Reconciliation

Duplicate supersessions

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-fixraw is superseded by MEM-OBJ-fixraw. Both identify the same fixraw.gob per-session FixPair inputs to judgment, on the same filesystem substrate. Their passages from SRC-1, internal/index/fixpair.go, identify the writer and update consumer of that retained pool. The memory record's warning that “raw” means pre-judgment mined evidence, not original host logs, is compatible with the epistemic record's raw-sighting label. This identity connects the epistemic inventory and check/retention ledger to the memory raw-to-derived chain; it does not establish complete incremental equivalence or original transcript fidelity.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-fixes is superseded by MEM-OBJ-fixes. Both identify the bounded judged fixes.gob table, including candidate flags and error/remedy/provenance material. Their SRC-1 passages from internal/index/fixpair.go establish judgment/write and candidate fallback; the memory record also cites the renderer in cmd/deja/fix.go. The epistemic object's statement that no supplied fix-sidecar counterpart existed does not distinguish these now-pinned referents. This supersession connects the epistemic disposition, retention and selection findings to the memory table without changing their findings or treating it as the pre-judgment pool.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-convention-use is superseded by MEM-RTE-convention-delivery. Both identify projectConventions: latest accepted local notes and imported lifecycle metadata enter project/automatic-policy selection, newest-first ordering, display-line deduplication and a bounded reminder for the startup digest builder. Both retain the same imperative header from SRC-1, cmd/deja/hook_conventions.go. The memory record supplies the enclosing call's six-note/800-byte budget; the epistemic record supplies the first-sentence scope-loss countercase. The identity concerns this selector/renderer, not the whole startup host route, and preserves both cache and model-interpretation limits.

Containment and distinct records

The RT-OBJ-index-db remains valid alongside its memory parts: MEM-OBJ-records, MEM-OBJ-session-meta, the fix pools above, MEM-OBJ-cooccur, MEM-OBJ-commands, MEM-OBJ-commandfails, MEM-OBJ-sessionfacts, MEM-OBJ-compaction-data and MEM-OBJ-compaction-state. Their declared identities and consumers differ. Supersession of the container by these parts is ruled out: the runtime explicitly describes a common substrate and defers detailed parts to memory. Non-searchable continuation storage does not contradict a container that also contains searchable records.

EPI-OBJ-promoted-text and EPI-OBJ-lifecycle identify distinct operative material within the broader MEM-OBJ-notes. Neither supersedes that account: it validly covers plain and promoted JSONL, reload and append corrections. The lifecycle selector is also distinct from imported MEM-OBJ-session-meta; sharing a state value does not identify the local keyed lookup with the imported metadata path. EPI-RTE-promote-distill and EPI-RTE-conflict-check are parts of RT-RTE-note-admission, not duplicate admission routes. Their retained input does not make the convention reader identical to the writer.

MEM-RTE-trace-mining spans raw acquisition, judgment, retention and later remedy delivery. The epistemic records separately own EPI-RTE-fix-check, EPI-RTE-fix-disposition, EPI-RTE-fix-retention and EPI-RTE-fix-selection. Identity of any individual route with the whole chain is ruled out; no split supersession is required because the combined memory route retains the consumer-specific gates. Likewise, EPI-RTE-plan-check and EPI-RTE-plan-delivery separate recurrence evidence from its advisory output. They are not identical to general RT-RTE-requested-recall or RT-RTE-auto-delivery.

MEM-RTE-forget-cleanup changes local suppression and secondary retained content; it is not a duplicate of RT-RTE-import-records or note lifecycle admission. MEM-RTE-session-recovery adds handoff, native-store write-back and recorded-span consumers to the shared history corpus. It is not identical to requested recall or RT-RTE-compaction-recovery. No supersessions follow from their overlapping inputs.

The RT-OBJ-rules is not notes JSONL or extracted continuation constraints. Its RT-BAP-standing-rules differs from RT-BAP-recall-reference. The workflow declares no duplicate records; its rules-sync annotation extends RT-RTE-rules-sync with handoffs, rejection and delivery criteria. The public EPI-CLM-knows-held, EPI-CLM-history-judgement and RT-CLM-search-before-edit have different source passages and claimed operations; identity is ruled out. EPI-RTE-offline-scores concern warning census and literal coverage, not the gold-session target of RT-RTE-retrieval-evaluation.

