Reconciliation
The reports share the identity and whole-system scope in boundary. Runtime supplies orchestration and admission; memory traces retained parts and consumers; epistemic distinguishes operational force from factual warrant; workflow follows a selected compile session through delivery and recovery. This reconciliation assesses the supplied versions afresh. No source files were read, and no analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied. The previous reconciliation's two mechanism conflicts are not carried forward unchanged: the current runtime explicitly incorporates both memory findings. Memory still describes the earlier runtime positions in its own integration prose, as retained below.
Duplicate supersessions
Amendment: EPI-RTE-chat-save is superseded by MEM-RTE-manual-save. Both identify the explicit /api/chat/save-draft handler, caller-supplied session/content/citations, wrapper formatting, pending-plan insertion and shared approval consumer. The quoted insertion and citation-to-page-ID mapping establish the same route. Preserve the epistemic distinction between candidate retention and factual acceptance, and memory's adoption constraint through MEM-CLM-chat-provenance. Identity does not establish installation. This route is not the automatic retrieved-count branch of RT-RTE-chat-feedback.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-wiki-lint is superseded by MEM-RTE-lint-retention. Both trace the startup/manual lint handler, 36-hour overdue check, structural SQL, up to ten same-category summary pairs, activity persistence and operator diagnostics. Memory quotes the activity write; epistemic quotes the sample limit, failure handling and display consumer. Retain these complementary findings: retained diagnostics are not endorsement, and an empty conflict list need not indicate a successful scan. Runtime's prose mention is not a second declared lint record; RT-RTE-source-maintenance instead concerns deletion and redraft.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-saved-links is superseded by MEM-RTE-saved-links. Both identify regeneration from unresolved-link rows into the same saved-links page, outbox and FTS, without draft approval, for later wiki/query consumers. Epistemic's dismissal/empty-set witness is a branch of that projection, not another route. Preserve its quoted imported-all assertion and dismissal trigger. Memory's cleared-state description does not certify the assertion's truth; nonempty failure rendering and the empty branch's epistemic classification remain separate findings. Both retain wired implementation and uninspected operation.
These amendments identify common referents without replacing either author's values or removing declarations.
Containers, parts and distinct identities
EPI-OBJ-extraction-output isolates model-produced structured assertions, relationships and summaries. MEM-OBJ-extractions inventories the broader retained bundle of NER, profile, keyphrases, TF-IDF and model output. Their overlap is the model-output part, not whole-object identity. Neither is the downstream control portion of RT-OBJ-page-plans. A valid store need not be superseded by one of its payload parts.
EPI-OBJ-draft-content names the natural-language payload excluded from the runtime control-state assessment of RT-OBJ-page-plans. Memory adds payload fields through an annotation, not another declaration. MEM-OBJ-pages inventories current/outbox/recovery prose with imported, redrafted and deterministic lineage as well as ordinary draft lineage. Producer-to-product overlap does not identify these entire referents. No split supersession is required for the valid containers.
EPI-RTE-extraction-recovery, EPI-RTE-triage-disposition and EPI-RTE-crossref-transform are declared material segments of RT-RTE-plan-draft, not renamed copies. MEM-RTE-history-read is the selection segment of RT-RTE-chat-feedback. The parent routes remain valid alongside their separately assessed parts.
EPI-RTE-zombie-cleanup isolates the admin dependency-query/deletion segment also covered by MEM-RTE-withdrawal-cleanup. Shared zombie selection and pending-chat pruning establish overlap; source PATCH archival and other cleanup distinguish memory's broader route. Neither whole-route identity nor supersession follows. Neither is the surviving-page redraft branch of RT-RTE-source-maintenance.
Memory's raw prose, aliases, mentions, FTS, vectors, chat messages and activity stores are not duplicates of runtime's control plans or schema. In particular, MEM-OBJ-wiki-pages stores derived embeddings, not RT-CMP-mini-lm weights. MEM-RTE-storage-write is a direct filesystem replacement capability, not the app's RT-RTE-draft-approval consumer loop.
The public knowledge, attribution and grounding claims EPI-CLM-compiled-knowledge, EPI-CLM-source-attribution and EPI-CLM-wiki-grounding concern different guarantees from RT-CLM-durable-completion and RT-CLM-local-isolation. MEM-CLM-chat-provenance is a separate adoption constraint, and EPI-RTE-corpus-evaluation is an offline evaluator, not production admission. Workflow declares no records; its annotations reuse runtime identities. No other whole-record duplicates are established.
