Reconciliation

The four reports share the frozen boundary and SRC-1. Their implementation findings do not establish observed operation or causal benefit. This reconciliation uses the supplied members only; it makes no additional source reads. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied. The memory member's integration issues are disposed below, without treating its requests as verifier judgments.

Duplicate identities

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-memories is superseded by MEM-OBJ-memories. Both identify the natural-language statement content in local memory.db memories rows, with recall, passive context and synthesis consumers. SRC-1, lib/db/memories.ts, supplies their identity evidence. The epistemic inventory and its retention, withdrawal and normalization routes concern this same content. Supersession connects their object citations; it does not replace the epistemic assessment of truth-aptness or unknown warrant with a memory finding.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-learnings is superseded by MEM-OBJ-learnings. Both identify caller-recorded observation text and the symbolic signal, confidence, optional source identifiers and absorption state in the learnings table. Their passages at SRC-1, server/db/learnings.ts and lib/ai/narrative-synthesis.ts, connect optional provenance to observation-only synthesis delivery. The affected epistemic signal-retention and narrative-input findings refer to the same retained object; neither report establishes raw-chat extraction from that identity.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-narratives is superseded by MEM-OBJ-narratives. Both identify narratives.content, structured sections and associated symbolic version/confidence state in memory.db. SRC-1, lib/ai/narrative-synthesis.ts, establishes the shared save surface. Both distinguish foreground briefing delivery from the richer prior-learning input to later synthesis. The affected epistemic generation, format, retention and consumption findings remain distinct route assessments. The memory record also retains caller-authored MCP narrative_save as an alternative producer; the identity does not attribute every narrative to synthesis.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-vault-memory is superseded by MEM-OBJ-vault-index. Both identify the formatted global memory string at obsidian_vault_index, produced by scan projection and incremental updates. SRC-1, lib/vault/memory.ts, supplies the key, selection and formatting evidence. The epistemic projection route and inventory concern this same derived overview. Supersession does not identify it with the external vault files or with all memory content.

These amendments preserve both declarations and their findings. They choose common object referents, not stronger statuses.

Containers, parts and overlaps that remain distinct

RT-RTE-memory-admission remains a valid runtime container for desktop writes, MCP calls and independent synthesis. MEM-RTE-desktop-retention and MEM-RTE-narrative-synthesis describe its distinct mechanisms. The epistemic normalization, retention, withdrawal, signal and narrative routes separate transformations, checks, storage and consumption within that container. No supersession equates these functions or replaces the container by its parts: its runtime finding remains valid after separation.

MEM-RTE-mcp-memory overlaps the container's MCP admission but also covers requested search, project, relationship and history services. It is not identical to the runtime container, desktop retention, or EPI-RTE-memory-retention, which covers candidate persistence across desktop and MCP entries. The latter likewise is not identical to the desktop route, whose requested recall is a separate function. SRC-1, server/tools/memory-tools.ts, server/tools/narrative-tools.ts and lib/ai/memory-tools.ts, are the supplied evidence for these different endpoints and admission owners.

EPI-OBJ-memory-source is the source-label part of MEM-OBJ-memory-metadata, not an identical metadata object. The latter also covers archive, scope, recency, version and access fields. Both differ from memory statement content. SRC-1, server/tools/memory-tools.ts and lib/db/memory-db.ts, locate the enum and its caller/default control. The valid metadata container is not superseded.

EPI-OBJ-memory-links identifies the typed relationship-edge part of MEM-OBJ-memory-links, whose container also includes projects. EPI-RTE-relation-retention supplies directly inspected endpoint checks and linked-record consumers at SRC-1, server/db/relationships.ts. This adds coverage where memory retains an incomplete underlying-CRUD audit; it is not a disagreement or complete relational-integrity guarantee. The object container remains valid and is not superseded by one part.

EPI-OBJ-relevance-result and EPI-OBJ-draft-result concern separate scoring and reply results, including transient/ad-hoc forms. MEM-OBJ-threads-results includes persisted posts, scores, drafts, engagements and search logs. These are not identical objects or an exhaustive replacement split. Their shared stored parts connect through RT-RTE-threads-engagement; SRC-1, plugins/continuity-threads-engagement/src/ai-evaluator.ts, plugins/continuity-threads-engagement/src/cron.ts and plugins/continuity-threads-engagement/src/db.ts, provide the distinct producer and persistence evidence.

