Verification
I checked every axis, its units, positive findings, evidence bases and coverage assessments against the handed records and their annotations. The profile's Comparison rationale preserves the accumulated-memory boundary: installed static weights and shipped prompts are excluded, whereas conditional provider-hidden continuation remains unresolved rather than asserted to exist. No target-source reads were made. Classification support comes from the accepted records, not independently reconstructed source facts.
Reconciliation makes the memory manual-save, lint and saved-links records canonical. I retained the complementary epistemic findings on those same referents, including the saved-links dismissal counterexample. The extraction bundle and its model-output part remain distinct; the draft payload is not the plan's symbolic control portion. Runtime now agrees with memory on earliest-row history and ordinary FAQ approval failure. Memory's stale characterization of the earlier runtime position does not create competing mechanism evidence for profile classification.
- Storage substrate: Files, SQLite and vector storage are supported by MEM-OBJ-raw, MEM-OBJ-pages, MEM-OBJ-extractions, RT-OBJ-page-plans and MEM-OBJ-wiki-pages, with the remaining declared SQLite stores. Gzip is encoding, not another substrate. Chroma's internal implementation is not evidence for an additional emitted substrate. The unresolved provider alternative prevents complete coverage.
- Representational form: The profile separates interpreted prose, fixed-rule fields and dense numerical features. MEM-OBJ-extractions, EPI-OBJ-extraction-output, MEM-OBJ-wiki-pages and RT-OBJ-page-plans support these distinctions. Parametric embeddings do not imply parameter training. The known schema delivery format does not require an inspected generated instance; its content and provider-hidden form remain separately unresolved.
- Lineage: Imported source acquisition, model authorship, deterministic compilation and trace-derived projections have recorded derivation paths. RT-RTE-plan-draft, MEM-OBJ-raw, MEM-OBJ-chat-messages and MEM-RTE-saved-links support the emitted paths. RT-RTE-archive-import establishes import without establishing pre-import provenance, particularly for vectors. Direct replacement and caller-supplied text remain unresolved rather than being inferred to be human-authored.
- Behavioral authority: Knowledge at prose consumers, instruction at schema-consuming drafting, ranking at query selection, routing at retained-state consumers, and validation/enforcement at approval and dependency predicates are supported. See RT-BAP-schema-drafting, RT-BAP-wiki-answering, RT-RTE-chat-feedback, MEM-OBJ-mentions and EPI-RTE-zombie-cleanup. The saved-links and FAQ learning findings identify trace-fed update consumers, not improved capacity. Downstream reference authority is described separately, although some units combine these paths. Default archive suppression is not generalized to direct-ID prohibition.
- Write agency: The emitted automatic findings concern software admission, not model authorship or physical file writes. RT-RTE-draft-approval, RT-RTE-schema-bootstrap, RT-RTE-source-maintenance and MEM-RTE-saved-links support independent automatic mechanisms. Manual admission is only afforded by the explicit human-facing approval/save paths in MEM-RTE-manual-save and the approval record. Generic API caller identity remains unresolved. The partial inventory has the local omission noted below.
- Curation operations: Recorded reductions support wired consolidation; source synthesis requested through drafting supports the weaker affordance finding, not demonstrated generated semantics. Updating existing pages supports evolution, historical promotion supports promotion, archive suppression supports invalidation, and deletion/projection removal supports forgetting. The saved-links empty template supports synthesis through the reconciled counterexample, not merely through the word “synthesis” in a model prompt. See RT-RTE-plan-draft, MEM-OBJ-mentions, MEM-RTE-withdrawal-cleanup and MEM-RTE-saved-links. No deduplication value is inferred from primary-key replacement or vector upsert.
- Read-back direction: Requested wiki/MCP and query retrieval remain pull. Automatic schema, old-page, dossier, prior-layer and conversation-context supply are distinct downstream push operations into new model calls. RT-RTE-mcp-read, RT-RTE-plan-draft and MEM-RTE-history-read support the operation-level distinction. Delivery of a requested response is not counted again as push. Provider-hidden alternatives remain unresolved.
- Read-back signal: The profile identifies actual selected parts: available schema uses coarse supply; target-page and related-plan identities select retained context; dossier relevance uses lexical inference with coarse alternative branches; session equality selects retained chat turns before chronological filtering. RT-RTE-plan-draft, RT-OBJ-schema, RT-OBJ-page-plans and MEM-RTE-history-read support these mappings. Requested query ranking is not used to manufacture additional push signals. Provider selectors are unresolved, not inapplicable.
- Trace learning: MEM-RTE-saved-links establishes automatic failure-record transformation into a durable page with later consumers. RT-RTE-chat-feedback, RT-RTE-draft-approval and MEM-CLM-chat-provenance support automatic FAQ candidate construction and conditional later wiki consumption. The FAQ positive does not establish ordinary adoption: disjoint page/source IDs block that path, while coincident IDs permit the recorded exception. The partial unit and its note preserve this condition. Raw history replay and diagnostic retention are not themselves asserted to be qualifying derived updates. No unsupported local or global negative is emitted.
- Trace source: Discrete ingestion failure outcomes support event streams for saved-links; conversational question/answer content supports session logs for FAQ production. MEM-RTE-saved-links, MEM-OBJ-chat-messages and RT-RTE-chat-feedback support the original-input classifications. Error names alone do not establish tool traces or trajectories. Supplied content and hidden update inputs retain uncertainty.
All ten axes are partial. These assessments retain supported local positives without claiming system-complete enumeration, observed activation or causal benefit. Missing paired model outputs, pre-import provenance and provider-hidden state are faithfully expressed uncertainty, not additional verification findings. No emitted comparison value or evidence strength requires withdrawal. The remaining inventory and granularity limitations below do not change the supported existence findings.

Limits
- The partial write-agency inventory in the profile does not separately classify automatic retention of triage/lint diagnostic findings and their last-run control updates, established by MEM-OBJ-activity-log, MEM-RTE-lint-retention and EPI-RTE-triage-disposition. The automatic existence finding remains valid on other independently supported mechanisms; manual admission is still only afforded. Withhold claims that the units enumerate every recorded write/admission mechanism or cover diagnostic retention individually.
- Several inventories use coarse grouped units rather than one unit per retained part and consumer. In particular, the profile's saved-links authority unit combines failure records at the update consumer with generated prose at later readers, and its FAQ authority unit combines update and review effects; the first storage/prose groups also combine multiple retained copies or objects. See the profile's rationale, MEM-RTE-saved-links, RT-RTE-chat-feedback and MEM-OBJ-pages. The notes distinguish the mechanisms sufficiently to preserve the emitted local values and bases, and the axes do not claim complete coverage. Withhold per-object or per-consumer unit counts and comparisons that assume each unit has exactly one storage copy or behavioral-authority path. This is a granularity limit, not evidence that the supported values are false.
