Swamp report verification

Verification
The pinned reports support a bounded implementation account. No publication blocker was established. One omitted alternative lifecycle producer remains a limit on inventory and route comparisons, stated below. This judgment does not establish successful execution or beneficial learning.
Evidence and record checks
I read every supplied member, its type and the records contract. The four correction-answer inputs are empty; the structural report-check says none. There is therefore no structural failure or correction disposition to route. I independently checked the source checkout's HEAD and clean status against boundary, and compared its top-level tracked tree with the declared coverage. The source remains SRC-1 at the stated revision. The target's external-agent adapters and deterministic automation support the extension/tool classification; no contradictory enclosing inference loop or inaccessible material responsibility was established.
I checked every declaration's referent, source anchors, evidence strength and relationships, grouping related records below. Source reads and searches were confined to SRC-1. They supply implementation evidence, or instruction/design evidence where indicated, not an observed run. I did not repeat code's quotation-occurrence or reference-resolution checks and did not execute the target. The reports consistently keep wired implementation, claimed instructions and uninspected operation separate. No evidenced-absence record or system-complete negative is declared.
Launch and executable authority. RT-CMP-agent-models, RT-CMP-in-process-executor, RT-OBJ-task-brief, RT-RTE-agent-launch, RT-BAP-agent-instructions and RT-BAP-workflow-execution distinguish the external model from source-native behavior “models,” and instruction delivery from compliance. Independent inspection of SRC-1, src/domain/start/harness.ts, src/libswamp/start/start.ts and src/domain/models/in_process_executor.ts confirms brief writing, launch/session persistence, folder-oriented continuation and the host-process executor. Continuation is not a proven task-to-conversation binding. Harness arguments and a provider model alias do not pin weights or expose context compaction. Those qualifications are material and preserved.
Execution, gates and capability admission. RT-RTE-behavior-run, RT-RTE-workflow-run, RT-OBJ-workflow-run, RT-RTE-gate-resume, RT-RTE-worker-dispatch and RT-RTE-extension-load are supported by the implementation seams they name. I traced argument parsing before the method body, remote preflight skipping and rollback refusal, the worker's default executor, save-before-started, waiting-gate refusal and sibling draining. I also checked shell output persistence before exit judgment, broad compiled permissions, import before export validation, collective allowlisting and local refresh's built-in protection. SRC-1: src/domain/models/method_execution_service.ts, src/worker/exec_dispatch.ts, src/domain/workflows/execution_service.ts, src/libswamp/workflows/run.ts, src/libswamp/models/run.ts, src/libswamp/workflows/approve.ts, src/serve/handlers/workflow_handlers.ts, src/domain/models/command/shell/shell_model.ts, scripts/compile.ts, src/domain/extensions/extension_loader.ts, src/domain/extensions/extension_auto_resolver.ts, src/domain/extensions/local_model_refresh.ts. The stated guarantees are local protocols or policies, not universal human authorization, host containment or external-effect rollback.
Data, selection and withdrawal. MEM-OBJ-data-content, MEM-RTE-resource-storage, MEM-RTE-data-query and MEM-RTE-data-cleanup preserve the distinction between bytes, access metadata and consumer interpretation. SRC-1 writer, repository and query code supports resource-schema warnings rather than rejection, version-fixed reads, persistent/ephemeral routing, latest-only defaults, requested projection and caller filtering before returned-result budgeting. Lifetime and version GC are different policies. I checked the relevant seams in src/domain/models/data_writer.ts, src/infrastructure/persistence/unified_data_repository.ts, src/domain/data/composite_data_repository.ts, src/libswamp/data/query.ts, src/domain/data/data_query_service.ts, src/serve/handlers/data_handlers.ts, src/domain/data/data_lifecycle_service.ts and src/libswamp/models/run.ts. No semantic-retrieval, complete-erasure or automatic model-injection conclusion is warranted or emitted. The workflow-run annotation separately identifies captured plans and last-evaluated replay rather than treating every retained execution representation as the same object.
Issue content and consequential checks. I traced the producers and consumers behind MEM-OBJ-plan-main, MEM-OBJ-feedback-main, MEM-OBJ-review-findings, MEM-OBJ-lifecycle-state, MEM-RTE-plan-iteration, MEM-RTE-lifecycle-checks, MEM-BAP-retained-checks, RT-RTE-issue-admission, EPI-OBJ-plan, EPI-OBJ-adversarial-review, EPI-RTE-issue-feedback, EPI-RTE-review-record, EPI-RTE-issue-clearance and EPI-RTE-preflight-check. SRC-1: extensions/models/issue_lifecycle.ts, src/domain/models/method_execution_service.ts, src/infrastructure/persistence/unified_data_repository.ts; instruction/design: .claude/skills/issue-lifecycle/SKILL.md and verification/review-prompts/code-review.md.
The ordinary iterate route copies caller revision fields. Its feedback enumeration resolves latest-per-name records, so retained history does not imply all feedback reaches the next plan. The review display omits retained rationale-bearing fields. Approval's empty arguments do not authenticate human consent, while the selected adversarial preflight really can veto approval using existence, version and unresolved severity. Generic skip controls and remote placement bound that enforcement. Resolution notes are caller assertions, not independently checked remediation. These findings support operational reliance on selected retained fields without licensing the underlying plan or criticism as true. The alternative producer found during omission search limits complete lifecycle comparisons, not these route-local positives.
