Verification
Checked all ten axes, their findings and evidence bases, unit assessments, inventory coverage and comparison rationale in the memory profile. The handed reconciliation supersedes the epistemic chunk, note and wiki objects with their memory declarations; the profile uses those canonical objects. The remaining overlapping routes have distinct functions, not competing statuses. No correction answers or refusal were supplied. No frozen-source reads were needed; this judgment uses the handed records and annotations, not new evidence.
- Storage substrate: relational personal-memory tables, vector retrieval indexes, retained source/skill files, the exposed provider snapshot and the in-process metric map support their local findings. Repository-backend uncertainty is conservative, not evidence of absence. The snapshot classification does not classify its opaque contents. See MEM-OBJ-memory-item, MEM-OBJ-memory-embedding, MEM-OBJ-chunk, RT-RTE-skill-install and EPI-OBJ-metric-result.
- Representational form: readable bodies, localized control fields and dense numerical representations have distinct supporting parts. Skill instructions and executable material have different consumers; the opaque image remainder remains uninspected. Numerical metrics are not classified as distributed parameters. See MEM-OBJ-memory-embedding, MEM-OBJ-wiki-page, EPI-OBJ-metric-result and RT-BAP-skill-image.
- Lineage: the import, trace-extraction, compilation and installer-authorship findings describe derivation paths rather than universal provenance. Known transformations do not resolve initial authorship or exact embedding-model provenance. User-only personal extraction is distinguished from answer-containing Q&A indexing. See MEM-RTE-personal-write, MEM-RTE-chat-index, MEM-OBJ-memory-embedding and RT-RTE-skill-install.
- Behavioral authority: knowledge at later readers, ranking at selectors, learning at durable personalization/checkpoint updaters, tombstone and table-preservation validation/vetoes, replay/image routing and skill instructions have identifiable consumers and effects. Preferences wrapped as background are not upgraded to binding instructions. These findings establish implemented force, not obedience or benefit. See MEM-RTE-personal-recall, MEM-RTE-retrieval-conditioning, MEM-OBJ-memory-tombstone, EPI-RTE-wiki-guard, RT-RTE-context-rewrite and RT-BAP-skill-image.
- Write agency: automatic extraction, maintenance, indexing, checkpoint and remote-snapshot admission are supported independently of workflow initiation. Caller-controlled interfaces remain unresolved rather than becoming manual merely through origin labels or authentication. See MEM-RTE-personal-write, MEM-RTE-memory-review, MEM-RTE-chunk-edit, EPI-RTE-memory-review and RT-RTE-skill-install.
- Curation operations: replacement/supersession, duplicate merging, compression, expiry/demotion, interest promotion and archival support the local operations. Standing-note extraction and generated continuation summaries qualify as consolidation. The permitted non-entailed personal inference remains synthesis at claimed strength; wired model invocation alone does not upgrade that request. Raw checkpoint copying and semantically indeterminate wiki alternatives are not assigned unsupported consolidation or synthesis. See MEM-RTE-memory-review, MEM-OBJ-memory-topic, EPI-RTE-memory-extraction, RT-RTE-context-rewrite and EPI-RTE-wiki-maintenance.
- Read-back direction: explicit tool/search/result requests support pull; unsolicited turn-preparation context and maintenance inputs support push. Requested delivery is not counted again as push. Application-owned checkpoint reload is an actual later consumer, not an imagined storage caller. See MEM-RTE-memory-search, MEM-RTE-wiki-read, RT-RTE-dataset-evaluation, MEM-RTE-personal-recall and RT-RTE-context-rewrite.
- Read-back signal: recall and review supply the coarse, lexical, embedding and model-judgment witnesses. Candidate-document matches select familiarity counts; tombstone matches select rejection controls; the published pointer selects the delivered image. These are operative matches, not identifiers merely attached to requested files. Pull-unit inapplicability remains local; unresolved push selectors keep the axis partial. See MEM-RTE-personal-recall, MEM-RTE-memory-review, MEM-RTE-retrieval-conditioning, MEM-OBJ-memory-tombstone and RT-BAP-skill-image.
- Trace learning: automatic personal extraction, recurrence, affinity updates and retained continuation checkpoints connect recorded activity to durable material and later consumers. Generated summary and raw-fallback continuation paths both have that chain; transient previews alone do not establish it. Q&A search and installation remain explicitly unresolved, not bounded negatives. No improvement requirement is added to the axis definition. See MEM-RTE-personal-write, MEM-RTE-retrieval-conditioning, RT-RTE-context-rewrite, MEM-RTE-chat-index and RT-RTE-skill-install.
- Trace source: original user turns support session logs; answer-associated references support the affinity session source; checkpoint history includes conversational and tool-call/result material. Neither callbacks nor timestamps establish event-stream provenance, and linked steps alone do not establish trajectories. Unresolved qualifying writes retain unresolved source coverage. See MEM-RTE-personal-write, MEM-OBJ-doc-affinity, RT-RTE-agent-turn and RT-RTE-context-rewrite.
All axis assessments remain partial. Named connector, enrichment, graph, multimodal, wiki, workspace, approval/cache and host-install alternatives are not silently excluded to obtain completeness. Local known assessments concern the evidenced parts or transformations, not those opaque alternatives. No emitted absence or system-wide negative requires an absence warrant. Positive findings retain wired strength except for the explicitly claimed synthesis class; none asserts observation or causal support. The qualifications leave the supported existence findings intact.

Limits
- Some classification units group multiple operative parts or consumers rather than providing an independently countable row for each. In particular, the profile groups skill instructions with executable/dependency material in representational form, and familiarity reranking with query-rewriter background in behavioral authority. The distinct findings and notes preserve their supported mappings, as established by RT-BAP-skill-image and MEM-RTE-retrieval-conditioning, but the profile does not support fine-grained unit counts or a complete part-by-consumer comparison. All affected axes already express partial coverage. This granularity limit does not invalidate their emitted existence findings.
