Verification
The public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applied reconciliation's raw-source, wiki-article and compaction supersessions, and checked carriage of both report-verification limits and the profile-verification limit. The synthesis answers file was empty; no synthesis refusal or predecessor synthesis-verification finding was supplied. No new source inspection, evidence or correction was needed.
Boundary and compilation. The opening establishes the frozen revision, cutoff, whole-system functional scope and source-only evidence basis without implying complete inspection or observed operation; see boundary. The application/model division, caller differences and provider-state qualification agree with RT-RTE-answer-question, RT-RTE-library-query and RT-CMP-llm-provider. The source-to-wiki account preserves converted raw material, separate binary images, template versus model compilation, bounded inputs, structural admission and ineffective partial skip. Its qualifications are supported by MEM-OBJ-raw, MEM-OBJ-images, EPI-RTE-template-article, EPI-RTE-article-admission and MEM-RTE-interactive-compile. It does not promote requested preservation into guaranteed merging.
The separate Markdown, FTS and fallback-index roles remain intact. Revision and withdrawal weaknesses are supported within the inspected loop, not presented as measured failures: MEM-OBJ-wiki, MEM-OBJ-articles-fts, MEM-OBJ-wiki-index and RT-RTE-source-compilation.
Question, delivery and retention. Retrieval, history reduction, best-effort budgets, streaming fallback and answer delivery match the runtime routes, memory annotations and workflow account. The synthesis distinguishes source delivery from actual source use, lexical confidence from factual warrant, and schema instruction supply from compliance. The library cache and unsent conversationHistory are not attributed to terminal answering; see MEM-OBJ-query-cache, RT-BAP-wiki-context, RT-BAP-schema-instruction and EPI-RTE-coverage-diagnostics.
Digest, draft and compaction consequences are stated separately. The digest's human-banner pathway is a source-level contribution, qualified by eligibility, caught execution hazards, incomplete wiki admission and global session lineage. Draft persistence is not live adoption; discarded compaction is not installed memory. The post-answer novelty/parser gates do not validate or retract the answer. Support: RT-RTE-session-digest, MEM-OBJ-session-digest, RT-RTE-insight-draft, MEM-OBJ-drafts and MEM-RTE-conversation-compaction.
Assessment and settled limitations. The account separates unchecked semantic transformation, advisory criticism and factual acceptance. Its independent theory-builder, learning, reflection, autonomy and self-improvement assessments remain unestablished within the assessed routes rather than universal negatives about opaque models or uninspected operations. This agrees with the epistemic bounded conclusion, EPI-RTE-issue-display and the retention records above. Proposed changes distinguish improved wiring from evidence of operation, accuracy or causal benefit.
The Limitations table carries the incomplete human-recall/UI inventory, incomplete evaluator/legacy/dependency coverage and omitted diagnostic comparison unit with their prevented comparisons. It preserves the distinction between existing supported positive findings and exhaustive inventories. It also retains execution, semantic-warrant, retention-destination, coherence, budget and opaque-state constraints. Reconciliation identifies no unresolved cross-report conflict requiring an additional row. These explicit boundaries leave no material unsupported comparison, absence or completeness claim requiring repair. Faithfully scoped uncertainty is not a new verification limit.
