Verification
I checked all ten axes of the memory profile against the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow accounts, applying the profile type's definitions and the verification materiality threshold. I resolved the supplied reconciliation's page-object supersession to MEM-OBJ-wiki-pages. The raw-sidecar and Lint-settings containers remain valid alongside their finer parts. No source reads or new evidence were needed. The supplied profile answers are empty; no predecessor objection was treated as an established defect.
The scope concerns accumulated knowledge, work contracts, checking policy and retained history. It does not classify the inference model, static installed procedures or standalone summary delivery as accumulated memory. This agrees with RT-CMP-host-model, RT-RTE-deploy-artifacts and MEM-CLM-summary-transfer. Remaining output-consumer families and image assets are retained as unresolved, rather than silently removed to obtain complete coverage.
- Storage substrate: File persistence is supported by the named raw, page, schema, task, relay and changelog records. Optional repository storage stays afforded and is supported only for the raw/task history paths named in the finding, not every object in the grouped unit. Fixed schema and benchmark consumers support wired file findings; temporary Python values do not become retained in-memory storage. See MEM-OBJ-raw-body, MEM-OBJ-task-files, RT-OBJ-relay-files and EPI-RTE-benchmark-rollup.
- Representational form: The profile distinguishes interpreted prose from fixed digest, enum, matching and statistical fields. Its audit-baseline language finding concerns the model's interpretation, not merely a SHA's textual encoding. No parametric finding is inferred from priming. See MEM-OBJ-raw-frontmatter, MEM-OBJ-wiki-log, EPI-OBJ-lint-settings and EPI-OBJ-test-report.
- Lineage: Imported acquisition, authored judgments, trace extraction and compiled digest/snapshot/results have distinct supporting paths. Known subsequent derivation does not resolve initial corpus provenance. The partial page/task units preserve that distinction. See MEM-OBJ-schema-guidance, MEM-OBJ-wiki-pages, MEM-RTE-finding-acceptance and RT-RTE-readiness-repair.
- Behavioral authority: Knowledge, instruction, validation, enforcement, routing and learning are supported at the specified consumers. Lint acceptance's fixed report suppression is not factual endorsement; task repair's update-consumer learning is separate from the repaired task's downstream instruction. The catalog finding establishes relevance selection, not a separately evidenced relative-priority mechanism. See EPI-RTE-lint-acknowledge, RT-BAP-task-guidance, MEM-BAP-procedure-guidance and MEM-OBJ-index.
- Write agency: Explicit page selections and human task edits support manual findings. Model-owned filing, repair, stamp and policy admission support automatic findings without treating workflow initiation as per-output approval. Template copying has a separate wired warrant. Unknown initial admission and the raw-maintenance instruction conflict prevent complete coverage. See RT-RTE-wiki-triage, EPI-RTE-wiki-retain, EPI-RTE-task-stamp and MEM-OBJ-raw-body.
- Curation operations: Session extraction and instance stripping support claimed consolidation; verified task revision and source/page correction support claimed evolution. Archive supports active invalidation without total retrieval prohibition. Semantic novelty remains indeterminate, so the profile correctly does not derive synthesis from a route name. See MEM-RTE-procedure-capture, RT-RTE-readiness-repair, EPI-RTE-wiki-archive and EPI-RTE-wiki-compose.
- Read-back direction and signal: The named requested file/context reads and fixed lint/benchmark loads support pull. Internal selection and delivery do not establish a second push operation. Signal is locally inapplicable to these resolved pull units, but remains uninspected across unresolved families. No system-wide absence or pull-only completeness is asserted. See RT-RTE-wiki-consume, RT-RTE-readiness-repair, EPI-RTE-lint-acknowledge and EPI-RTE-benchmark-rollup.
- Trace learning and source: Automatic lint-feedback policy retention and helper-feedback task repair have durable later consumers. Claimed admission is not upgraded by wired downstream matching. Operational-pattern and completed-task lesson routes remain afforded with unresolved input mixtures. Manual wrapup retains trace-extracted lineage but is not a qualifying automatic write. Tool feedback supports the positive source findings; unknown mixtures do not license session-log, event-stream or trajectory findings. See MEM-RTE-finding-acceptance, RT-RTE-readiness-repair, MEM-RTE-task-close and RT-RTE-wiki-triage.
All emitted positives retain their local warrant. Claimed model procedures are not presented as observed compliance or causal benefit. The raw-maintenance conflict remains local uncertainty rather than an invented preservation guarantee. Missing initial provenance, opaque alternatives and uncertain semantic transformations remain expressed in the profile itself. These faithfully scoped uncertainties are not additional verification findings.

Limits
- The partial storage, form, lineage, authority and admission inventories in the memory profile use some grouped units rather than a fully expanded object-by-consumer inventory. For example, optional repository history concerns the raw/task records, while files cover more objects; evaluation prose and parsed fields also share a unit with distinct findings. MEM-OBJ-raw-body, MEM-OBJ-task-files and EPI-OBJ-test-report support the local distinctions. The findings' citations and notes preserve valid existence classifications, so this does not require a blocker. Consumers should withhold per-object incidence counts or cross-axis combinations inferred solely from shared unit membership; the grouped inventory is not a complete incidence matrix.
