answers. No synthesis refusal or previous synthesis-verification limits were supplied. This judgment uses accepted records only; it adds no source evidence and makes no target execution claim.

Boundary and public intelligibility. The opening correctly identifies a synchronous memory library rather than a complete agent, gives the immutable revision and cutoff, and distinguishes implementation, design and attributed results from observed operation and causal evidence. Its whole-system designation is explicitly relative to the shipped memory system. External providers, dependency internals and the separate reproduction project remain outside the frozen evidence. These qualifications agree with the boundary and Source register. The account explains the source mechanism before discussing learning or theory-related properties and can be read without the other members.

Admission and later influence. The positive contribution is supported at the wiring level. RT-RTE-note-admission, MEM-OBJ-memory-content, MEM-OBJ-semantic-metadata and MEM-OBJ-chroma-snapshot support conditional metadata generation, retained original content and enhanced embedding input. The public account preserves the consequential bypass condition: complete metadata avoids analysis but not populated-store evolution. It does not equate generated descriptions with corroboration or improved task capacity. Reconciliation's duplicate-object supersessions are respected by citing the memory declarations; the separate enhanced-text part is not mistaken for the complete vector-store representation.

The provider and embedding paragraph is consistent with RT-CMP-openai, RT-CMP-ollama, RT-CMP-sglang, RT-CMP-open-router and RT-CMP-sentence-transformer. It confines the no-parameter-update finding to the local library and leaves provider behavior and exact artifacts unresolved.

Evolution and authority. RT-RTE-neighbor-evolution, its memory annotation, EPI-RTE-evolution-judgment and EPI-RTE-evolution-disposition support the five-neighbor context supply, fixed action vocabulary, model decision and Python execution. The synthesis preserves available-neighbor activation, lack of a local text budget, unchecked suggested links and the distinction between schema requests and semantic assurance. Its dispatch constraint does not purport to govern direct Python mutation or retriever operations. RT-BAP-neighbor-context and RT-BAP-caller-results support separate internal model-context and outward data-delivery effects, not observed reliance. MEM-OBJ-note-links and MEM-ABS-usage-feedback support the bounded link and usage/history findings without excluding caller-supplied history.

Workflow, consistency and recovery. The representative sequence is connected by the shipped test caller, as described in the workflow account; the synthesis labels it source-supported rather than successfully executed. It correctly makes API return, not an agent answer, the delivery boundary. RT-RTE-memory-retrieval and MEM-RTE-index-consolidation support the split live/index representations, delayed neighbor refresh and unresolved existing-ID replacement. The synthesis does not infer synchronization from the consolidation name or reset comment.

The full-direct-hit truncation condition remains beside the linked-delivery finding. The numeric-string example faithfully carries EPI-RTE-metadata-conversion as a conditional deterministic deduction, not an executed round trip or a universal factual error. Degraded continuation, possible partial mutation, ambiguous empty-search returns and caller-owned recovery agree with the workflow and EPI-RTE-metadata-parsing. Direct update's lack of regeneration/evolution agrees with RT-RTE-direct-mutation and EPI-CLM-update-evolution. The README mismatch is not presented as an inter-report conflict. Deletion and constructor reset do not become claims of total erasure or durable restoration.

Warrant and independent properties. The scenario-relative conclusions preserve automatic organization while withholding fresh-read guarantees, factual validation, restoration and comparative benefit. EPI-CLM-retrieval-accuracy supports treating the six-model result as attributed rather than independently established. EPI-RTE-test-evaluation, EPI-ABS-evidence-acceptance and EPI-RTE-metadata-generation support the distinction between operational checks, candidate retention and evidence-consuming truth acceptance. Actual model semantics remain indeterminate rather than being classified as novel conjecture merely because entailment is unproven.

The theory-builder conditions are assessed separately as unestablished for a formulated-theory route, not asserted absent inside opaque model reasoning. The runtime account and evolution records support this restrained conclusion. Learning leads with changed organization and later-consumer wiring, then separates unknown trace origin from missing improvement evidence. Reflection and autonomous theory building are not inferred from automatic decisions. The self-improvement paragraph identifies a real change-and-consumption pathway but withholds an exercised result because subsequent causal dependence is unestablished; it separately withholds successful improvement. It neither treats retention as sufficient nor uses missing observation to erase inspectable capacity.

Carriage of limitations and disposition. The supplied report and profile judgments each declare no blockers or additional limits, and reconciliation declares no unresolved inter-report conflict. The synthesis nevertheless retains the records' consequential evidence boundaries: absent run/causal evidence, unresolved snapshot replacement, conditional lexical degradation, caller provenance and human-control uncertainty, opaque provider/storage internals, unestablished restoration/downstream use, and unobserved model semantics and exercised improvement. Each limitation states affected records, prevented conclusions and resolving evidence. The proposed changes distinguish operation traces from component-level comparisons and stronger formatting from truth acceptance.

No substantive statement strengthens its supporting record or conceals a condition that changes the bounded account. The explicitly carried uncertainties are faithfully scoped rather than additional verification findings. No record fault or unresolved disagreement requiring a new publication limit was found, and no defect meets the blocker threshold.
