Verification

I checked every substantive statement in the public synthesis against the supplied records and annotations, applying the synthesis type and record contract. I also checked reconciliation supersessions, conflict dispositions and the supplied report and profile judgments. The synthesis answers file is empty; no synthesis refusal or previous synthesis-verification limits were supplied. No target source was read, no new evidence was introduced and no target execution was performed.

Boundary and workflow. The public account states the frozen revision, cutoff, whole-system scope and evidence layers before drawing conclusions. It distinguishes inspected implementation from attributed baseline reports and unobserved execution. The classification as a knowledge store rather than an enclosing runtime is supported by the boundary. The staged workflow has actual file handoffs, separate operator invocations and distinct completion points; it does not invent an automatic end-to-end task or downstream answer delivery (workflow account). The introductory description of reviewed Markdown is bounded by the later explicit account of direct seed and callable admission, not asserted as universal review.

Extraction and checks. Fresh chunk context, omitted prior proposals/corpus, host-side full-source access and approximate rather than strict budgeting match RT-RTE-source-ingest and the memory annotation. The distinction between the model's proposal interface and host capabilities agrees with the runtime account. Selection preserves the first-all-valid predicate, final-attempt fallback, discarded earlier mixed subsets and first-ID deduplication (EPI-RTE-proposal-selection, workflow retry annotation). The synthesis does not turn quote location, schema validation or overlap into semantic entailment. Its no-marker maximum-score example retains the separate CLI source/raw-availability selection, avoiding an unsupported claim that every uncited file is evaluated (RT-CLM-provenance-policy, EPI-RTE-span-check, EPI-RTE-ingest-measurement). Generated semantics remain indeterminate, as supported by EPI-RTE-page-extraction.

Admission, history and recovery. Interactive decisions, optional editing, callable acceptance and direct checked seed writing retain their different controls. The account correctly locates optional hook enforcement after movement and preserves the no-commit path; it asserts neither universal human approval nor post-edit revalidation (RT-RTE-page-review, RT-RTE-curated-seed, EPI-RTE-schema-check). Operational approval is not silently promoted to evidence-consuming truth acceptance or lifecycle integration (EPI-RTE-review-disposition, EPI-RTE-knowledge-retention). Prose, source pointers and diagnostics retain separate delivery consequences. Replacement, rejection and recovery claims preserve the difference between retaining raw evidence, replacing a page and recovering a failed operation (MEM-OBJ-page-body, MEM-OBJ-page-sources, MEM-OBJ-ingest-manifest, RT-CLM-history-policy, runtime recovery account).

Later consumption and evaluation. Rebuild, ranking and returned metadata are not presented as answering-agent context compilation. The current-page filter is tied to loading/building and active reranking, while stale/missing fused IDs remain possible. The statement that unavailable reranking can fall back is supported by the dependency-absence branch; it does not promise recovery from every model-load failure (RT-RTE-index-query, EPI-RTE-query-selection). The bootstrap account distinguishes the upstream operator request from automatic body delivery to a model that did not request it. Its coarse push characterization preserves the actual selector, includes superseded pages, and does not infer identifier-matched selection from output labels. Body-only delivery, no explicit input truncation, generated expected IDs and the caller-selectable active-dataset path remain visible (RT-RTE-query-bootstrap, MEM-OBJ-eval-queries). Evaluation keeps direct baseline loading separate from index-backed component evaluation and raw-dependent ingest measurement. Metric authority remains label agreement or lexical pass, not truth, causal component benefit or a promotion gate (memory evaluation annotation, EPI-RTE-retrieval-measurement, EPI-CLM-eval-gates).

Future capacity and independent properties. The account leads with reusable content, implemented later consumers and measurements. It assesses each theory-builder condition separately as unestablished rather than absent, and does not infer content-directed criticism from scores or switching models. Reflection, autonomous theory building, improved future capacity and exercised self-improvement remain independent conclusions. The self-improvement assessment declares its boundary, horizon and objective and identifies missing objective-responsive update and later causal-use links. These bounds agree with the epistemic conclusion, RT-BAP-ingest-instructions, RT-RTE-eval-report and MEM-OBJ-audit-log. The trace-learning uncertainty does not erase known transformations or assert a global absence. Proposed resolving evidence and architectural changes correspond to the specific missing links rather than generic requests for more inspection.

The reconciliation's page-body and evaluation-query supersessions are respected through canonical memory citations. Other combined containers remain valid without being treated as identical to their parts. No unresolved cross-report conflict is supplied. Both prior-stage verifications declare no limits, so none requires additional carriage. The Limitations table nevertheless preserves execution, artifact, semantic, initialization, model-identity, downstream-use and future-capacity gaps with their affected records and prevented conclusions. These are faithfully scoped uncertainties, not additional verifier findings. I found no unsupported comparison value, widened guarantee, materially misleading coverage claim or record fault requiring a blocker or limit.
