Verification
I checked all ten axes of the profile against the handed records and annotations, applying the profile type's definitions, natural units, evidence bases and coverage rules. The two reconciled object supersessions are respected: retained lessons use MEM-OBJ-session-learning, and numerical truth state uses MEM-OBJ-truth-state. No source files were read and no evidence was added.
The profile author's correction answer is supported. The decorator's unsupported embedding-selection finding has been removed, its unit is now partial, and both the axis note and rationale retain the missing selector fact. RT-RTE-decorated-agent, including its memory annotation, supports coarse recent-feedback filtering, query/top_k graph selection and bounded gateway delivery, but does not establish that graph selector's embedding operation. The corrected profile no longer infers it from MEM-OBJ-vector-index. Separately supported summary and skill-catalog embedding findings remain intact. The predecessor blocker is therefore resolved, not carried forward merely because it was previously raised.
- Storage substrate: Graph, vector, raw-file and relational findings have local retention warrants in MEM-OBJ-graph-content, MEM-OBJ-graph-structure, MEM-OBJ-vector-index and MEM-RTE-memory-withdrawal. Factory-offered cache alternatives remain afforded rather than audited wiring. Tapes and alternate retained objects remain unresolved. Known substrate units do not imply complete lifecycle or adapter semantics.
- Representational form: Text, localized fields/scalars and dense geometry are separated. MEM-OBJ-feedback-weight supports symbolic scalar state; MEM-OBJ-truth-state and MEM-OBJ-vector-index support distributed numerical representations, not provider-weight updates. Sanitized display text does not classify every original host payload.
- Lineage: Imported acquisition, compiled graph/index products and trace-derived guidance are supported on their named derivation paths by RT-RTE-permanent-memory, MEM-RTE-trace-promotion and MEM-RTE-session-distillation. Initial authorship, typed origins, initial summary leaves and immutable embedding provenance remain local unknowns. Subsequent compilation does not erase those gaps.
- Behavioral authority: Knowledge, instruction, learning, ranking, routing, validation and enforcement findings have consumer/effect warrants in MEM-RTE-session-guidance, MEM-BAP-ranking-state, MEM-OBJ-skill-metadata, MEM-RTE-truth-maintenance and RT-RTE-skill-revision. Update influence remains distinct from downstream instruction delivery and demonstrated improvement. Unknown later conflict/supersession readers receive no positive force classification.
- Write agency: Computational admission after workflow start is distinguished from unresolved initial supply, explicit edits and caller-selected apply control. MEM-RTE-typed-admission and RT-RTE-skill-revision support the distinction. An explicit request is not classified as human approval; separately known software admission is not suppressed by unresolved caller identity.
- Curation operations: Guidance deduplication, trace consolidation, summary compression, procedure replacement, graph promotion and preference decay have distinct transformation warrants in MEM-OBJ-session-context, MEM-RTE-trace-promotion, MEM-RTE-summary-readback, RT-RTE-skill-revision and MEM-RTE-ranking-maintenance. Storage deduplication remains afforded and partial. Historical invalidation is scoped to the current-by-recency tagging in EPI-RTE-temporal-supersession, not guaranteed downstream suppression. Indeterminate curator/writer semantics are not upgraded to synthesis.
- Read-back direction: Requested recall and skill-body delivery are pull; automatic preparation for answer and maintenance consumers is push within those chains. WF-RTE-skill-loading supports requested, doubly capped body delivery, not an additional identifier push. MEM-RTE-summary-readback supports automatic prelude selection for the answering model.
- Read-back signal: Coarse filtering, lexical overlap, retained model judgments, summary/skill vector selection and writer member-ID resolution have route-local support in MEM-RTE-session-guidance, MEM-RTE-summary-readback, MEM-OBJ-skill-metadata and EPI-RTE-lesson-check. Writer identity resolution actually selects supplied retained contents; a requested skill-name lookup is not substituted for it. The decorator graph signal and session-vector internals remain unresolved rather than inferred from available indexes.
- Trace learning: Automatic guidance, trace promotion, lesson publication and retained ranking/geometry updates have later-consumer paths in MEM-RTE-trace-promotion, MEM-RTE-session-distillation, MEM-RTE-ranking-maintenance and MEM-RTE-truth-maintenance. Proposal retention alone is not treated as an installed behavior-shaping update. Caller-selected installation remains unresolved. No successful-capacity-improvement or system-wide negative follows.
- Trace source: Recorded conversation turns and host execution feedback support local session-log and tool-trace findings through MEM-OBJ-session-qa, MEM-OBJ-session-agent-trace and their qualifying update routes. Typed/mixed sources and the qualifying skill-installation chain remain unresolved. Timestamps and serialization labels do not establish event streams or trajectories.
All axes retain partial assessments and included unresolved alternatives. Grouped units are coarse but their positive classifications remain bounded to the named parts, derivation paths and consumer effects; they do not claim complete system inventories. Known classifications do not imply observed persistence, activation, compliance or benefit. The reports' fatal-stage/per-window distinction, capped procedure delivery, profile-specific guidance, truth-epoch countercase and derivative-withdrawal gaps are preserved rather than converted into universal guarantees. The canonical records support the emitted comparison findings. Their explicitly retained uncertainty is faithful scope, not a separate publication limit. No remaining finding meets the blocker threshold.
