Verification

The reports support publication of a bounded workflow account, with the local limits below. I read all pinned members, their types, reconciliation and the empty correction-answer files. The supplied structural check reports no findings, so there is no structural failure to route. I independently checked claim support against SRC-1, confirmed checkout HEAD against the reviewed revision, and inspected the tracked top-level tree. The boundary's workflow classification and complete-artifact, partial-loop scope remain appropriate. No target code, tests, examples or providers were executed.

Runtime and workflow

I traced plugin/setup instructions into bridge argument construction, subprocess handling, saved thread options and return conversion; phase mutations into persisted resume selection; and reviewer inputs through backend-specific transition branches. The component descriptions RT-CMP-claude and RT-CMP-codex correctly leave provider parameters, deployed permissions and immutable model identity unestablished. RT-RTE-codex-call correctly distinguishes last-message return from streamed activity and external conversation storage. Source basis: SRC-1, .claude-plugin/plugin.json, commands/setup.md, mcp-servers/codex-exec/server.py.

RT-OBJ-run-state and RT-RTE-phase-resume preserve the decisive distinction between caller-reported acceptance metadata and an executed verifier. accept checks family labels but not verdict contents; deterministic labels, explicit skipping and policy-enabled provisional advancement prevent a universal independent-acceptance guarantee. Atomic replacement and advisory locks are correctly limited to cooperating API writers. RT-RTE-review-transition accurately retains different native, compatibility, manual and ordinary Codex stop conditions. The ordinary positive Codex branch does not attest executor identity. Source basis: SRC-1, tools/run_state.py, tools/provenance.py, tools/review_gate.py, skills/skills-codex/research-pipeline/SKILL.md.

For RT-RTE-research-pipeline, I followed the parent/child artifact handoffs, optional approval, experiment review skip, sanity budget, deployment predicate, review termination and writing deferral. WF-RTE-sanity-recovery correctly preserves the child procedure's two patches plus two reimplementations and its restricted deletion boundary. The workflow's annotations correctly separate positive stopping, exhausted termination, narrative delivery, optional HTML and actual paper production. Its explicit fresh-backend activation account also avoids treating Codex as the only default path. Retention, selection and maintenance

I checked the distinct storage and consumer roles of MEM-OBJ-papers, MEM-OBJ-ideas, MEM-OBJ-experiments, MEM-OBJ-claims, MEM-OBJ-edges and MEM-OBJ-query-pack. Renderers, deduplication, explicit overwrites, enum checks, body quarantine and edge writes support the declarations. The corresponding MEM-RTE-paper-capture, MEM-RTE-evaluation-write and MEM-RTE-pack-read distinguish model-followed semantic work from deterministic persistence and selection. Source basis: SRC-1, tools/research_wiki.py, skills/wiki-enrich/SKILL.md, skills/result-to-claim/SKILL.md, skills/proof-checker/SKILL.md.

The projection actually uses ordered sections, filename sorting, local slices and stop-on-overflow. It does not carry claim bodies, experiment reasoning or edge evidence. Thus MEM-CLM-pack-contract's challenge to ranking, complete failed-idea preservation and a universal hard budget is supported. The scanner-before-Read procedure supports MEM-BAP-wiki-ideation's banlist/search-seed authority, not semantic endorsement. Write-side scanner import failure and read-side scanner failure have different consequences, correctly retained in the report. Source basis: SRC-1, tools/research_wiki.py, tools/capture_filter.py, tools/threat_scan.py, skills/research-wiki/SKILL.md, skills/idea-creator/SKILL.md.

MEM-OBJ-reviewer-memory, MEM-OBJ-review-traces and MEM-RTE-reviewer-memory correctly separate verbatim responses, reviewer-derived judgments, trace pointers and stop computation. Terminal-round append precedes gating. No byte budget follows from a finite round count. MEM-OBJ-compact-files and MEM-RTE-compact-recovery correctly describe lossy later-input substitution, not implemented host eviction. MEM-RTE-stall-pivot follows the actual last-count/zero-count rules, not a scientific-quality evaluator. Source basis: SRC-1, skills/auto-review-loop/SKILL.md, skills/shared-references/review-tracing.md, skills/idea-discovery/SKILL.md, skills/experiment-bridge/SKILL.md, tools/iteration_log.py.

I traced MEM-OBJ-events through the logging template and logger, then checked proposal/landing instructions and receipt authorization. RT-OBJ-skill, RT-RTE-meta-landing and RT-BAP-skill-instructions correctly distinguish lossy evidence, proposed diffs, human-selected fresh-jury landing, post-edit stamping and a future host consumer. The hook neither gates Write/Edit nor fences arbitrary Bash. The theory, learning, reflection, autonomy and self-improvement assessments remain separate and do not upgrade a designed loop to exercised or beneficial change. Source basis: SRC-1, templates/claude-hooks/meta_logging.json, tools/meta_opt/log_event.sh, skills/meta-optimize/SKILL.md, skills/meta-apply/SKILL.md, tools/provenance.py, templates/claude-hooks/corpus_write_guard.py.