Independent convergence and integration dispositions

Memory and epistemic independently retain the same source-comment countercase: candidates can reach requested fix output when confirmed pairs do not survive, but the plan remedy consumer rejects candidates. See MEM-RTE-trace-mining and EPI-RTE-fix-selection, with their passages from SRC-1, internal/index/fixpair.go, cmd/deja/fix.go and cmd/deja/hook_plan.go. This is a discrepancy between comment and executable consumer, not a disagreement between reports. The epistemic disposition record calls the heuristic an evidence-consuming acceptance criterion for historical remedy selection; memory's denial of a truth oracle concerns causal efficacy, not that bounded disposition. Neither finding replaces the other.

The memory authority-tension issue, runtime RT-BAP-recall-reference, and epistemic convention record agree that imperative accepted-decision reminders cross untrusted-history framing without an enforced semantic resolution. This remains a source-native authority tension and an unobserved consumer question, not an inter-report conflict. First-sentence scope loss and stale digest service further limit reliance and withdrawal. The supplied epistemic reassessment no longer classifies factual convention reminders as non-ampliative merely because they are extracted. Its convention ledger leaves the factual content relation indeterminate pending input/output semantic comparison; its directive row treats imperative extraction as a non-truth-apt update. The Use pgx. Only in service A. countercase in EPI-RTE-convention-use, supported by SRC-1, cmd/deja/hook_conventions.go, establishes changed requested scope for a directive, not a truth-apt transformation category. Memory describes shortened decision text without claiming semantic preservation. Thus the current findings converge on a preservation limit; this reconciliation does not settle an unsupported content classification. The supplied refusal's objection to the previous reassurance is corrected here, while convention referent identity and supersession remain unchanged.

The workflow's account and runtime rules route agree that extraction/distribution are implemented while semantic proposal and user selection are prescribed host behavior. Workflow adds clipped, prefix-deduplicated evidence, known/ready target selection and partial sync failure. Its unmatched-start rejection and lone-end countercase delimit the runtime's general malformed-boundary warning; neither establishes universal delimiter refusal, all-host transactions or behavioral compliance. Source-driven removal remains different from undoing already exercised behavior.

The memory integration issues report no supported correction to the scoped runtime findings. Added imported-convention, non-searchable continuation, partial write-back and note-surviving-forget findings refine rather than invalidate their dependencies. No analyst correction answers or declined inter-report objections were supplied to this attempt. The reconciliation refusal concerns its own earlier classification reassurance, corrected above against the current epistemic findings; it is not treated as an analyst disagreement or as evidence that another report was accepted.

Conflicts and common limits

No unresolved disagreement between these pinned reports was identified. No required missing part was identified that would invalidate their bounded combined accounts. The supersessions above settle referent identity only, not support or analytical acceptance.

All members retain the frozen evidence limits: inspected implementation and doctrine do not establish host receipt, obedience, successful repair, exercised learning or causal improvement. Runtime and epistemic vocabulary differ (wired versus architectural implemented) without conflicting evidence layers. Memory's uninspected incremental-equivalence limit coexists with epistemic inspection of replacement-key recomputation; a positive mechanism is not an all-update equivalence guarantee. Their coverage tables also retain available uninspected alternatives. The supplied refusal additionally limits exact capacity comparisons for MEM-OBJ-sessionfacts: memory states a four-command bound, while the refusal reports an extra verification command beyond that ordinary budget in SRC-1, internal/index/sessionfacts.go. The distinction between recorded commands and known zero exits remains usable; this reconciliation withholds exact four-entry capacity comparisons rather than rewriting the memory record. This is a verifier-reported local precision limit, not a disagreement between analyst reports.

The refusal's alternative-hook limit also remains open. Runtime's RT-RTE-auto-delivery and the specialists' coverage limits do not establish all-host immediate delivery, deferred-queue withdrawal or retry safety. The refusal identifies retention and destructive queue take in SRC-1, cmd/deja/hook_deferred.go; the current epistemic coverage explicitly withholds those conclusions. The complete-output bookkeeping of RT-RTE-compaction-recovery is scoped to that emitter and cannot establish end-to-end queue or host receipt. No analyst record supplied here requires those broader guarantees.

The whole-system functional boundary does not convert those limits into exhaustive inspection, and this reconciliation neither closes them nor asserts system-complete negatives. No source reread was needed; the account uses only the supplied members.
