Verification
I checked all ten axes in the handed profile against the supplied records and annotations, using reconciliation to assess identity and containment. Reconciliation proposes no supersessions or unresolved conflicts. Archive containers, derived parts, updater branches and distinct consumer routes therefore keep their declared identities. The empty profile answers file supplies no correction argument, and no refusal was supplied. No source files were read; this judgment adds neither evidence nor analyst records.
The profile's scope is accumulated memory and its access, maintenance and consumer routes, not the runtime's entire storage or permissions. It excludes transient query plans and recall digests as newly retained objects while preserving their effects on delivery of existing memory. All ten axis assessments are partial. Available but incompletely traced resources, alternate producers, opaque payloads, bot writers and other consumers are not converted into absence or excluded to obtain complete coverage.
- Storage substrate: File and vector findings follow the retained parts in RT-OBJ-session-commit, MEM-OBJ-tool-result, MEM-OBJ-memory-index and WF-RTE-session-capture. File service access does not establish service-object storage. Process-local policy snapshots are not automatically classified as a separate accumulated store. Unknown native and snapshot alternatives remain unresolved.
- Representational form: The profile separates readable bodies, symbolic controls and dense numerical retrieval representations. The index's parametric form does not mean model weights are retained or trained. MEM-OBJ-tool-result supports separating the display representation from the hydrated original, and the annotation on RT-RTE-skill-admission distinguishes instruction text from auxiliary payloads. The unresolved raw-payload unit prevents a display summary from classifying an opaque consumed original.
- Lineage: Imported trace inputs, trace-extracted summaries/files and compiled access structures have different derivation paths. MEM-OBJ-archive-overview, MEM-OBJ-checkpoint and MEM-OBJ-memory-index support the positive findings. Initial caller content, the training-case alternate and embedding provenance retain their own uncertainty rather than borrowing the ordinary session path's classification.
- Behavioral authority: The seven emitted values have supporting consumers and effects. RT-BAP-recall-context supports context supply; MEM-BAP-experience-reminder supports delivered guidance; MEM-OBJ-memory-index supports ranking inputs; MEM-RTE-bot-recall supports case-link routing. MEM-BAP-ledger-selection supplies a bounded exclusion, while EPI-RTE-memory-guards and EPI-RTE-memory-withdrawal support applicability criteria and deletion vetoes. Update consumers support learning authority without demonstrating improved capacity. The schema-requested system-prompt channel in EPI-OBJ-experience-instructions remains claimed, separate from the wired user-role reminder. The inventory qualification below does not invalidate these existence findings.
- Write agency: Computational admission is supported by MEM-RTE-memory-application, MEM-RTE-session-reconstruction, MEM-RTE-tool-externalization and WF-RTE-session-capture. Initiating commit is not per-content human approval. Explicit caller paths remain unresolved; the confirmation request in MEM-RTE-resource-withdrawal does not warrant manual admission.
- Curation: Summary and standing-memory extraction support consolidation; actual field/policy replacement supports evolution; removal supports forgetting under decay. These mappings do not assert semantic fidelity, improvement or history-preserving invalidation. The deduplication objective in EPI-RTE-memory-consolidation remains claimed rather than borrowing the updater's wiring. Generalization instructions and unseen model outputs do not establish synthesis.
- Read-back direction: Requested database/session returns are pull, automatic foreground augmentation is push, and MEM-RTE-tool-externalization separately supports automatic extraction hydration and afforded explicit reload. The profile does not count fulfillment of a database request as an additional push merely because response delivery is automatic.
- Read-back signal: Current-query semantic selection, optional model omission/rewrite, coarse gates/budgets and actual reference/link matches support the emitted values in the automatic chains. RT-RTE-plugin-recall, MEM-RTE-bot-recall and MEM-RTE-tool-externalization name the delivered parts and selectors. Pull-only operation units are locally inapplicable; unresolved alternative delivery paths remain uninspected. No lexical push signal is inferred from a requested retrieval branch.
- Trace learning: Automatic summaries qualify through their durable products and later session/planning consumers. Ordinary memory and diagnostic/policy writes likewise have later consumers in MEM-RTE-memory-application, MEM-RTE-experience-maintenance and RT-RTE-skill-admission. The wired yes findings require neither new knowledge nor observed improvement. Raw transport alone is not upgraded to learning, and unresolved alternatives are not assigned no.
- Trace source: Conversational turns and captured tool activity support session-logs and tool-traces on qualifying writes. MEM-OBJ-trajectory supports consumed-experience lineage from completed read-tool traces, not merely a source-native object name. Optional evaluator inputs and alternate rollouts retain unresolved origin. Event callbacks transporting conversation do not establish event-stream sources; a derived Trajectory label does not establish original linked state/action/outcome content.
The emitted findings retain their local bases. No observation or causal support is claimed from implementation alone. The inspected mechanisms support the positive unions, but neither axis-level partial coverage nor a known local witness permits complete-value statistics across the whole included boundary. Missing operation evidence and faithfully stated unresolved alternatives are not additional defects.

Limits
- The partial behavioral-authority inventory groups prior memory, trajectories and policy at update consumers but does not separately classify raw archived messages and hydrated tool traces at their extraction consumer. RT-RTE-session-commit and MEM-RTE-tool-externalization establish those retained inputs entering automatic durable-memory production. Their update-consumer force falls within learning authority, which the profile already emits on other supported paths. This local inventory omission changes neither that existence value nor the downstream context classifications, and the axis is already partial. Consumers should withhold an exhaustive part-by-consumer authority comparison, including a complete allocation of learning authority between raw trace inputs and derived policy inputs.