Epistemic routes and reconciliation

I checked every epistemic declaration and ledger classification against the local target and consumer. EPI-OBJ-result-claim, EPI-RTE-evidence-check, EPI-RTE-result-judgment, EPI-RTE-result-disposition, EPI-RTE-result-integration and EPI-CLM-result-support preserve occurrence checking versus evidence-consuming support judgment, disposition and optional integration. The numeric example is a source deduction within a matching domain, not observed execution or scientific acceptance. Missing integrity audit is nonblocking; failed integrity reduces confidence, with the separate low-confidence rule requiring inconclusiveness. Source basis: SRC-1, tools/evidence_check.py, skills/result-to-claim/SKILL.md.

EPI-OBJ-proof-claim, EPI-RTE-proof-check, EPI-RTE-proof-disposition and EPI-CLM-proof-verification accurately scope obligation checks, blind severe-fix review, status mapping and advisory restatement drift. No formal certificate or warranted theorem instance is inferred. EPI-OBJ-wiki-claim, EPI-RTE-wiki-retention, EPI-OBJ-query-pack, EPI-RTE-query-pack and EPI-RTE-query-consumption correctly distinguish retention, lossy reshaping and operational reliance from scientific reacceptance. Source basis: SRC-1, skills/proof-checker/SKILL.md, tools/research_wiki.py, tools/threat_scan.py, skills/idea-creator/SKILL.md.

RT-CLM-review-independence is supported as a requested protocol, with concrete pasted-input exceptions rather than an enforced invariant. Source basis: SRC-1, skills/shared-references/reviewer-independence.md, skills/meta-optimize/SKILL.md, skills/experiment-bridge/SKILL.md, skills/result-to-claim/SKILL.md.

I checked every explicit Part of relation: reviewer-memory append/replay lies within the runtime review progression; compact handoff and sanity recovery lie within the pipeline progression. None replaces its container. The reconciliation's two object supersessions identify the same query-pack file and claim pages; separately stored graph relations remain represented by the edge object. Construction, delivery, broader write-back and specific result integration retain different scopes and statuses. No further replaceable duplicate, required missing part or unresolved inter-report contradiction was established. Doctrine/implementation mismatches are not disagreements between analysts. All evidenced-absence sections are empty; the reports make no system-complete negative from their partial inspection.

Omission searches and stopping decision

I selected omission questions from the frozen tree and producer/consumer dependencies: whether alternate reviewer and resume paths defeat uniform acceptance; whether retained warrant actually reaches ideation; whether logging/readiness automatically lands changes; and whether compact mode exhausts session-recovery artifacts. The first two challenges are already correctly reflected in the records. SRC-1, tools/meta_opt/check_ready.sh emits reminders on accumulated use or model change, not automatic patch landing; tools/verify_wiki_coverage.sh compares referenced and ingested arXiv IDs and suggests backfill, not acceptance. These additional helpers do not overturn the bounded admission findings.

outputs a reminder to stdout (injected into Claude's context). --- tools/meta_opt/check_ready.sh

0 Diagnostic ran. Any coverage gap is reported but not blocking. --- tools/verify_wiki_coverage.sh

The recovery search found an additional focused contract outside the compact-artifact inventory, retained as a local limit below. Native evidence-validation internals, queue execution, wider literature/formalization and paper-audit paths remain unassessed; the reports already withhold parity, full-loop assurance and system-complete epistemic negatives. Further optional expansion stopped because the selected challenges have supported dispositions, no identified material contradiction remains, and broader inventories are not needed for the emitted partial-loop conclusions. Source inspection establishes implementation or doctrine only, not operation or causal benefit.

Limits

  • MEM-RTE-reviewer-memory leaves fresh-run reviewer-file segmentation unresolved. SRC-1, skills/auto-review-loop/SKILL.md initializes new run identities and isolates old finalizer receipts, but its append-only memory procedure does not establish a corresponding memory reset. Readers may rely on the specified within-loop replay route, but should withhold guarantees of either clean cross-run isolation or intentional cross-run reuse. The reports already preserve this uncertainty; it does not invalidate their stop-gate findings.
  • MEM-OBJ-compact-files and MEM-RTE-compact-recovery are a partial checkpoint inventory. SRC-1, skills/idea-discovery/SKILL.md Phase 5.6 also requests a focused research contract when an idea is recommended, independently of COMPACT, and names later experiment/claim consumers and session recovery. Its complete recovery consumer was not inspected here. This does not change the supported compact-summary route, but readers should not equate COMPACT-disabled operation with absence of artifact-based context recovery or compare these records as an exhaustive checkpoint inventory.
