Hindsight profile verification

Verification

I checked all ten axes, their included alternatives, unit assessments, positive findings and evidence bases against the handed records and annotations. I resolved the duplicate observation and evaluation routes through the handed reconciliation. The profile uses their canonical memory destinations without discarding the epistemic qualifications. No target source files were read and no replacement records or quotations were produced.

The profile retains a partial inventory on every axis. Its unresolved stores, attachments, initial controls, generic callers and additional shipped integrations are not classified from a known default path. Excluding provider-internal weights and ordinary request-local reflection history agrees with the accumulated-memory scope. In particular, RT-RTE-context-synthesis establishes current-request recovery, not a durable later-invocation reload chain.

  • Storage substrate: SQL, vector and file findings have separate retained-object or access-structure witnesses. Default fact storage does not establish the configured extension's substrate; SQL page prose does not resolve an alternate page index. MEM-OBJ-fact-embedding, MEM-OBJ-page-embedding, MEM-RTE-filesystem-mirror and MEM-RTE-page-evaluation support the emitted existence findings. The vector findings concern numerical retrieval structures, not merely a textual vector encoding.
  • Representational form: Prose, fixed-rule fields and distributed numerical outputs are distinguished. Embedding outputs are not mistaken for trained model parameters. The mixed structure/body and metadata findings are supported by MEM-OBJ-structured-content and MEM-OBJ-source-metadata. Their readable projections do not resolve opaque payloads.
  • Lineage: Imported source text, authored initial page/directive content, transcript extraction and subsequent compiled representations have supported derivation paths. Authored content does not imply human admission. Known computation does not resolve all initial provenance or embedding augmentation alternatives. See MEM-OBJ-document-text, RT-RTE-claude-hooks, MEM-RTE-page-maintenance and MEM-OBJ-fact-embedding.
  • Behavioral authority: The knowledge, instruction, ranking, learning, validation, enforcement and routing findings have identified retained inputs and consequential consumers. Internal answer evidence and external hook context remain distinguishable in the cited paths. Directive prose is not upgraded to code enforcement; source/target membership has separate fixed-rule veto force. Learning denotes input to durable artifact updates, not demonstrated improved capacity. See MEM-BAP-reflect-content, RT-BAP-hook-context, MEM-BAP-directive-prompt, MEM-RTE-observation-consolidation, MEM-RTE-page-maintenance and RT-BAP-config-consumer. Local inventory granularity remains limited as stated below.
  • Write agency: The automatic findings concern software/model admission of derived content, not the initiating caller's identity or physical writes alone. Generic API ingress, explicit curation and caller-authored policy remain unresolved rather than being called manual. The separation is supported by RT-RTE-retain-work, RT-RTE-claude-hooks, MEM-RTE-memory-curation and MEM-RTE-directive-admission.
  • Curation operations: Transcript fact extraction supports consolidation under the supplied definition. Observation and page revision support consolidation and evolution; archive-preserving withdrawal supports invalidation. These findings do not assert lossless semantics. Located dedup handling and indeterminate semantic novelty are not upgraded from names or prompts to implemented dedup or synthesis findings. See MEM-OBJ-fact-text, MEM-RTE-observation-consolidation, MEM-RTE-page-maintenance, EPI-RTE-page-refresh and MEM-OBJ-curation-archive.
  • Read-back direction: Requested recall/page returns and snapshot acquisition support pull. Automatic hook context, directive loading and maintenance baseline supply support push at their own delivery operations. Upstream retrieval requests do not turn downstream unsolicited context injection into pull, nor does serialization create a duplicate push. The mirror finding does not invent a later model reader. See MEM-RTE-recall-selection, MEM-RTE-page-delivery, RT-RTE-claude-hooks, MEM-RTE-directive-admission and MEM-RTE-filesystem-mirror.
  • Read-back signal: The hook's query-derived numerical relevance and configurable cross-encoder scoring support the emitted embedding and judgment findings without resolving every retrieval arm. Active directive availability supports coarse selection, while tag targeting remains unresolved. Maintenance target identity selects an actual retained baseline for the update consumer; this is not an identifier merely attached to a requested return. See MEM-OBJ-fact-embedding, MEM-CMP-cross-encoder, MEM-RTE-directive-admission, MEM-RTE-page-maintenance and MEM-OBJ-refresh-response.
  • Trace learning: The positive wired finding has the required automatic transcript-fed write, durable fact/derived artifact and later context channel. It requires neither trained weights nor observed improvement. Unresolved generic inputs do not become a system-wide negative. See RT-RTE-claude-hooks, RT-RTE-retain-work, MEM-OBJ-fact-text and RT-BAP-hook-context.
  • Trace source: Recorded conversational turns and optional recorded tool calls support separate session-log and tool-trace findings for that qualifying write. Configuration-dependent inclusion is not universal tool retention. Hook scheduling itself does not supply event-stream content, and the representative workflow does not establish trajectory-fed learning. See RT-RTE-claude-hooks and RT-RTE-retain-work.

The emitted values are supported as implementation findings, not observations or causal effects. No unresolved report conflict changes a value. The remaining source-inspection uncertainties already expressed in the profile are faithful uncertainty, not additional defects. The local omission below does not change a supported system-level value or make an inventory complete; its consequences can therefore travel as a publication limit rather than a blocker.

Limits

  • The partial inventories do not separately classify the Claude Code hook's retained retention-progress state and its suffix/window-selection consumer. RT-RTE-claude-hooks records progress-based selection, progress commits after client return and an empty-content commit branch; these are not proof of completed server ingestion. The broad units in the profile retain unresolved integration-local state but do not expose this known local routing mechanism as its own unit. Consumers should withhold a complete per-object, per-admission or per-consumer comparison of hook bookkeeping and replay/window control. The partial storage, form, lineage, authority and write-agency inventories remain incomplete in this respect; their supported existence findings, including routing and automatic trace extraction, remain valid.
