Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked every substantive passage against the supplied records, annotations and reconciliation, and checked carriage of the report and profile verification limits. No supersession or unresolved inter-report conflict changes the cited findings. The synthesis answers file is empty, and no synthesis refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied. This judgment adds no source evidence; no source reads or target execution were needed.

Evidence boundary and public characterization. The account states the frozen revision, cutoff, complete-artifact/partial-loop boundary and absence of registered execution or causal evidence, consistently with boundary. Its connected production-to-consumer characterization is supported by MEM-RTE-experience-maintenance and EPI-RTE-policy-training. It does not upgrade filesystem inspectability into verified knowledge or attribute the enclosing host's answer to the database. It leads with supported machinery rather than treating missing benefit evidence as absent capacity.

Capture and admission. The capture account preserves configuration and host-event conditions, local queued-versus-transmitted distinctions, and separate recovery owners from WF-RTE-session-capture. Archive/task acceptance remains distinct from extraction completion in RT-RTE-session-commit. Backend durability, locks and worker servicing remain conditions on restart-oriented processing. Extraction repair and per-file application are accurately bounded by EPI-RTE-memory-guards and MEM-RTE-memory-application; neither is presented as truth corroboration, per-item human approval or atomic rollback.

Retained parts and actual delivery. The retained-parts account distinguishes raw archives, summaries, checkpoints, metadata and index representations. It preserves failed-terminal/unreadable-overview discontinuities and active-message budget priority from MEM-RTE-session-reconstruction. Offload and copied hydration retain their preview-only and failed-hydration qualifications from MEM-RTE-tool-externalization. Addressability does not become automatic dereferencing or subprocess isolation.

The selection account correctly separates list search, QUICK/filter-only find and context assembly. Global retrieval, optional reranking, exception fallback and the valid-empty-plan countercase follow RT-RTE-session-search and RT-RTE-direct-find. Ledger exclusion, rewrite omission and client digest preference remain consequential intervening selectors, not merely formatting. EPI-RTE-digest-contract supports the allowed-URI false-assertion deduction without an observed failure claim. OpenCode delivery remains conditional input mutation; MEM-RTE-bot-recall and MEM-BAP-experience-reminder support the distinct user-role bot channel rather than the schema-requested system channel.

Feedback and improvement. The independent assessments preserve the optional evaluator and trajectory-existence fallback distinction in EPI-RTE-rollout-feedback. Successor-policy wiring and evaluation-only reporting are supported by EPI-RTE-policy-training, without implying a universal score gate. Each theory-builder condition, criticism-related learning, reflection and autonomous theory building remains separately uninspected. The marked partial improvement-directed pathway does not become exercised self-improvement or successful improvement. Trace-fed writes are distinguished from improved future capacity. Benchmark gains remain attributed package-level reports under EPI-CLM-memory-benefit, not reproduced or component-attributed results.

Scenario assessment and limitations. The scenario assessment withholds uniform isolation, atomicity and derivative revocation consistently with RT-CLM-scoped-retrieval and MEM-RTE-resource-withdrawal. Its proposed resolving evidence targets the missing activation, recovery, warrant, theory and attribution links rather than offering generic adoption advice.

The Limitations table carries both settled verification limits with their consequences and supporting record citations: incomplete automatic/resource-reason producer provenance prevents exhaustive producer/admission comparison; omitted separate raw-archive and hydrated-tool classifications prevent exhaustive part-by-consumer authority allocation without invalidating existing witnesses. The remaining rows preserve alternative-route coverage, packaging and execution gaps, semantic uncertainty, deployment/provider contracts, partial update/withdrawal effects and independent evaluator/theory/benefit questions. No current reconciliation conflict requires an additional row. These qualifications leave the selected implementation conclusions valid and do not imply complete coverage or evidenced absence. No additional record fault or material unsupported public claim was found.
