Reconciliation
Basis and current-input disposition
All four reports share the run and revision in boundary. The Source register supplies implementation and doctrine/design, not observed runs or causal experiments. Connecting implementation findings does not promote their operation or benefit status. This reconciliation uses the supplied records and their retained passages; it makes no additional source reads.
A previous reconciliation was supplied, but no correction answers or refusal were supplied. The connections below were reassessed against the current reports. In particular, runtime now distinguishes entity cache freshness from delivery of a web result after reset, and epistemic now establishes the administrative reception consumer. Neither finding can be replaced by an older, broader freshness or missing-consumer inference. No declined cross-report objection is available to adjudicate.
Duplicate supersessions
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-style-note is superseded by MEM-OBJ-agent-style. Both identify the observer note, carried prior-note state and derived style facets, stored in hosted agent-self documents and Durable Object cursor SQL. Identity evidence is SRC-1 src/brain/turn/interaction-observe.ts and src/brain/memory/interaction-style.ts, retained in these records and their associated routes. The epistemic inventory and style ledger therefore concern the same material as the memory object's lineage and consumer account. This does not equate carried observer state with the facets delivered to the main model, or replace either analyst's warrant findings.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-topic-partition is superseded by MEM-RTE-node-splitting. Both identify the 125-member trigger, sample capped at 160 documents, model partition, index validation, remote metadata updates, local moves and later retrieval organization. Identity evidence is SRC-1 src/brain/memory/split.ts, with mapping evidence in src/brain/memory/tree.ts, retained by the records. This connects the epistemic reshaping ledger to memory's organizational curation and read-back. The epistemic classification and memory's partial-update/tag-representation limits remain analyst-owned; neither becomes evidence of successful partition or factual acceptance.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-draft-send is superseded by WF-RTE-draft-delivery. Both identify the explicit stored-draft send, entitlement/workspace/destination checks, SQL claim, Slack post, finalization and watchlist update. Identity evidence is SRC-1 src/brain/auto-research/send.ts, with claim/posting evidence retained in workflow's record. The epistemic permission ledger and workflow delivery/recovery account concern one segment. The epistemic record additionally connects sent references to administrative reception; workflow leaves outcome reading uninspected. That difference is coverage, not a second sender. Failed-post claim release and the workflow's interrupted-sending countercase remain separate findings about this same route.
Each amendment states identity, not a replacement value or status. Both IDs remain declared and their findings remain available.
Containers, parts and ruled-out identities
Knowledge handoff and its functions. RT-RTE-knowledge-handoff remains a valid broad route for interactive capture, delayed style observation and later context supply. Its declared parts EPI-RTE-memory-admission, EPI-RTE-document-retention, EPI-RTE-style-generation and EPI-RTE-style-admission distinguish transitions, checks and consumers. They are not identities with the whole route and require no split supersession. MEM-RTE-ambient-recall, MEM-RTE-requested-recall and MEM-RTE-style-recall distinguish automatic, requested and style selectors, not competing declarations of the entire handoff.
Input, batch and derived output. EPI-OBJ-memory-doc describes capture/input content and fields; MEM-OBJ-brain-document describes the transformed submitted document. Their overlap across date/source/tag transformation does not establish whole-record identity. EPI-OBJ-channel-clusters isolates curated clusters within MEM-OBJ-channel-batch, which also retains raw spool and progress metadata. EPI-RTE-channel-distillation ends at candidate clusters/persisted batch; MEM-RTE-channel-curation additionally traces service admission, retry, cursor advance and deletion. These valid combined records are not superseded by narrower parts. Neither channel producer is identical to runtime's interactive/style producer.
Search output versus retained rows. EPI-OBJ-brain-results contains selected memories/chunks and formatted tool text; MEM-OBJ-derived-memory identifies hosted derived rows and metadata. Their whole referents differ after selection and formatting. EPI-RTE-brain-selection assesses the semantic relevance/formatting segment, whereas MEM-RTE-requested-recall also covers lexical tags and tree pages. Shared semantic implementation does not establish identity of the combined requested route.
Investigation, compaction and standing text. MEM-OBJ-thread-investigation is explicitly part of RT-OBJ-turn-state. MEM-RTE-investigation-recall saves/restores principal-scoped checkpoints with a six-hour idle TTL; RT-RTE-context-boundary compacts conversation messages for continuation. Different retained values, restoration mechanisms and expiry rule out identity. Memory annotates existing RT-OBJ-brain-skill and RT-OBJ-workspace-prompt, rather than declaring replacements. MEM-RTE-config-edit adds a model-mediated admin writer; it is not the human HTTP editor or requester-approved skill creation in RT-RTE-instruction-admission.
Withdrawal. EPI-RTE-reset-withdrawal covers generation reset and stale-write cleanup across memory/style and research. MEM-RTE-memory-withdrawal additionally covers preview/apply derived-memory forgetting. Their overlapping reset function is not whole-route identity. Both distinguish local invalidation from remote erasure; epistemic's operator-reset timing label does not establish the external caller admission that memory leaves unresolved.
