Verification
The reports support a bounded, source-grounded account of the agent-facing MCP subsystem. I reviewed every declaration and annotation, the epistemic ledger, the workflow account and the reconciliation dispositions. I independently traced their consequential behavior in SRC-1 at the registered commit; checkout HEAD matches that revision. No target code, tests, examples, services or providers were executed. The supplied report check contains no structural failures, and all four correction-answer files are empty. This judgment concerns semantic support, not a repetition of deterministic quotation or cross-member checks.
Runtime and workflow
RT-CMP-request-orchestrator, RT-RTE-request-execution, RT-OBJ-runtime-vars and EPI-OBJ-run-result agree with the producer/consumer chain in SRC-1, packages/voiden-runner/src/runner.ts, packages/voiden-runner/src/mcpServing.ts, packages/voiden-runner/src/cliElectron.ts and packages/executors/src/orchestrator.ts. Parsing and linked expansion precede section selection; normalized blocks reach builders and hooks; shared maps reach substitution and capture; results return to the external caller. I checked cancellation, swallowed response-handler exceptions, the multi-section label failure and single-section bypass, and the distinction between per-section recovery and earlier file failures. The reports do not promote delivery into observed host action or task completion.
The workflow account follows the shipped procedure rather than combining unrelated capabilities. SRC-1, packages/executors/src/skillContent.ts explicitly connects discovery, execution, inspection, repair and optional recording. Its environment-choice and semantic-inspection requirements are prose policy, not handler-enforced approval. RT-RTE-host-registration and RT-BAP-agent-guidance correctly separate configuration writes, instruction delivery and external host consumption. I checked bundled CLI registration, desktop initialization/disable and standalone installation against SRC-1, apps/electron/src/voiden-cli.ts, apps/electron/src/main/ipc/mcp.ts, packages/voiden-runner/src/index.ts and packages/executors/src/mcpInstall.ts. Desktop disable does not revoke the global Codex configuration.
RT-CLM-project-confinement claims only the lexical primary-argument check. The linked resolver and binary reader substantiate its alternate-path qualifications. RT-CLM-version-gating correctly contrasts the exact-version comment with tagged-block compatibility, including compatible newer versions and untagged bypass. Independent reads of SRC-1, packages/executors/src/blockVersioning.ts and the runner enforcement point support that distinction. Neither claim supplies transitive isolation, byte authenticity or replay correctness.
RT-CMP-plugin-runner and RT-RTE-plugin-admission correctly identify executable imports, persistent metadata, software admission and reload rather than model learning or demonstrated improvement. SRC-1, packages/voiden-runner/src/plugins/managementTools.ts, packages/voiden-runner/src/plugins/loader.ts, packages/voiden-runner/src/plugins/registry.ts, packages/voiden-runner/src/plugins/community.ts, packages/voiden-runner/src/plugins/store.ts and packages/voiden-runner/src/plugins/updateCheck.ts support the selected paths. Registry clearing and in-place array replacement do not establish replacement of already imported module bytes or transactional rollback. The reports appropriately retain those qualifications.
Retention and epistemic force
RT-RTE-result-write, MEM-OBJ-response and EPI-RTE-response-serialization match SRC-1, packages/voiden-runner/src/resultBlock.ts: caller fields are serialized with fresh write metadata, long string bodies are truncated, and UID-based placement replaces or inserts a response. UID matching is not a request-type or factual-authenticity check. The workflow preserves this distinction and the collision/recovery limits. The serializer is a valid part of the write route, while the retained object is a distinct output, not a duplicate route.
MEM-RTE-response-reload is supported by the runner, parser and schema-normalization consumers in SRC-1, packages/executors/src/voidParser.ts and packages/voiden-runner/src/blockSchemaRegistry.ts. Recorded blocks reach callback-visible document JSON; neither request previews nor immediate execution returns establish historical-response delivery into a model prompt. Its containment within request execution is valid.
MEM-RTE-runtime-capture, RT-RTE-session-driver and MEM-OBJ-process-env distinguish extraction, later substitution and durable standalone-driver persistence. SRC-1, packages/voiden-runner/src/runtimeVars.ts and packages/voiden-runner/src/index.ts support automatic capture, stale-key survival on null extraction, per-file maps without session mode, and user-global reload/save with session mode. The durable object and capture segment have valid parent relations. The source comments about purely in-memory state and identity substitution do not override executable consumers.
MEM-OBJ-session-results and MEM-RTE-history-report have a different retained referent and later consumer. SRC-1, packages/voiden-runner/src/session.ts and CLI report/status/export dispatch establish history append and reporting, not automatic future request or model-context consumption. The memory report explicitly withholds export-fidelity claims beyond its inspection. HTTP map lifetime and client-supplied identifier selection agree with SRC-1, packages/voiden-runner/src/mcpSessions.ts; session partitioning is not authenticated identity partitioning.
