Reconciliation
Evidence and shared account
The four reports use the same frozen boundary and Source register. They distinguish the externally supplied Librarian's instruction-mediated work from implemented extraction and mechanical checks. None supplies an observed run or causal experiment. The connections below use only the handed members; no source reread or additional evidence is introduced. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied to this attempt.
The workflow's selected ingest procedure connects RT-RTE-ingest-compile to later RT-RTE-wiki-answer through retained files, not automatic execution. Memory's read-back account identifies the question-driven selector and distinguishes availability from actual consumption. The epistemic authority-route ledger separates production, retention and reliance on those same routes. These are compatible accounts of one prescribed lifecycle. Procedural completion, registry status, epistemic acceptance and demonstrated benefit remain different conclusions.
Duplicate supersessions and distinct records
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-raw is superseded by MEM-OBJ-raw-originals. Both identify the retained source originals under raw/, including binary originals and excluding the mutable registry; both distinguish originals from derived editions. Identity evidence is their common SRC-1 protocol.md raw-preservation rule, retained in the epistemic record, together with the memory record's lineage and original/derivative distinction. This connects the epistemic inventory and raw-ingest ledger to the memory finding; neither record's value or ID is changed, and source preservation is not promoted to endorsement.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-outputs is superseded by MEM-OBJ-outputs. Both identify substantial generated artifacts under outputs/, initially human-facing and optionally offered for later wiki filing. The identity evidence is the shared SRC-1 protocol.md Q&A passage supplied by RT-RTE-wiki-answer, plus the same directory and admission horizon in both declarations. The epistemic answer-production and retention rows concern that same object. The memory record additionally retains the stronger starter README wording; supersession does not discard that ambiguity or establish automatic filing.
RT-OBJ-library-tree remains a valid container. Its memory-declared parts distinguish originals, editions, source notes, concepts, topics, source registry, wiki index, outputs, health reports and changelog by their consumers and update rules. Neither those parts nor the epistemic objects replace the whole tree. No container supersession is warranted.
EPI-OBJ-wiki is a valid narrower container for MEM-OBJ-source-notes, MEM-OBJ-concepts and MEM-OBJ-topics. Their common production and later-use evidence is on RT-RTE-ingest-compile and RT-RTE-wiki-answer. The epistemic container does not assert that all parts have identical lint consumers or semantic content. Identity with any single part is ruled out; splitting does not make its bounded container finding wrong.
EPI-OBJ-pdf-text overlaps the PDF-derived portion of MEM-OBJ-text-editions, which also covers image transcription and other retained editions. The former is not the latter's whole referent. EPI-OBJ-captions also overlaps saved caption editions but includes transient fetched content and track metadata outside the retained library. These are scope overlaps, not duplicate identities; neither object is superseded by the broader retained-edition record. Production routes RT-RTE-pdf-sidecar and RT-RTE-caption-fetch are not identities of their output objects.
EPI-RTE-caption-reshape is the local text-formatting part of the caption route, not a second whole acquisition route. EPI-RTE-mechanical-checks, EPI-RTE-audit-disposition and EPI-RTE-fidelity-review identify different functions within RT-RTE-health-audit: evidence production, exit/CI disposition and requested editorial comparison. Their statuses belong to their respective functions. They do not supersede the valid combined runtime route.
EPI-CLM-library-abstraction concerns abstraction and later working-memory use; RT-CLM-library-guarantees concerns raw preservation and citation guarantees. Their source passages overlap in purpose but do not assert the same claim. EPI-CLM-compile-depth separately concerns the tool's detection rationale and fidelity limits. No claim supersession follows.
MEM-BAP-wiki-evidence concerns retained content consumed as evidence. RT-BAP-librarian-instructions concerns operating instructions. Neither is identical to the answer route's progression. RT-OBJ-protocol, RT-CMP-librarian-model and RT-ABS-model-driver have no duplicate declarations in the supplied specialist reports. Workflow declares none; its annotations add workflow roles, not replacement identities.
Integration dispositions and remaining conflicts
The memory report's integration issues do not establish disagreements merely by qualifying the runtime account:
- Output filing: MEM-OBJ-outputs preserves the starter output README's filing statement alongside the protocol's offer. Runtime, epistemic and workflow all describe the offer rather than an automatic loop. The source wording remains ambiguous; no report establishes a deployed human veto or unconditional autonomous installation.
- Report retention: MEM-OBJ-health-reports and MEM-OBJ-changelog specify no automatic later reload. Runtime says reports are available to review; EPI-RTE-fidelity-review says they may reach later review without demonstrated reuse. Availability and possible inspection are compatible with that limit.
- History and persistence: memory qualifies append-only changelog language with the historical-link repair rule and separates precommit file retention from versioned recovery. RT-OBJ-library-tree expressly distinguishes per-part update rules, while workflow separates ingest completion from provisioning's commit/push. No universal auto-commit or byte-immutable changelog follows from these reports.
- Extraction provenance: EPI-OBJ-pdf-text says the default header includes settings; memory's PDF annotation says it does not include the full configuration, specifically language, PSM or an explicit selected-page list. The former does not claim those particular fields or complete reproducibility. Both retain optional header omission and verification against the original. Caption provenance differences and partial PDF output likewise agree across reports; a success label is not a fidelity certificate.
- Evaluation and improvement: memory's narrower depth-count coverage supplements, rather than contradicts, the runtime audit limits. The epistemic counterexample concerns the literal source-reading rationale, not observed writer behavior. All reports keep semantic editorial review separate from implemented lint, and none demonstrates activated method improvement or improved future capacity.
Unresolved conflict: EPI-OBJ-audit-results combines mechanical stdout/status with editorial health reports, whereas MEM-OBJ-health-reports separates retained editorial prose from transient mechanical diagnostics. The declarations themselves identify different forms, consumers and storage. The mechanical-diagnostics operative part has no separate object declaration; the mechanical route declarations do not supply that object identity. Evidence is the two records' SRC-1 helper/protocol distinctions and EPI-RTE-mechanical-checks versus EPI-RTE-audit-disposition. The combined object may remain a valid container, but the missing part prevents a fully separated object-level account of mechanical results and editorial reports. No supersession or missing ID is invented here; verification must address the required part to its declaring analyst.
Unresolved conflict: EPI-OBJ-captions combines fetched speech content with track-list availability metadata. MEM-OBJ-text-editions and its annotation on RT-RTE-caption-fetch explicitly distinguish list-only metadata from caption content. The evidence is the reported SRC-1 tools/youtube_transcript.py list/fetch and serialization branches; the epistemic acquisition ledger also acknowledges that listing produces metadata, not speech claims. A separately declared operative part for track-list availability metadata is missing. This prevents treating the combined caption object as one uniformly truth-apt speech-content unit or claiming complete part-level separation. The underlying list/fetch findings are not adjudicated or replaced; verification must determine the required declaration repair.