Research, reply and partition parts. EPI-OBJ-research-draft is draft content, not the encompassing RT-RTE-research-draft. EPI-RTE-draft-check isolates advisory flags; the superseded send record above isolates delivery. EPI-OBJ-reply, EPI-RTE-reply-check and EPI-RTE-reply-selection distinguish content, checking and disposition within RT-RTE-slack-turn. They are not whole-turn or coordination-state identities. EPI-OBJ-topic-partition is a generated assignment proposal, not the existing registry MEM-OBJ-memory-index.
Reception is not drafting or automatic planning. EPI-OBJ-draft-outcome identifies live reception evidence, not proposed body/flags in the research-draft object. EPI-RTE-outcome-acquisition, EPI-RTE-outcome-frame and EPI-RTE-admin-consumption respectively acquire Slack reception, render it and supply a fresh operator-facing model inquiry. Their targets, transformations and consumers differ; none supersedes another or the research-round container. Shared computeTurn does not make administrative interpretation identical to ordinary Slack delivery. The planner history consumer in MEM-BAP-retained-context consumes prior bodies and steering, not the acquired reception block.
Other referents remain distinct. MEM-OBJ-profile-config targets remote extraction, not foreground standing instructions. MEM-RTE-profile-provision, MEM-RTE-debug-capture and MEM-RTE-human-readers add configuration, admission or consumer surfaces with no separate runtime counterpart. MEM-CLM-service-curation concerns extraction-policy requests, not the broader product claim EPI-CLM-current-memory. EPI-CLM-team-answers and EPI-CLM-evidence-check concern evidence/warrant, not effect permission or publication ownership. Retained-context guidance, RT-BAP-standing-instructions and RT-BAP-tool-policy have different content and force despite shared downstream work. Runtime's model-role components likewise remain distinct; no other declaration replaces their referents.
Independent convergence and integration-issue dispositions
The eight issues in memory's Integration issues remain extensions or bounded qualifications, not conflicting dependencies on runtime:
- Configuration-tool and debug writers add material admission paths to runtime's deliberately bounded account. Their checks do not inherit HTTP authorship, skill approval or coordinated Slack delivery guarantees.
- Memory's submitted-document findings and epistemic admission/retention agree that
queued/donepermits submission, not completed correct extraction. Ignored instant/replacement options constrain service inferences, not runtime's local wiring finding. - Partial overlaps above retain valid containers and distinct parts; no additional whole-record duplicate is established.
- Ignored visibility and unresolved deployment-key/service tenancy prevent end-to-end isolation claims. Runtime and epistemic establish no contrary universal privacy guarantee; uncertainty is not evidence of leakage.
- Forget scope, unvalidated prior-preview membership, local reset and remote cascade limits prevent complete-erasure claims. Neither runtime stale-write cleanup nor epistemic reset asserts that all retained stores are wiped.
- Metadata normalization, status-response pruning, strict-before pagination and ambient caps constrain consistency/completeness. Epistemic relevance selection asserts neither exhaustive recall nor truth; its partition route asserts no transactional remote-update success.
- Answer-derived
verifiedEvidence, HUMAN-only observer requests and broader extraction guidance retain different trust mechanisms. No universal verified-fact or HUMAN-only rule follows from joining them. - Memory's uninspected rendering, history and evaluator consumers remain its inspection limits. Workflow adds exact research history caps and editing/dismissal affordances; epistemic adds operative reply-shape checking, advisory draft flags and administrative feedback consumption. These positives do not erase other uninspected consumers or establish evaluation-driven automatic revision.
The workflow account, runtime research route and epistemic draft records converge on independent draft turns returning selected products, storage before delivery, advisory evidence/length flags and separate publication permission. Workflow's crash-path limitation does not contradict the narrower failed-post release finding. Stable UUID posting requests external deduplication, not observed exactly-once delivery. Epistemic's administrative consumer extends the downstream account beyond workflow's explicitly uninspected outcome reading; it does not contradict that boundary.
Runtime's revised RT-RTE-entity-web separates reset-filtered lookup and cache-write cleanup from an unfenced web-result return after inference. Memory's annotation asserts later current-generation cache lookup and read-only persistence suppression, not post-inference return freshness. Epistemic assesses identification/JSON adoption without claiming a reset fence. Thus neither dependent account requires the broader freshness claim that runtime now rules out. The remaining conclusion limit is end-to-end stale-read prevention, not the existence of lookup or cleanup wiring.
The reception chain establishes an implemented consumer but no automatic engagement-driven planner update. Its failed-thread-read countercase can yield known engagement with empty replies, and framing inherits that uncertainty defect. Those findings qualify reception descriptions; they do not contradict the existence of administrative consumption or turn reception into factual acceptance. The current epistemic bounded conclusion retains both positions without requiring missing operation evidence to erase implemented capacity.
RT-CLM-write-approval stays scoped to classified Code Mode calls, with direct MCP and shell counterpaths. Specialists rely on that scoped finding, not global write mediation. RT-CLM-turn-fencing concerns coordinated publication ownership; epistemic reply checks concern selected display shape. Neither control licenses factual truth, and their distinct evaluator/enforcement domains are not a disagreement.
No unresolved cross-report conflict or required undeclared part is identified in these supplied records. The remaining limits concern service contracts, uninspected material, factual warrant, exercised behavior and benefit. They prevent stronger integrated conclusions but do not become conflicts merely because another analyst inspected an additional segment. Support judgment remains with verification; record values remain with their declaring analysts.