EPI-RTE-outcome-classification correctly separates the predicate from its downstream error marker. The stated 302/401 deductions follow from the supplied fields and inspected predicate, not executed examples or endpoint truth. EPI-CLM-request-check accurately records the stricter guide requirement. Its policy/enforcement discrepancy is real but not an inter-report conflict. The epistemic ledger keeps acquisition, derivation, retention and requested acceptance distinct; none of these records establishes accepted endpoint knowledge, lifecycle integration, exercised learning or improved capacity.
Publishing, alternate consumption and guidance
RT-RTE-tool-publication, RT-OBJ-serve-decisions, MEM-OBJ-verify-entry-cache and MEM-OBJ-tool-status-record preserve the distinction between implemented core dispatch and unavailable provider semantics. SRC-1, packages/voiden-runner/src/mcpToolCapability.ts, packages/voiden-runner/src/index.ts and packages/voiden-mcp/src/lib.ts confirm startup-only runner decisions, reusable publisher cache input, HTTP consumption of later successful decisions, retained decisions after planning failure, and incomplete supervised-stdio change detection. The cache is a valid contained part; the status protocol shape is not evidence of persisted status.
MEM-RTE-status-write and EPI-RTE-cli-verification correctly distinguish optional writer dispatch from the broader CLI output/exit consumer. I checked empty discovery, validation issues, failing versus unverified states, and individually caught write failures against SRC-1, packages/voiden-runner/src/index.ts. Their overlaps do not justify supersession. Wired dispatch and epistemic not-determinable substantive retention/checking concern different segments, not contradictory statuses.
RT-CLM-publisher-access matches the optional bearer middleware, open health endpoint and local auto-approval in SRC-1, packages/voiden-mcp/src/lib.ts and packages/voiden-mcp/src/oauthProvider.ts. It does not claim universal identity or per-action approval. Supervision and scheduled restart are recovery mechanisms, not reversal of completed effects. RT-RTE-remote-mcp independently matches SRC-1, packages/executors/src/secureRequest.ts and packages/executors/src/mcp.ts: resolved operations reach a remote capability, session IDs are reused, and RPC success can carry a tool-level failure. Local publication admission cannot supply this route's task oracle.
Memory's guidance annotations agree with SRC-1, apps/electron/src/main/skillsComposer.ts, apps/electron/src/main/skillsInstaller.ts and apps/electron/skills/base.skill.md. Summary/index packaging retains separate full guides, requests foreground demand loading, and does not implement host-window eviction or isolation. Conditional shared-copy synchronization and incomplete uninstall coverage prevent universal revocation, as the report already states.
Omission searches and reconciliation
I selected omission questions from the frozen tree and shipped callers, not just cited passages: could another driver make variables durable; could another execution path bypass publication checks; could core code implement the supposedly opaque provider; and could linked expansion or guide refresh change the stated consumer boundary? Repository searches for provider registration, planning, capture, response writes and history loads, followed by the alternate CLI/HTTP/stdio and headless-context call sites, supported the reported dispositions. SRC-1, packages/voiden-runner/src/headlessContext.ts exposes provider registration but does not supply the substantive verification implementation. The durable CLI, outgoing MCP and linked-expansion paths are accounted for rather than excluded as hypothetical callers.
Additional reads of SRC-1, packages/executors/src/linkedBlocks.ts, packages/voiden-runner/src/envProfiles.ts and packages/executors/src/unresolvedVariables.ts did not overturn the bounded conclusions about document delivery, selected environment state or factual acceptance. Linked import resolution and unresolved-template refusal do not authenticate recorded outcomes. These reads do not establish full environment acquisition, protocol correctness, security effectiveness or report fidelity; those comparisons remain withheld in the reports.
The reconciliation preserves all valid containers and parts, distinguishes different-kind outputs from duplicates, and disposes the memory integration issues without selecting stronger evidence statuses. No supersession or unresolved inter-report conflict requires repair. Workflow adds annotations rather than competing identities. All route operation statuses remain uninspected, and no report promotes source wiring or doctrine into observed operation or causal benefit.
Further optional omission expansion stopped because the selected questions have supported dispositions, the central positive mechanisms are traced through their consumers, and no identified material challenge remains undisposed. External plugin bytes, host behavior and live state remain outside the frozen evidence; available but uninspected implementation is not treated as absence. Those already scoped uncertainties do not require additional verifier limits or a correction to the subsystem boundary.