MEM-OBJ-messages is saved role/content and display metadata, not RT-OBJ-current-messages, the current-send protocol array. EPI-OBJ-research-findings includes transient findings and report candidates, whereas MEM-OBJ-workspace-state includes persisted report blocks and other workspace artifacts. SRC-1, providers/chat-provider.tsx, lib/db/messages.ts and lib/ai/research-engine.ts, establish projection and callback boundaries. No supersession makes transient windows and retained products one referent.

MEM-RTE-passive-context and MEM-RTE-profile-context are distinct parts of RT-RTE-desktop-chat. Narrative consumption is another retained-input path. Their downstream authority connects to RT-BAP-system-guidance, but a route is not identical to that authority path. MEM-RTE-vault-context includes scans, requested file reads, writes and dedicated prompt delivery; EPI-RTE-vault-projection addresses overview transformation within that broader chain. Their overlap at the index does not establish route identity.

Convergence and integration dispositions

Conversation scheduling and observations. Memory integration issue 1 distinguishes scheduling from extraction. MEM-ABS-learning-extractor gives a bounded desktop writer search; EPI-RTE-signal-retention establishes MCP observation admission. RT-RTE-memory-admission already names unabsorbed observations as synthesis input, not an automatic desktop extractor. These findings are compatible. EPI-CLM-conversation-understanding is a product doctrine claim, not a contrary analyst finding. Its broader extraction declaration remains separate from the bounded implementation witnesses.

Source trust and narrative maintenance. Memory issues 4 and 5 connect MEM-CLM-source-trust, EPI-CLM-source-groundtruth, EPI-RTE-memory-retention and the narrative routes. The memory claim assesses provenance weakness; the epistemic claim records source-native reliance/preservation instructions. They are not duplicate claims merely because both quote the ground-truth instruction at SRC-1, lib/ai/narrative-synthesis.ts. Both reports retain caller-set or inherited source labels, parse fallback, uncalibrated confidence and omitted foreground reasons. Fact history, current narrative version and archival are different mechanisms. Runtime explicitly contrasts archive/version APIs with current-row synthesis updates; no report establishes universal rollback or derivative erasure. EPI-RTE-memory-withdrawal converges with memory's archival limit, not a falsification decision.

Organization and plugin delivery. Memory issue 3 adds withdrawal and cursor limits to the runtime's database-target qualification. MEM-CLM-sync-withdrawal and MEM-OBJ-org-memories are not duplicates of RT-RTE-org-ingestion: one is a serialization finding, one retained state, and one admission/routing chain. All retain the default-app-target limit. Event delivery is unresolved, not an evidenced system-wide absence. RT-OBJ-plugin-session, RT-RTE-plugin-admission and the memory annotations agree that host registration alone does not establish desktop prompt/tool visibility. The epistemic ledger preserves that same qualification. These converging implementation constraints do not establish observed sync failure or deployed isolation.

Research review and delivery. The workflow declares no duplicate records; it annotates RT-RTE-deep-research. EPI-RTE-research-gap and EPI-RTE-research-continuation separate adequacy judgment from progression, including synthesis after failed review. EPI-RTE-provider-acquisition and EPI-RTE-excerpt-fallback distinguish imported answers and source prefixes from model transformation. These agree with the workflow account. The workflow's fifteen-read continuation threshold refines the runtime's generic counter limits; runtime does not claim a strict total-read cap. Its non-awaited completion callback and separate canvas/summary writes qualify delivery, not the existence of implemented callback writes. None of the dependent epistemic or memory findings requires confirmed durable completion. No unresolved conflict follows from these refinements.

Threads authority. Runtime's publication endpoint, memory's retained review state and the epistemic scoring/selection/publication routes converge on distinct admission points. Human review is intended and afforded by editing/selection surfaces; the endpoint does not authenticate that agency or enforce prior status as a veto. Persona-fit scores are not factual acceptance. Persistence and outcome bookkeeping do not establish model training, successful publication or improvement.

Memory integration issue 2 is resolved by the amendments and nonidentity comparisons above. Issue 6 remains a set of scoped limitations, not disagreements: bundle parity, remaining CRUD/scanner/canvas/journal details, event/search/auth integration, developer-document derivation and provider internals are not uniformly inspected. MEM-RTE-developer-memory concerns documented external development-agent practice, not the desktop synthesis route. Different source coverage across reports does not erase known transformations or establish system-complete negatives.

No unresolved disagreement between the supplied reports is identified. Their local unknowns remain limits on the named conclusions, and their implementation, operation and epistemic statuses remain separate. This reconciliation neither accepts the claims nor substitutes a public synthesis for the verifier's judgment.