Current disagreements and correction dispositions
Unresolved conflict: MEM-RTE-history-read and memory's Integration issues, item 1, still characterize RT-RTE-chat-feedback as claiming last/prior-message tail selection and requiring correction. The current runtime instead states earliest ascending rows, LIMIT 11 and dropping the final selected row, and explicitly agrees with memory. Both records quote the ascending query and .slice(0, -1). The mechanism findings now agree, but memory's characterization of the supplied runtime does not. This prevents treating memory's correction request as a current unresolved disagreement about which messages reach synthesis; it also prevents a fully consistent cross-report correction disposition. It does not prevent the bounded earliest-row finding. The reconciler changes neither report.
Unresolved conflict: memory's Integration issues, item 2, says RT-RTE-chat-feedback and RT-RTE-draft-approval imply ordinary FAQ adoption and require qualification by MEM-CLM-chat-provenance. Both current runtime records already state the ordinary page-ID/source-ID foreign-key obstruction, transaction rollback and commit_failed, while retaining empty-citation and coincident-ID exceptions. Runtime and memory quote the insertion, provenance write, sources foreign key and enabled foreign keys. The remaining disagreement is memory's attribution of an unqualified adoption position to the current runtime, not competing implementation accounts. It prevents carrying the old adoption conflict forward as an unresolved mechanism question or presenting the integration request as still unmet. It does not license ordinary end-to-end compounding; all current findings retain constrained adoption and unobserved operation.
EPI-RTE-chat-save describes pending review and potential approval while retaining the source/page slot mismatch. This does not contradict the explicit memory/runtime failure finding: potential approval is compatible with the named exceptions, and epistemic does not assert successful ordinary automatic installation. Its broader lineage caveat is not strengthened here into a separate transaction-failure finding.
Independent convergence and remaining integration limits
Runtime and workflow agree that application code owns progression, n8n acknowledges before delivery, and models perform delegated computations rather than autonomous scheduling. Workflow's annotations on RT-RTE-session-compile and RT-RTE-plan-draft explain handoffs, selected summaries and partial-failure consequences without stronger execution evidence.
RT-CLM-durable-completion, RT-RTE-draft-approval and MEM-OBJ-pages distinguish the driver's flush gate from explicit approval's weaker success condition, old-file precedence and chat's file-only reads. Workflow traces retry at these same boundaries. Its zero-source completion branch does not contradict the committed-file policy; completion promises neither new pages nor universal extraction/draft success. Epistemic's operational-admission/factual-acceptance distinction is compatible with workflow's delivery vocabulary: readable retained prose is not thereby a verified claim.
MEM-OBJ-activity-log qualifies structured source-ID lineage while preserving readable reason/title/URL. EPI-RTE-triage-disposition establishes advisory sidebar delivery without claiming complete source-ID return. The details-field mismatch therefore does not negate the challenge consumer or create a cross-report conflict.
Withdrawal limits address different branches and consumers. MEM-OBJ-mentions preserves archive-independent counts; MEM-RTE-withdrawal-cleanup limits default-index suppression and pending-ID pruning; RT-RTE-source-maintenance permits retained prose and note fallback; EPI-RTE-zombie-cleanup evaluates database dependencies, not falsity. Current runtime also limits chat-draft cleanup to matching chat-% sessions, rather than all automatic drafts. Combining these findings supplies no universal direct-ID prohibition, semantic removal or rollback guarantee.
Imported vector lineage, actual schema content/rationale and hidden provider context remain local unknowns, not disagreements. Memory's schema annotation and RT-RTE-schema-bootstrap connect retained guidance to requested later drafting. Epistemic preserves independently separated formulation, consumption, criticism and iteration limits. RT-BAP-schema-drafting and RT-BAP-wiki-answering concern different consumers and forces, not duplicate authorities. Delivery alone establishes neither compliance nor benefit.
EPI-RTE-corpus-evaluation retains claimed historical operation in a shape/protocol domain. This is compatible with current-revision operation remaining unobserved and the missing-corpus limit in boundary. It supplies no factual acceptance or causal improvement for production.
Memory's integration issues thus comprise two correction requests whose current-runtime characterizations disagree with the supplied version, a distinct manual-save route unified with its epistemic duplicate, complementary activity/withdrawal qualifications, and scoped lineage unknowns. No supplied answers establish correction decisions or declined objections. No required undeclared part was identified that requires an additional missing-part conflict; no valid container needs split supersession. Judgment and changes remain with report verification and the declaring analysts.