Trace products and later consumers. MEM-OBJ-method-report, MEM-RTE-report-retrieval, MEM-OBJ-command-audit, MEM-RTE-audit-timeline, MEM-RTE-activity-summary and EPI-RTE-activity-summary retain the distinction between raw command traces, derived artifacts and requested displays. SRC-1: src/domain/reports/builtin/method_summary_report.ts, src/domain/reports/report_execution_service.ts, src/libswamp/reports/get.ts, src/domain/repo/repo_service.ts, src/infrastructure/persistence/jsonl_audit_repository.ts, src/domain/audit/audit_service.ts, src/cli/commands/audit.ts, src/libswamp/audit/timeline.ts, src/domain/summary/summary_service.ts. I checked argument-name-only reporting, separate Markdown/JSON persistence and retrieval, the Pi command-only hook payload, best-effort append/retention, timeline filtering and counts-before-detail truncation. These routes do not by themselves establish trace-fed policy improvement. The epistemic activity record excludes persistence of the computed display; memory describes reading retained source history. Those statements concern different edges and do not conflict.
Review delivery and epistemic licenses. I independently read the complete SRC-1 verification/workflow-verify-reviews.yaml, scripts/check_review_verdict.ts and verification/review-prompts/code-review.md, and checked guard polarity in src/domain/workflows/execution_service.ts. RT-RTE-review-verdict and the workflow account accurately join checkout, merge-base selection, guarded parallel reviews, diff-pointer handoff, pipeline failure, marker judgment and best-effort cleanup. Reviewer prose and run outcomes are delivered, not a merged or demonstrably improved change. Provider-error detection precedes marker matching; the first matching line marker precedes the missing-output size test. The epistemic concrete contrasts are valid deductions through this code, not execution evidence. Neither marker acceptance nor read-tool selection is an answer oracle or demonstrated semantic review success.
I also checked EPI-OBJ-skill-evals, EPI-RTE-skill-evals, EPI-OBJ-verification-summary, EPI-RTE-report-summary, EPI-OBJ-attestation, EPI-RTE-attestation-build and EPI-RTE-attestation-ci against SRC-1 scripts/review_skills.ts, scripts/eval_skill_triggers_promptfoo.ts, evals/promptfoo/generate_sufficiency_config.ts, src/domain/reports/builtin/verification_summary_report.ts, src/domain/reports/report_execution_service.ts, scripts/build_attestation.ts and .github/workflows/ci.yml. Tool-label assertions, combined-rate admission and external score thresholds have different licenses. Summary allPassed follows workflow status; aggregate attestation gate follows counted step statuses and source count. CI errors and warnings are correctly distinguished. The reports preserve input-truth, acquisition and authenticity limits rather than converting symbolic consistency into code correctness. The broad accuracy wording in RT-CLM-agent-workflows remains attributed doctrine, not an observed outcome. No unsupported accepted-ampliative-knowledge, learning, autonomy or exercised-self-improvement finding is emitted.
Reconciliation and omission search
The reconciliation preserves each analyst's fields. Its sole supersession joins the same iterate import under the epistemic and memory route IDs; the latest-feedback finding and epistemic import/retention assessments survive. The two Part of: relations are semantically supported: generic preflight belongs within behavior execution, and adversarial clearance within the selected issue-approval route. The plan/feedback container has separately declared parts; adversarial findings and method activity aggregation are narrower than the corresponding memory containers. Different coverage alone does not require supersession. Runtime's omission of the separate issue preflight is supplementation, not an assertion that no check exists. I found no unresolved contradictory finding requiring a reconciliation conflict paragraph.
Omission questions were selected from the tracked tree and producer/consumer dependencies: could shipped serve/client continuations invalidate the local approval account; could managed hooks supply compaction or automatic memory push; could evaluation/attestation consumers establish automatic adoption; and could another issue producer make retained plan/review state mean something different? Searches covered SRC-1 serve/client seams, managed repository hook and installation code, evaluation drivers, attestation projection/CI, and issue resource call sites. I additionally inspected src/libswamp/quest/pass.ts; it fetches hosted progress, not an inspected local inference/update loop. These searches did not undermine the scoped positive runtime or memory findings. They do not establish exhaustive absence of other adaptation, checking or context mechanisms.
The issue producer question exposed fast_forward in SRC-1 extensions/models/issue_lifecycle.ts, also instructed by .claude/skills/issue-lifecycle/SKILL.md. It writes a retroactive plan, empty adversarial findings, code-conformance entries and implementing phase for already-completed work. The load-bearing empty-review producer is explicit:
await context.writeResource( "adversarialReview", "adversarialReview-main", { planVersion: 1, findings: [], reviewedAt: now, }, ), ---
extensions/models/issue_lifecycle.ts
The reports already frame their detailed review/iteration account as selected and leave other lifecycle transformations uninspected. They do not claim every plan traverses approval or every review artifact evidences an actual criticism episode. This omission therefore has the local disposition below rather than requiring withdrawal of the supported routes. Further optional omission expansion stopped because the selected questions have supported dispositions, no identified material contradiction remains, and broader inspection would improve inventory rather than support a currently emitted complete-coverage or absence claim. Hosted durability, complete authorization, all report semantics, all lifecycle producers and actual model compliance remain outside the conclusions justified by these records.

Limits
- The lifecycle inventory is incomplete for the retroactive ad-hoc route. MEM-RTE-plan-iteration, MEM-OBJ-plan-main, MEM-OBJ-review-findings, EPI-OBJ-adversarial-review and RT-RTE-issue-admission describe ordinary revision, retained findings and approval, but do not trace the alternative
fast_forwardproducer. SRC-1extensions/models/issue_lifecycle.tswrites a retroactive plan, empty adversarial review, conformance entries and implementing phase;.claude/skills/issue-lifecycle/SKILL.mdinstructs this route for work already done. Withhold complete comparisons of plan/review production and any inference that retained review existence proves a criticism episode or that every implementation transition passed the described approval route. The reports' selected-route conclusions, preflight predicates and uncertainty about semantic review remain valid.
